Rudest employee!!! I get its a gas station but seriously could not be more apathetic! Looking for a lost credit card last used and apparently if you lose one there they dont keep them anywhere safe....good to know!

A holiday weekend and the pumps are running at a snails pace. To top it off, they arent accepting Kroger rewards.

Everyone is so nice. They have some of the lowest gas prices ever too!The manager is kinda cute but a real sweetheart!!! You will not have a negative experience there. I have been going there for many years and I am always disappointed at other gas stations for not being its clean and this friendly as this one truenorth

The customer service rep tonight was the most rude individual I have EVER encountered at any gas station let alone this particular location! I get my gas here at least once a week because I work right down the street. I will not be returning as long as this man works here. The regular customer service attendant was on his cell phone for a personal call so the other individual working came up from behind me and I didnt hear him at 1st. I did not know he was talking to me so when I acted confused he rolled his eyes at me, huffed and then looked at me like are you going to answer me with an attitude. I apologized and said I am sorry I am deaf in one ear and did not realize you were talking to me. I was holding my kroger card out to him very clearly for him to see and said I have a kroger card yet he did not push the right buttons to complete the transaction with a kroger card and that of course that was my fault too as he rolled his eyes at me again, ripped the receipt angrily from the printer and rang me up again. When I handed him the kroger card he again rolled his eyes at me and scanned it. I handed him the money & I said thank you. He replied with a yeah, thanks as he was rolling his eyes at me for the 5th time and giving me a dirty look afterwards!I have worked in customer service for 33 years & would never nor have I ever treated another human being the way this guy treated me. I dont know how to get a hold of any person higher up in customer service or human resources and I will keep searching because somebody in this company needs to know how rude and just horrible this man is!!! I am sorry I did not hear him correctly and I apologize that I have a disability that leaves me deaf in one ear, I did apologize to him for that & remained courteous and thankful. Perhaps this company should hire people that have compassion for individuals with disabilities and just kindness in their heart for other human beings!!
