Went in to take a passport photo and the guy just took an iPad and shot the photo and went onto print. I asked for if they had a camera and the associate told it is broken and went ahead and printed and said $16 for two prints. My shirt collar was off and head was tilted more in other direction. What a waste of money!
Kevin at the CVS in Mill Run did an amazing job in helping me get the best quality photos for my family ancestry album.
Waiting in line for over 2.5 hrs in the drive thru. Waited at tge window for 30 mins before a guy named Rawlings came to the window. Worst pharmacy Ive beem to. If I didnt need my medication, I would have left. Took an extra 30 mins to get my medicine. Total trip took 3 hours for 1 prescription.
The Cashier was dishonest and tried to trick me into signing into signing up for CVS Pass without disclosing the $5 monthly charge, instead he only mentioned the $10 that I would have gotten. Never going back there again.
Do not use drive thru here. Waited 25 minutes behind Covid test without any notice. If they are offering drive thru testing and taking 30 minutes per patient, use another pharmacy
I have been going to this pharmacy for the last six years and they are awesome. Friendly, kind and helpful every time. They always answer all my questions and go to great lengths to make sure my medicine is there and ready for me. I love this pharmacy!
I had to switch to this pharmacy when I went on Medicare after retiring January, 2019 and I have had nothing but great interactions with the pharmacy staff. They have been extremely helpful and professional when I had questions about any of the changes.
I have never had a bad experience here and I have been going here for 15 years
Depending on the pharmacist you get you might get good service. The store employees are delightful. Which is why I give this store a second star. Honestly the pharmacy is pretty lousy.
My family and I regularly use the pharmacy and I love the fact that they offer auto refills so that I dont have to remember when to refill. Prices within the actual CVS are high when compared to grocery stores or Targets/Walmarts. Its in a convenient location if I need something in a pinch.
The inside of the store is pretty expansive and nicely maintained, and they seem to have meds in stock more frequently than some other locations. Rated lower as, while I personally received decent service, I saw other customers treated very abruptly / with borderline rude service.
Been going to this pharmacy for just a year and they always strive to be helpful and friendly. So glad I found this place.
I have always had good service and the pharmacist went out of bis way to contact my company to get my perscriptions straightened out and filled. I have several CVS Pharmacies closer to where i live but i go out of my way and drive to this one because of the service I have received. When people realize that everyone is human and we all have good days and bad days then maybe tbey can be more understanding of each other when they dont get perfect service every time.
I have never experienced rudeness from the personnel of the CVS inside this particular Target store (or any other for that matter). I have always been treated kindly and professionally.
I dont really have any problems with them. Im writing this review because their website says the pharmacy is open until 10, but they actually close at 9.
Ridiculously long wait times at the pharmacy. No communication via phone when they will be late with getting something filled. And RUDE customer service. I had a sick kid and we waited over 90 minutes for his prescription to get filled....after their pharmacy tech treated us like an inconvenience. Go elsewhere!
Nice inside, unkept outside.
Ill say this: you can tell what they DONT care about.
The hours of the pharmacy is not the same as the store. :(
This is the store that I run to when I need something urgently.
