I absolutely love eyemart express. Everyone is so nice here and helpful. The eyeglasses are affordable. I also love the fact that you can get a pair of glasses free when you get a pair with your insurance . Unfortunately you cant get the free pair if you have Medicaid. Medicaid wont allow it. The wait is never long. They even make the lenses for your glasses in house so you only have to wait 15-30. Ive only ever Waited 15 minutes. The only time they wouldnt be able to do your glasses immediately was if they didnt have the lenses you needed and they had to be special ordered. Its so great to be able to go home with your glasses instead of waiting almost 2 weeks because theyre being shipped out. With all the shipping delays having it done in house is so convenient. I highly recommend them

Had a great experience from the eye exam to fitting and pickup. Was informed when purchasing that it would be 10 to 12 business days before my glasses would be available, to my surprise it only took 4 days. Thank you all. Oh by the way my glasses are perfect.

Excellent customer service ! Friendly, helpful staff. Brought our own RX in for glasses . Brought 2 pairs on the student school special and they where ready to be picked up 27 mins after we placed our order. Staff made sure my son was happy with his glasses before we left !

I had neglected my eyesight and desperate need for glasses for years, also not even driving much and loosing that independence from legally too poor of natural sight . So I made an appointment here, and I got in that same day and glasses the same day . They had all kinds of price ranges and PLENTY of choices of frames for whatever your budget may be . I also had I think THE MOST memorable and amazing experience with their customer service standard. Most notably when I went to pick up my glasses to take home, & the woman behind the desk adjusted my glasses for me. Taking care to make them as perfect for me in fit as if they were her own . I am also a very insecure person and she gave me unique compliments that left me with a sprint in my step the rest of my night ! Recommend 10/10 . Amazing dr, amazing staff .

I believe the rep who was helping me was named Laurie? She was wearing black slacks, a blue shirt and a black blouse and a mask on 7.29.2021. I needed glasses urgently as mine were broken. She walked me through all of my options and helped me pick something else out. The competition actually referred me here, which was pretty epic!Five stars. May swing by again lol.

Although the staff at this facility are nothing but friendly. Although when I purchased my sons glasses in January I purchased the warranty as he is 8 years old and odds are he will break them or lose them. Knowing that I made the purchase. At no time did they tell me it did not cover lost or stolen. We purchased two pairs. the first pair was broken. The next pair is now lost. I have been given nothing but a hard time trying to replace these glasses. My son is legally blind and needs these glasses so I called to get him another pair. At which time they kept telling me I needed to pay full price- as I explained one was broken she kept going back to the lost pair ( either way the never told me I couldnt have them replaced if they were lost) as I continued to remind her I purchased the warranty she FINALLY said well bring them in and we will fix them-- ( not replace them) Once I contacted the corp office they also were unhelpful and just offered me a 30% off code. Do not purchase the warranty it seems to be a scheme to take your money --particularly if you are purchasing for a child.

Eyemart express is awesome. Was able to go in and get my glasses the same day. They were done in less then half hour. Prices are great and the employees are super nice, knowledgeable and helpful! Would totally recommend to friends and family looking for a place to get eye exam or new glasses. If you don’t have insurance they have a buy one get one deal and other low cost options along with the latest designer selection!

I normally dread going to get glasses. The doctors that are located inside, Dr. Gill and Dr. Mendoza I saw Dr. Mendoza and he was awesome, then I went and sat with Marsha. She made the experience very enjoyable and I will definitely go back much sooner than 6-10 years like I normally wait.

Dr. Mendoza, Marsha and Qandeel are the bomb! Id give them 6 stars but I only have 5. Very friendly and went out of their way to give me over the top service. And they are less expensive than Lenscrafters. Plus recommended to me by Americas Best.

But the staff made it fun, relaxing and treated me as if I was family. They didnt rush me or treat me like I was a walking money sign. They ran through all the pricing and options with me. They guarantee your glasses will be made in two hours! Mine was done in less than an hour. They will send text messages letting you know they are done. And everything is customer satisfaction! I had a wonderful experience, Katrina did a fantastic job helping my mother and I decide on glasses. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. Dr. Gill took his time with us and was very kind. All of the staff was friendly and our glasses were finished quickly. The prescriptions for our glasses are perfect (no other place was able to get it so right!). If I could, I would give them 50 stars.

Dr. Mendoza is easily the best optometrist Ive ever been to, and the girls that work there are very kind and friendly. I got my first pair of half rim frames and prescription sunglasses as well, and Samantha and co. were very helpful with telling me how to best care for and handle both!

This was my first time at this location. I was greeted with a warm hello and my appointment from beginning to end was GREAT! The staff and optometrist were very friendly, very helpful and not overbearing. I had lots of time to shop for frames and the checkout process was simple and efficient. I stopped by to see about getting my script filled and they were amazing. Everyone was so pleasant and within 31 minutes I had two new pairs of glasses. This is totally amazing since I have been waiting 3 weeks for my regular eye facility to check with Medicare just to see if they would pay for my first script after cataract surgery. Got a great pair of glasses here. My prescription is kinda extreme, but with all the bells and whistles I got them for less than half I paid for my last pair. Check them out, no harm in that.

I visited Eyemart Express for the first time yesterday. My son broke his glasses so our need was urgent. The whole process from start to finish (2 new pair of glasses in hand) took an hour and 45 minutes. That is just amazing. He has a difficult prescription and we usually have to wait weeks. Marsha was very friendly and helpful and the glasses were affordable, we even got a free pair. I was truly impressed with our experience, so much so this is the first Google review I have ever done!!

I have bunch of frames from glasses I purchased from Eyemart Express in the past. It would have been better for me to just get the lenses fit into one of the older frames (very good shape) for a saving.
