Today was Christinas last day, and she was AMAZING! Normally when people are working their last day at a job, they seem to lose interest in what they are doing. Well Christina went above and beyond to help me today. She was nice and supportive! I will definitely go back to the island location.

Alex and the Cricket team were extremely polite, professional and efficient. We walked in and he showed us several options and helped us select the one that was perfect for us. This store always gives excellent service which is why we continue to come back. Great store, prices and customer service!

Not only does the staff help you and make every visit as time efficient as possible, they saved my life one day....... literally! One day after going inside to ask a few questions, i suffered a heart attack after getting into my car. One of the sales reps had been watching me to make sure i got back to my car ok (i was using a cane at the time), and noticed i had slouched down in my seat. She ran outside, accessed the situation, called 911, and then stayed with me until the paramedics arrived. When i got out of the hospital, i stopped by to thank the staff member for saving my life......and was met with tears of joy and hugs from the entire staff that had been there that near fateful evening. They literally saved my life.......and gained a customer and friend for life! What more do i need to say? Thank you.....

Worst customer service Ive experienced. I have been a loyal cricket customer for 10 yrs an now Im strongly considering a new provider. The staff is rude and not capable of the proucts they sell or the services they offer. All I wanted was to find out the cost on adding a phone line an purchasing a phone for that line.

I got double charged at my local cricket store and called them, they told me over the phone that they were too busy to help me and I would have to drive through traffic in the heat to get back to the store. Once here I showed them their mistake on my mobile banking app, then they said I would need to drive 4 more miles back to my bank on my only day off and wait in line there so I could get a paper copy of the mistake they made. So I drive back to the store and Im told the manager who made the mistake is on her way to the bank and when she gets back I will get paid In cash. So Ive been waiting on that for 2 hours now. How do you think my rating is going to go?
