I am very happy with my Brittanicca countertop from Midwest Quartz. I looked and called several places and decided to go with MQ. I visited the showroom and had the pleasure of meeting Brooke. I was impressed with the selection of colors and the large slabs displayed so I could view on a larger scale. Brooke was awesome as she answered my many many questions and explained what makes Cambria a leader in quartz countertops. She was very patient and returned my calls and e-mails promptly and kept me up to date while it was in production. I also purchased a new sink from MQ and it was installed at the same time as the countertop. The install team arrived promptly and had everything installed quickly. The entire process went smoothly and all the timeframes I was given were accurate.Check Midwest Quartz and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed..

Could not have been more happy with our experience working with Midwest Quartz. We got new vanity countertops for two of our bathrooms, and they turned out amazing. The sales staff was extremely helpful in helping us decide on materials, options and finishes, as well as helping us think through how the space would look, given various scenarios. The entire process was very quick from the time we picked out materials until install was complete (timeline was literally 25% of the time that we had been quoted by several big box retailers.)The install team was extremely professional and courteous, and worked efficiently and carefully.Overall, could not be more pleased with both the finished product, and the process from start to finish.

She had such a passion for her job and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information required to make the right decisions in purchasing quartz for our kitchen. We could not be happier with our choice to use Midwest Quartz to replace our countertops. We were pleasantly greeted by Molly when we first arrived at the showroom. She gave us a run down of what was offered and let us browse the samples while she worked on putting together a rough estimate of our project. Once we picked out our choice of quartz, we were given a general timeline of our replacement, which was spot on even over the holiday season. Thomas conducted our laser measurement and was very easy to work with. He didnt seem to mind that I was hanging around to see how the technology worked. After finishing the measurements, he went over everything with me and explained what the next steps would be. A few weeks later the installation team came. They removed our old countertops and installed the new ones in just a couple hours. They were all very courteous and professional. It was a wet muddy day outside and they even made the effort to wipe our floors of all that was tracked inside. The timeframe from our first trip to the showroom until our installation was a little over 5 weeks. The communication from the Midwest Quartz team throughout the process was superb, continuing after completion to make sure everything went well and we had no questions. If we ever have another project that we could use their product, we will definitely be coming back to Midwest Quartz.
