Excellent quality and selection of furniture at a great price. The sales people couldnt have been more helpful and friendly. I highly recommend.

Ordered bed July 2020 and when it finally came in April 2021 I went to store to pay balance before going to pick up at warehouse. Got to warehouse and they said I had not paid and would have to go back to store - I even had the receipt marked paid in full. After that was straightened out, I was told they had sold my end table that I ordered. I had to go back to store to get refund. No Im sorry for the inconvenience and lack of communication - poor customer service.

We bought a sectional (Ashley brand). The brands are not clearly marked in the store, so we could have saved a trip and the shipping costs by purchasing locally. The sectional is just a few months old and the cushions are already flattening and the pillows look like pancakes. Our last sofa lasted 15 years before it showed this much wear. The quality is terrible and I feel like we wasted $2000.

Exceptional customer service. I needed a quick delivery and they made it happen. Delivery guys were terrific and went out of their way to help.

I love my new living room furniture from Lindy’s. The store associates were super helpful. They also have lower prices than anyone else I talked with.

This is our second major furniture purchase from Lindys. We are very pleased. We chose items that required a wait, but well worth it. There were items on the floor for immediate purchase, but we were willing to wait on this couch and love seat as the perfect pieces. The fabric is of good quality and construction is excellent. The price could not be beat. The staff were very professional. The owner stopped by to say hello also, making the shopping experience even better.

I picked up a TV stand and coffee table from here, the pricing was fantastic, the team helped me whole heartedly without being pushy at all and delivered within 4 days!Absolutely reccomend for furniture!

Impressive selection with friendly staff.3 floors of various furniture to look at with reasonable prices.If you go here in the winter time then bring a jacket. Upper floors can get a bit chilly.

Lindy’s had exactly what I needed for my business reception room. Got a great deal on a really good looking piece of furniture. It was delivered in a timely fashion and the delivery guy was very helpful and professional. I will definitely shop there again when looking for furniture.

I had highly recommended this place to my parents. And I’m very DISAPPOINTED how they have put my parents off.They were searching for a good recliner and found one reasonably. Didn’t have the recliner 2 weeks and it started popping hard and wouldn’t rock. Called lindys and they sent a guy out to repair it. The repair man brought the part out to repair it and was wrong one. Then found out from repairman they don’t make that part for the recliner anymore. They have made 5 calls to lindys furniture and still no return call, they have had this recliner for 3 months now this is RIDICULOUS. I will not be purchasing any furniture from them as planned and my son and finance have changed their mind as well.

They are awesome, great service and very budget friendly.

Ripoff...adv. said buy one get one free but they show a large group of recliners when at this price they only had 4 to select from.

The salesperson David was so great, nice and figure person to show me different sectional L couch that what I looked for, got what I need for my place, delivered same day in late afternoon from 4-5 pm that was promised, was on time delivered!The delivery gentlemen was friendly and nice, asked me where I wanted it set it at . Gentlemen did all the work they did. they did great job!NO PROBLEM AT ALL!suggested go to Lindys Furniture. not elsewhere! because of delivery gentlemen dont care about the furniture all they care is go home quickly or pushy customer(s) to accept damage furniture instead take back.

Purchased a recliner from Lindys and have been very pleased. Their selection and price competitiveness were the best in the region. We ended up ordering thru Lindys from the factory to get the color and fabric we wanted. The recliner was available within the promise window. Will purchase from them again.I do have one issue with the recliner..every time I sit in it, it makes my eyelids so heavy they end up closing.

Buyer Beware they will sell you a product they dont physically have in the store. You will have to wait months to get some items and they wanted to charge me 50 dollars to bring me a footboard Id waited almost three months for. And I told them I couldnt put it together. Instead of looking at their schedule to see if they could stop by on their next run to my Area to help..Im picking up the headboard myself. I dont recommend.

I always go back to Lindys every year because of the decent price. Also the furniture quality. They quality and price gives me the luxury to swap furnitures occasionally without breaking the bank.

They advertised sofas for $299 $399. But they wont sell them to you unless you buy the set. False advertising and rude.

I had a great experience shopping at their locations in Connelly Springs and in Hickory. The staff was very helpful and listened to what I was looking for.Unlike another place I visited that told me there is no such thing as a small sectional. My granddaughter and I were able to find the perfect small sectional to fit in the space I have.

Very nice shopping experience. I found a bedroom set I liked and they helped me find a similar one of better quality for only a small increase in price. I also found a terrific cabinet at their sale across the street that gets compliments whenever I have company.

We came to pick up mattresses. Easy! But delivery and pickup of mattresses would have been scheduled way out- just a warning. Mine fit in my minivan, as they come rolled up in boxes.

They have alot of great selection on furniture. The outlet is the best with great prices! Thats where I got my 7 piece dinning set at. I will be going back!

Furniture is very good quality.Sales lady was helpful,delivery guys were great.The only thing that irked me was my delivery was scheduled for 9am.But delivery men did not come until 11am.It was scheduled 2 weeks in advance.When I called to see why the delivery men werent there yet,the woman on the phone said I was scheduled for 11am.I told her I wasnt.I was scheduled for 9.I hate when people screw up then try to insult my intelligence. They double booked a delivery time and even though I was scheduled first they bumped me.They never apologized, never admitted it.Very unprofessional especially for a repeat customer.

Had good sales representive service in store when bought lifting recliner. Took 90 days same as cash option to pay. They work with a nice finance company. I can gladly say, my chair is already paid off early. Looking torwatd to getting a rug and a couch from them . Check them out!

I really enjoyed shopping here. The staff is very friendly and I really appreciated not having someone follow me around the entire store but yet they were very helpful if I had any questions. I have been to other furniture stores nearby in Hickory and they are very snobby and follow you around the entire time. You just dont feel comfortable with someone standing over your shoulder. Overall, they have a great selection at all prices. I did end up purchasing some living room furniture and I will most definitely go back.

Amazing because of the comuster service and the variety of furniture

The staff at this company are unprofessional and condescending when it comes to customers. Items on website and in stock are not carried in store. They intentionally mislead you then try to upsell you items that are double and triple in price.

Some of the sales people were friendly, some not so much. I received defective furniture, and they did make sure it was fixed within days, but I truly wish someone would have made me aware that all sales are final because I would have been more careful in which furniture I chose. I didnt quite feel like a priority when I was in the store shopping.

I have been shopping with them for years and Im always pleased. Always getting good deals.
