As always, Jason was spectacular in his helpful approach. Jason has helped me for years. With the debut of the IPhone13 I decided to trade my ancient phone in for a new one. Problem- I was in NC and Jason was on Hilton Head. We got everything done and I got my new phone but was having difficulty getting it online. Jason stuck by me into the evening after he went home. We finally got everything working correctly-my fault it was so tedious. I would, without hesitation, recommend anyone needing assistance with Verizon to contact Jason at Cellular Sales Hilton Head. And, thanks again Jason for getting the entire family fixed up !!
First and foremost, Jason was extremely helpful and thorough with helping is get new phones and an apple watch set up. Secondly, the store was very clean and well kept. We had a very pleasant experience.

Daniella at the Hilton Head store went above and beyond to help me yesterday when I came in with a cracked phone and looking for options but having no idea what I might want. She went over all my plan and replacement options, and then was even willing to pick up a phone at a different store for me so I didnt have to be drive over an hour. Through all my questions, she was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and just helped to destress my situation.

Yesterday (07/26/2021) morning, we called VerizonWireless Customer Care, twice, the second time was in an effort to correct errors that they made during the first call. Both times we had to deal with automated attendants that didnt work properly and had to call back several times before we got to a human being. (For the sake of the readers of this review, we are leaving out a lot of detail on the poor service.)Out of frustration, we searched for the nearest VerizonWireless Store (Cellular Sales Store) in an effort to deal with a real person face-to-face. We are currently on vacation in northern GA and drove 30+ minutes to Hilton Head, SC, which was the closest VerizonWireless Store.Upon arrival, we were IMMEDIATELY greeted by Taylor Peacock who had a big smile on his face and gave us a very warm welcome. We immediately felt that we made the right decision making the drive.We spent 10-15 minutes complaining to Taylor about the poor VerizonWireless Customer Care service and what we were originally trying to accomplish. In about 1 to 2 minutes, Taylor fixed the issues.It still amazes us that we spent about 2+ hours on the phone with VerizoneWireless Customer Care who should have done what Taylor did in the time that Taylor did it in. Plus, VerizonWIreless Customer Care was trying to sell us additional packages, at a major premium and that we didnt need, instead of fixing the issues that they created. Additionally, they would not revert us back to our original plan.We are so appreciative to Taylor and the Cellular Sales Team. We asked Taylor how we could write a review for him and the Store to show our sincere appreciation. I find it very helpful to have a nearby retail location for shopping new ohines, fixing old ones, and advice on using the phone. I have dealt with numerous representatives over the years and have found them very knowledgeable and helpful, with very good technical skills.
I upgraded on Mar 8, 2021. All 4 bills, since then, were different. This has been worse experience in 10 years as customer. The promotion credit took forever. I have made 7 visits to store to get issues resolved. Your prices are twice the competition.

My younger brother and I went in to upgrade his phone during Memorial Day Weekend and during Quarantine. We were greeted by Juan Ibanez, as well as assisted by him the entire 2 hours we were in the store. Juan was an absolute blast, so professional, incredibly patient and helpful. He turned the entire process, that most would dread, into one of the best experiences we have ever had at any Verizon store, period. So grateful for the extra time and care he took to ensure all out needs were met and going above and beyond what was asked. His co-worker Lance was equally as pleasant, and professional. Lance would walk around periodically to clean and sanitize while we were in the store. Overall thoroughly impressed with level professionalism provided!

When we purchased new phones we had an inexperienced sales rep who unfortunately told us some things (regarding monthly charges) that were not true — hence our monthly billing skyrocketed. Between November snd March we have repeatedly gone back to the store to get some relief and I have to say that a number of in store representatives as well as Verizon Customer Service people have tried really hard to help us. While our monthly bill continues to be higher than we were initially told, I believe Verizon has tried hard to make adjustments to give us some relief.
Your place to go for a new phone, or any other items. Good plans for everybodys budget and taste!😚
My father in law is 80 years old and needed an iPhone. He isnt very technical and he was lucky to have Susie guide him step by step on how to do everything. It took long time and she was extremely patient and had an awesome attitude. She helped him pick out the plan, the case. Explained everything in an easy manner to him. He is very happy because Susie made his experience a very pleasant one. I highly recommend her to everyone. Thanks a mill Susie for everything.

He is skilled at translating his expertise to non-experts.Moreover, Jason has an extensive knowledge of Yankees statistics if that is relevant to your issue.My problem was resolved more quickly and less expensively than expected, thanks to Jason.10/10 would go to this Verizon store again.
This Verizon location might be the best one I’ve ever been to. Verizon is already the best, but the customer service here was on another level!! Isaac was so amazing in helping us out!! We had so many questions, and he answered them with great detail and also offered feasible solutions. When we got home, we realized we had one more question about the new unlimited data plans, and another man was able to help us out on the phone, and he was also exceptional!! Overall, we left extremely satisfied with our experience! Great location with great workers!!

Ed was extremely helpful in replacing a phone that was destroyed. In addition, he took a lot of time to make sure I knew how to use the phone and to make sure all of my contacts,my emails, and my apps were all on the new phone. He made sure I knew how to use all of them before I left the store. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood his explanations. In addition, he also informed me on how to use my phone overseas for my next trip. He gave me his contact information in case I had any problems after I left the store. He was affable and made the process enjoyable.

I could not have had a better experience today at the Verizon store on Hilton Head Island. I brought in an iPhone with severe issues that begat more issues. Gina, the associate who was assisting me, never flinched, lost patience or interest during my lengthy stay. She worked the problem and found the solution. Her steadfastness and perseverance was admirable. Gina is a credit to Verizon. She has my thanks and I will be using this Verizon store again in the future.

Best Verizon store in the area. I purchased a phone (LG V10) from Adam on 6/17. Adam was great, helping me make needed modifications to my existing plan and going out of his way to explain surcharges and fees in laymans terms. Furthermore he followed up to ask how I liked the phone and to be sure that all bases were covered. Not once, in 15+ years of purchasing phones, has a salesman called to follow up. Very impressive customer service.After two days with the V10, I realized that (this otherwise great phone) wasnt to my personal liking. I needed to exchange/return. I went in fearing the worst, but met Jason who was incredibly efficient and courteous in expediting my return. Jason patiently explained the process and tried to help find a model that would better fit my needs. Ultimately, I had to purchase my phone from another retailer due to time constraints on my end, but I truly wish I could have purchased the phone through Verizon Cellular Sales.All in all, service at this store is leaps and bounds better than any other phone retailer. Salesmen like Adam and Jason will take the time to explain plans and devices, without esoteric wording or any nonsense. I left feeling like I understood what I was purchasing/signing up for, and I felt like I was actually a valued customer. Experiences like this are getting harder and harder to find in the cellular business.

I went to the Verizon store with no phone that was working at all. It was an old iPhone 4. I met with Elliot, and he took the time to not only show me how to use my new phone, but also set it up and wouldnt let me leave until he was sure that this woman in her 60s knew how to use her new phone properly. ISAAC was simply superb! I had an issue where Id had an international plan on my phone I was still being charged for (2 months after id returned to the States) and asked if he could help. The man is a gentle, polite, effective, smart, gentleman SUPERSTAR. He guided me to call Verizon from my phone, told me what to say to them - and the kind lady on the phone (Jill) wiped out 2 months of extra charges. PLUS he then said i qualified for a reduction in my bill as Im over 55. Net net I had over $250 wiped off my bill, and my monthly bill cut drastically. The atmosphere in that store is superb. there evident employee comraderie, yet it never interferes with the service. Without a doubt, the best Verizon store I even been into. Isaac, THANKS!!

I stopped in the Verizon store today and was promptly greeted by Jason. I needed a new car charger and he provided me with input on which one I should purchase. Before he rang me up he looked to see if I was getting the most out of the current plan I was on even before I got a chance to ask. Thanks to Jason I am now on a plan with more data that costs less!

Bought a phone here and had to take it back to get looked over because bluetooth wouldnt work. Jason met me at the door, shook my hand, and figured out that my phone was working fine but my car was still connected to my old iphone. Back in the summer while on my way to HHI for a vacation, my cell completely stopped working. I needed my phone. So, after a couple of days, I went to this store. Jason K was very helpful & went out of his way to setup my new LG G6. He completely transferred all my files & contacts. He explained all the new features for my new phone. Luckily for me, the phone was on a promotional sale. Plus, he got me a discount on the cell case & glass protector. I dont know if he just felt sorry for me or not, but I felt like he went above & beyond. Regardless, I really did appreciate the extra effort he gave me.
I knew I was going to have a great experience as a first time visitor to the store as soon as I arrived. Evans got up from his desk to hold the door open for me at 7:30pm, 30 minutes from closing time. I told Evans that I didn’t want him to have to stay at the store with me and my problem device until 9:30pm. I was more so looking where my price range would be and what phones they had available. Evans assured me he didn’t mind staying late so we started the process. 5 phone calls, Omni issues to boot, and 3 hours later, I am the happy new owner of an XR and an Apple Watch. Evans really took his time and made sure he explained everything to me. He also remained patient when Core was giving him the run around about my account and why the upgrade and credit application were not being approved. Thanks, Evans!!
