Clean, organized and fully stocked store with a vast variety of products to select from with friendly staff and beauticians. Not crowded at all for a Saturday afternoon. I was pleased to see the new haircare and makeup lines out and will research them when able. Bought this product and loooove it!!! The colours are rich but not overpowering when applied.

Very helpful and non-judgemental. Assisted me with finding makeup items I was interested in. And they stock Dont Grow There, a hair growth control product. I be picking up a tube every week.

Almost every time Ive gone in to this location someone is rude! There are a few people that have been nice and helpful but more are nasty and rude. Yesterday the lady at the checkout was rude for no reason. I couldnt find what I was looking for so I was leaving and she said something rude to me. I didnt hear what she said. Yesterday was the first time I felt like I was being followed or forced out. It was no where near closing time but they all acted like I was bothering them by being in there. The one lady that asked if I needed help was rude when I asked if they had what I was looking for in-stock. Multiple times Ive been told something was not in-stock and offered a more expensive version then Id find a more compatible price to the item I was looking for. They arent even commission based so I dont know why they do that. This location needs a total overhaul on their attitudes and thinking they are better than their customers.

The lady here really knows her foundation. I bought this new foundation and it matches my skin perfectly.

Went there yesterday for the first time.I got some products and one of them was on clearance, it didnt have a barcode, they looked it online and it took so long, no apologizing for the long wait or anything, at the end the lady checkout me out with the other items and removed that item. When I asked her why she said sorry we cant find the barcode so we are not selling it. I wasted so much time to be told at the end we cant sell you the product.

I always have a great experience at the Benefit Brow Bar, and Ulta in general, but I want to just say what an INCREDIBLE job Chelsey did on my brows. I am getting married this weekend and always go to one of the Ulta locations to take care of my eyebrows, but Chelsey went above and beyond and made sure everything is perfect for when I walk down the aisle! She was extremely knowledgeable and was a pleasure to talk to. She made sure she knew what I wanted out of my appointment and everything was extremely safe with all of the covid precautions the store takes thank you so much, Chelsey! You will make me happy for years to come as I look at my wedding photos and see my awesome brows. Highly recommend if you are looking for someone to trust with your waxing!!

I agree with the other reviewer who said every time she goes to this location they are rude etc and the 1 who said she was followed around. I am not surprised. I hate going to this location. Unfortunately I live right across the street at the moment. But I havent seen the 2 associates who were there for a long time, lately. 1 was such an aggressive high pressure up-selling salesperson and so arrogant. Spent all my time bragging about his accomplishments etc etc etc. Then the other associate every time she saw me who handed me a back handed comment about my hair, not a compliment, but like a real slick insult. She did it every time I saw her.I was gonna let all that go, but today topped it off.I had a coupon, reward points, and per Ulta advertising on my app, 2 free gifts.I immediately asked about it before I checked out, and her response was a quick if we have them...with a attitude tone like I am asking too much already. Excuse me, but Ulta offers these free gifts for promotion. Its called marketing. I do not appreciate being talked to as if I am a bother.Then she barely even glanced in to her cabinet and immediately without even knowing what the gift was said she didnt have it. She kept saying Murad....no honey, you didnt even look to see that it was a Stivectin gift. You just said no. Then of course they tell me I cant even use my $3.50 off coupon after spending $269. But it wasnt even the technicalities that was the real issue. It was her tone, her rushing me through without letting me finish my statement, her acting as if I am somehow bothering her by bringing these things up to her. Sorry if I asked about the free gifts that Ulta, the company placed into my app, and sorry I had a coupon. She was the most unpleasant person to deal with and Im sick of being treated this way as a customer. Ulta doesnt go through all they do to market and promote just to have some salesperson ruin all their hard work.

Wanted to leave a complaint with the store manager over the phone, but the phone number doesn’t direct you to a person. Me and my mom went in, no one greeted us, started shopping for the items we needed and then later someone asked us if we were doing alright. Her tone was rude though, and I responded kindly with yes we’re doing okay. My mother though had lowered her face mask because of her feeling nauseated in the moment, and the manager asked her rudely to put it over her nose and then kept walking. WE DO NOT NEED MASK POLICE WHILE SHOPPING!!! I was so upset for her. I WILL NOT be shopping at this store AGAIN. I used to work at Ulta for 6 years and we couldn’t even say anything to people who were stealing. The audacity of someone to act like they have the governing right to tell an older woman to put her mask on when she couldn’t breathe, is just unacceptable.

Love shopping at ULTA!! The employees are very friendly and helpful. I love that they carry basic priced products, like Neutrogena, Cerave,etc.,& also have the high-end products that I also shop for,like my makeup needs. Im so happy that the Ulta store was put close to my home/job.

While I was there shopping, one of the associates kept following me everywhere I was going. But, not anyone else in the store, at that point it was racial profiling, and I was even more disappointed because she was black herself. And when I asked her a question she was very sarcastic/rude and said any other time you can’t do this because it’s “illegal” like I was a toddler that didn’t know a basic law. Products were good tho.

Marcus is very knowledgeable in Skincare, he genuinely cares about customers, he took the time to listen to my skincare needs as well as educated me on the different ingredients in products. Every time I visit this location it is never a pleasant experience. My last visit was yesterday and the cashier was so rude to me. I will no longer be visiting this location. I’ll go out of my way and drive further to another location. It’s a shame really, I love shopping Ulta and do frequently. This store will no longer have my business.

I had the best experience I have ever had there on 2/28! I needed a change of make up & went the Clinique area. I was promptly asked by Daniel if I needed help. I said yes. He explained everything in great detail & absolutely made my day by doing my makeup. I felt so beautiful after I left the store & wanted to let everyone know about it. I came to this Ulta to get some foundation samples to try some new brands, and I had a great experience! A girl named Brittany helped me and she was SO nice and very helpful! I’ve been to Ulta so many times and Brittany gave me the best experience I’ve ever had at this store. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of her! :)

Too many workers at this location almost felt attacked...couldnt shop in peace

I usually go to the Grove City Ulta for my brow wax because it used to be on my way home from work but since I work in Dublin now this location would be more convenient. I’m very hesitant on trusting someone to wax me after a few bad experiences but Brittney today was hands down FABULOUS! We went over what I’d like for my brows to look like, how I wear my makeup and do my brow styling, and I told her what I’d tried before and what didn’t work. She shaped them to perfection and filled them in. They look so good! I’ll definitely be back to her from now on! She was very meticulous about keeping her station neat and sanitary and very thorough on mapping out my brows as well as tweezing any stray hairs.

This place has everything and anything you need for your hair, nail and skincare needs. There are employees available to answer your questions and help you locate the products youre looking for in their store. Checkout time is relatively short and the associate is pleasant. I have found this true not just at this store but most Ulta shops.

Too over priced compared to other stores

Just stopped in to get some BareMinerals and when I bent over to pick up product off of the floor, one of the associates with two toned hair in red and black walked behind me and muttered Excuse you and laughed about it with another associate. Kind of rude. A teachable moment for my daughters, but I will not step foot into this location again. As a woman, in a place that should make women feel beautiful, you should be ashamed.

Just got home from a hair appointment with Kaylee W and let me just say, shes absolutely wonderful. She was able to bring my dark purple hair up to a more natural brown/blonde ombre and it looks AMAZING. I will 100% be going to her whenever I need my hair done in the future!

I love going shopping at Ulta. Great customer service, always friendly and helpful. I have gone to Salon 3 times. First and second time I was very happy. I had a shampoo and trim and just little blow dry that I requested. The third time, however, I was happy but the price was outrageous! The only difference is THIS time I asked for “pony tail” or a “messy bun.” The stylist suggested a “half updo” which I agreed to and liked. I was VERY surprised with the $95.00 charge!! So..I would suggest to make sure questions are asked ahead of time...I understand the Ratings on Stylist you have and different treatments, however, I received a “half updo” not a “formal hairstyle” or “color.” Needless to say I will Not be going back to the Salon when shopping.

I tried using Amazon to ship parfum to a friend in Brasil. Amazon doesnt ship to Brasil, so I stepped over to Ulta. It was a great experience. Although busy, I was greeted instantly by a friendly and helpful store manager. I would definitely visit and buy again.

My cashier, Allison, was extremely unpleasant, rude and unhelpful. She should not be handling customers or having anything to do with customer service. She kept whispering and when I asked her to please speak up, she refused to repeat herself.

Great selection of products, but....I have been to several locations and i have consistently received poor/rude customer service. Sure they may say hi to you upon arrival, but at the checkout counter is another story altogether. The manager talked at me i guess, she wouldnt actually look at me. This was at the Hilliard location. I didnt even get a hello from my most recent visit to the Sawmill location. Why are they so rude?
