Licensed Opticians, Krista and Liz, were so helpful to both my son and me in selecting glasses at our recent visit to the Hilliard Target Optical. I always have a difficult time finding glasses that I like on myself. They were very patient with me as I tried on so many different pairs of glasses and asked for their input and many other questions. They gave me honest feedback and ultimately helped me select a pair of glasses that I like. It was convenient to get an eye exam on-site at Razzano Vision Care, and there is a fairly large selection of glasses to choose from. But, mostly, I would recommend this Target Optical because of the wonderful customer service experience we had there.

The optical department at this target is wonderful. From the lady who book your appointment to the doctor he’ll take care of your eyes I would probably never go anywhere else if that’s an optionShe was caring and very thorough with my eyes. But the store itself if you have a big purse and if you’re a manager or a professional the loss prevention department will follow you around the store and it makes it very uncomfortable when your purse has a laptop and iPad from where you work

I will never come here again. I call for my daughter to arrange an appointment and fitting for contacts. The person on the phone double checked with the doctor to be sure she could do the fitting. I get there and they gave the appointment away to someone else without notifying me. The doctor was able to squeeze the time to follow through with the agreed appointment, but tells me she needed a few days to completely determine my daughter’s contact prescription. I essentially played phone tag with the receptionists for 2 MONTHS leaving voicemails and requesting to speak with a doctor to get access to her patient portal. I do not feel that we were prioritized or respected in general. I was always given excuses. Finally 2 months later they finished her prescription and said they’d email me the patient portal information. I still am waiting for my email. 2 months shes had to use her old glasses. The office really seems to me to be disorganized and provide Subpar concern for patients. Even if their patient is a child.

I cant say enough for this place and Im going to overlook what I believed were very high prices for how nice everyone was to me and my family. My mother who has brain cancer needed glasses and everyone was so helpful and kind and got her an exam and glasses and helped with us moving slow and having mobility issues. I cant say enough for what they did for us. Thank you so much

This was an unbelievable experience. I was very impressed with Dr Rochelle Wagner. She was very informative and gave me information that I have never received from any other Dr in the past. I have been wearing glasses since 3rd grade and I felt this was the most thorough visit that I have ever had. She has a kind personality and I felt she really cares about giving you the best treatment. Her staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to my glasses. I am so glad that I was referred to her, because I will most definitely refer her to my friends and family.

Rochelle was amazing, so knowledgeable and helpful explaining what was happening, what the numbers mean, and how I can help prevent damage to my eyes. The appointment was affordable and I was able to get glasses there too. Will definitely be back
