Had my car alignment done and the tech took extra time to explain what he did and why it was important for my car as now my car rides so much better and my tires dont seem to be wearing out super fast. I appreciate all the extra attention to this customer thanks to Darren and his crew

I took my wifes car in because she said it was acting up, shaking and things and did this 3 times, but never with me. Darin took the information and did his research and found out that is was the EGR. He took care of it and it has not happen since. Also, the EGR was under warranty and all their work provides a two year warranty and that is great. Darin, Brian and Sandy and all that work there are really great and I will continue to use them for all my automotive needs. Thanks guys!

My cars been vibrating like crazy and everyone just kept charging me tons of money and it never fixed anything and they all just kept sending me to different places etc.Called up Brian and he looked it over and fixed my vibration issue by about 40%!He said he didn’t fix it completely and was very honest and said I need a new tire for that side, I got on my car and it is so much better I can make it through the holidays thanks to this guy!Thanks

I was always one of those people that took my car to the dealership for all work until I wanted a second opinion. Dickinson Service looked over my car and immediately found the issue and didnt charge me anything. From that moment on, I will never trust anyone else with my cars. If I could give less than 1 star I would. $86.00 for an oil change???? I only went because they were close to home. My other mechanic only charges 50. They have a sign that says oil change starts $39.... really! I won’t be back!

Great place to get work done. They were very timely and also honest about what needed to be done. Did not do anything without checking with me first and letting me know what the cost would be. This is where I will go with all my cars now.

I normally never leave a review on a place with a comment attached. Here we go. AC stopped working in wifes car. Was told it would be 1900 to replace the compressor. Was told the only reason it was that much because they have to order the whole kit. Truth is....and this is coming from the service department at VW. There is not such thing as a kit. Its a compressor and a valve. So I went up to a spare parts shop and got a used compressor for 160 including a 2 year warranty. Turns out I didnt even need a compressor. I took the car to Guy Roberts VW and he had ice cold air blowing in less than a day from replacing the compressor valve. So 1900 bucks vs 350. Lmao what a joke

Dickinsons charges no less than dealerships around the area. They use a rate book where they charge whatever the book says for the job. However it is extremely unfair for them to work 1 1/2 hour on your vehicle but charge you 4 hours. This is just one example. They have a nice garage but you dont save any money over the dealerships.

Ill never take my car to get worked on at this place I had top-of-the-line strut assemblies and tie rod ends and upper control arms call for a estimate on labor they come back with a price of $1,400 for parts and labor and I told the lady I talked to I didnt need the parts already had them and they said they dont put on parts you bring in knowing they get their parts from the same part store that I do knowing they would probably put on cheaper parts than what I bought I will never take any car to your garage again
