I cannot say enough good things about this company. I called them yesterday morning and from the start I felt confident I was going to get great service. Had the vehicle that needed service been in a covered location I would have gotten SAME DAY SERVICE. Other “corporate companies” couldn’t promise anything except Wednesday time frames. We run a business and with a vehicle down we are completely dead in the water. They came out on a Saturday morning and took care of us. Called when they were finished and I paid them over the phone without even meeting them or seeing the job well done. Yes, the confidence in this company is that strong! They acknowledged the sense of urgency without me even having to explain myself. When is the last time a company you did business with saw your needs in advance ? Doug, Pat, Roger at the Hickory location, you guys are amazing. I look forward to doing business with you again in the future and will be sure to recommend you time and time again! There is no need to shop anywhere else for windshield repair in Hickory. I priced several shops and Carolina Windshield was the most competitive. They allow you to either come to you or drop the car off at the shop- same price. They worked me in the day after I called. Eric, the technician, was very skilled and friendly. The day I was scheduled to have the repair done, it rained. This would be a problem for any other windshield repair shop. However, Eric allowed me to drop the vehicle off at their shop and expeditiously took me back to work. Within an hour, he and his colleague Mike returned my vehicle to me at work. I am very pleased with my new windshield which is guaranteed from defects in workmanship as long as I own the vehicle. I am also very happy to support a local business, especially one who is eager to make the customer happy.

Highly professional and quick to respond. Our Tech Eric was a real pro and did a great job. I would recommend them ten times out of ten. It doesnt hurt that they saved me $100 after getting a quote from Safelite.

Was absolutely thrilled with the service! I called 12 different places to get quotes for my sons windshield. They had the best price and we’re so friendly. The day of install the gentleman came out and turns out I had told them the wrong year of the truck which was completely my fault however they gladly reordered me the correct windshield and returned a couple days later and installed it without charging me extra for my mistake! Only took about an hour and looks amazing! Very friendly gentleman who did the install. Would def recommend them!

I went with another company and these people just wont stop emailing me even when the work is already done.I dont recommend them.

In my lifetime I’ve had “several “ windshields and side glass replaced yet I’ve never had an experience more customer positive. Mr Harper took my call (at the Hickory location). He told me that the windshield would arrive this morning and that Craig would call today before coming to my home. Craig called and arrived on time. He told me what to expect. He completed the job within 30 minutes. He took care of a rust spot with primer. He cleaned up thoroughly after he finished. He was very professional and yet personable. It was a great experience from the first phone call to completion. My daughter was thrilled that it could happen so quickly.

I was satisfied with the quick response to come out to my house and replace the rear window that got busted by a tree limb from the bad storm we had. I have never had to do anything like this before. I would have thought they would have laid something down to finish busting the glass out, instead they just busted the rest out all in my car. I found the plastic and styrofoam pieces from the new glass laying in my driveway. The gentleman who came was very friendly. I’m just not sure if I would use the same company again.

We had an Appt on a Saturday. We were 15 minutes early, waited 15 minutes past our appt time. We called and rang the bell. No one available to assist. Saturdays are by appt only, and we had one. This caused my husband and I to have to drive two vehicles all day, cause we planned to stay in town while our windshield was being replaced.

My dealings with Carolina Windshield was TOP NOTCH! This is definitely a very professional and caring business who does their work with excellence!!!

Great service, they came to me and replaced my door glass on my car, could not have asked for anything else.

Had them fix a back window in a backhoe with plexiglass witch they cut 2 inches to short, called several times and yet to come back and fix it, thanks guys!
