I went in for a new iPhone and it was quite busy with just one person working the area. At first I was worried I would be lost in the masses and wouldnt be seen for a while. However Gabby was wonderful, she was handling everyones needs flawlessly and made sure my needs were tended to.I would definitely recommend this store, especially when Gabby is there, as she is super friendly, very knowledgeable, and very patient. 5 stars across the board.

Very satisfied with my experience at this store. Daniel and Gaby went above and beyond to make sure I was educated on my phone, protected from damage, and connected with family! Came from Sprint and this merger has been anything but easy. This team educated me on my options and hooked me up. My iPhone 12 Pro Max is awesome.

This store is extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our questions and concerns were addressed. 5 stars doesnt adequately summarize our experience. It was truly a relief to finally get some help. We were very empathetic as to the shortages in inventory and were very happy with the solutions offered by the team here. All my questions were answered and my information was preserved.

Unfortunately we could not locate the location history and Gaby sold us a new phone that is more than adequate for my needs. I am very happy with the service I received at this store. Gaby was awesome! stayed after hours on a Friday to make sure I was set and happy. Even walked out with a free Samsung. Customer service was being difficult and Gaby was very patient and persistent in solving my problem by calling until we got an expert to help out. lengthy process but very worth. Absolutely love working with this team. The young lady who helped me (Gaby, I believe) was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions with a great attitude. Definitely a good experience, which I can’t say the same about with another carrier. Good job team!

My husband and I had a special offer to switch from Sprint to T-Mobile and Gaby was great with the switch but there was an issue with billing. So, she tried to get the correct billing by calling T-Mobile support and talking to a supervisor. Well that went poorly and the supervisor was not helpful with the information but also rude and hung up on her. My husband did call support to find out that there was a miscommunication and they corrected it and apologized. We were very happy with going to that store and the interaction with Gaby was professional in the way she tried to fix our billing issue, which she was correct in the first place.

Ashley the manager and Octavio were the best this week! Ashley impressed me with the amount of time she gave me and helped me with my old phone and got me into a new phone. Her and Octavio also helped me with getting a repair service to help get anymore info off of my old phone. This was an awesome experience and they were so helpful........other T-mobile stores have disappointed me in the past. I feel so relieved to know this is my local back up team. Great job!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE--AGAIN! Second time in there for a cigarette lighter adapter and cord....they again didnt have what I needed. They could not provide any information or assistance...Customer Service = F-

This store is opening late. Its going on 10:30 and the workers pulled in parking lot at 10:15. One girl stated to me its going to be a extra 15 minutes and she looked like she had a attitude because I looked at my timing on the phone. No apology, no customer service, no since of urgency for me and the other customer who is STILL standing outside.

They NEVER have enough staff and ignore you when they’re not helping someone. Hilton Head Island has so few stores and this why - poor customer service. I’d rather drive 30 minutes to be served rather than be ignored.
