I ordered parts from Nissan twice. They were nice on the phone. Upon arriving, the parts desk is turned in a way where you can see them, but they cant see you, and they cant hear you inside the glass. There is no bell or anything to get their attention. Both times I stood there holding my 1 year old son waiting and waiting to get help, while I just seen them scrolling on Facebook. I called the front desk to get transferred to parts, where I told them Ive Ive standing here almost 10 minutes watching them be on their phones waiting for help to pick up my part. I thought the first time was just whatever, but when I went the second time, same thing and I wont be ordering parts from this nissan anymore, I would rather go to Cornelius or Statesville. Two times Ive had to stand there waiting for help when 2 guys were free.

The tech. Found the problem & now ordering & wait on part to fix a/c. I will have to come back to get it fixed, but it will be good to have a/c in my car!!!
