Was over charged at register compared to price shown on product. This is the 3rd time this happened at same store. Although I did put in my reward number.

As a newly built location, this store has no trouble looking well-kept and attractive. The lot is well-lit and trash-free, has excellent visibility from the main road, features a great many petrol pumps to facilitate faster fill-up speeds, and is relatively hassle-free to enter and exit.That having been said, the prices here are consistently (and, indeed, noticeably) higher than those found anywhere else in the area for the exact same products.

Store refuses to pay a $250 lottery ticket, even though it was purchased at this store. 9:50pm

I’ve been to 7-11’s all over the country, and this by far is the cleanest, has the best selection of food, and the associates are very kind. Covid procedures are always in place unlike a lot of other business in Jamestown.

Best convience store in Jamestown. Im always greeted and the store continues to look brand new. The car wash is also really good.

Im not going to change my star rating, but there is something I want to add- I went in today, advised the young man behind the counter I wanted to put my number in for my points as I was paying, and he completely ignored me, and finished the sale before I could put in my number! Listen to your customer- those points are worthless if you arent given the opportunity to make them grow. He was apologetic, but I still missed my chance! Id rather they slow down a bit, rather than have this happen again...

So glad to see a real 7-11! Hope they bring one to winston salem!

The espresso machine hardly ever works. I go there every week day morning. For the past week, they have not had 1/2 and 1/2 packs.
