Amazing experience, as usual! Been coming to Hilton Head for 20 years and I always make sure to visit Faces Day Spa. Quite honestly the best spa I have ever been to. Such a relaxing environment with stellar services. This time I chose to treat myself to a facial and my skin is glowing. Cant wait to go back next year.

Recommend Tiffany for the manicure and pedicure, Millie for the facial and Rene for the massage!! Try the whole “Queen for a Day” package and give yourself a kiss!!

The customer service was fine it’s just the quality of work was horrible! My toes looked like my child had done them! I went to the receptionist immediately following and she wasn’t surprised at the quality as they had shortage of staff and had to hire anyone & that they. They promptly gave us a sizeable discount but never will I ever go back.

Excellent service. If you are looking for a relaxing massage in Hilton Head, I highly recommend. When you enter the spa, you are immediately greeted and taken care of by some of the nicest people around. I cannot think of anything negative about this place. Easily 5 stars without question.

Esthetician was wonderful and very helpful in identifying solutions for my skin issues. They lost half my service requests, though, and took forever to get in touch to schedule in the first place.

Excellent customer service, atmosphere is nice, quiet, and relaxing. Went on a rainy day and it was the perfect mix. I got a chair massage and when I was done, I noticed that my shoulders felt almost numb compared to the tension I didn’t even realize I felt before. If you’re on vacation and need some time to let loose, you won’t be disappointed.

Area was very outdated, massage rooms were dark and unwelcoming. Nail area was cluttered and old. Only saw one person wearing a mask while there. Sad representation of following cdc guidelines

Let me preface this by saying I almost never write reviews, ever. But I need to share this because of my bizarre, and frankly disappointing experience. I went for a neck and back chair massage to relieve pain and tension in my neck from sitting at a desk all day, and left the same or maybe worse off than I had been walking in. The whole 18 minutes was the masseuse using some of the lightest pressure Ive ever felt during a massage. I explained in the beginning that I wanted a firm pressure, and again after about the first 30 seconds I explained that again. She held her knuckles in my shoulder blades for about five minutes, which was not only awkward but completely ineffective. I couldve done more at home with a tennis ball. Just the weirdest massage Ive ever had. If Im paying $25 for an 18 minute massage, Id like to walk out with at least an iota of tension released. The only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff is pleasant enough and the atmosphere is nice. Im being generous there. Id expect better quality from a spa, honestly. Dont waste your money. A portable at-home heated massager can do a hundred times better of a job.

I can see why they win Best Day Spa year after year. Great customer service, top notch massage and excellent COVID protocols in place. I will definitely go back again!

I wouldnt trust anyone else on this island with my eyebrows! I came to Faces day spa stressed out and looking for help after getting a terrible brow wax somewhere else. Everyone was so friendly, accommodated me in the schedule and did their best to help me out! Jackie was amazing and rescued my brows!! She tinted my brows to give me a fuller look despite how much the other place had taken off of them. My brows now look revived and gorgeous! Definitely come to FACES for your waxing and tinting needs!!!

I have been to Faces a handful of times and to be honest have enjoyed most of the experiences ive had. i went 3 weeks ago & had a 90 minute deep tissue massage....i work in the service industry and never want to leave a bad review but i genuinely had the worst massage ive ever had in my lifetime.My experience was awkward, NOT relaxing and just inexperienced all together. For long moments of time during the massage, I believe her name was Colleen...would just hold my arm for minutes and just awkwardly let it rest (i can do that at home on a foam roller) i was there for a deep tissue massage which made it very awkward and uncomfortable & on top of that NEVER worked on any other part of my body besides my back and in that frame of time was taking those awkward breaks of just holding my arm up. She then tells me, okay so you have 12 minutes left (WHAT IN THE WORLD- HOW IS THAT RELAXING AT ALL??) would you like me to focus on anything else?Fist and foremost, you never tell a customer/patient that they only have a certain amount of time left because that just kills any and all relaxation that theyve had or in my case NOT had. & my response was obvious because she literally didnt focus on anything and took breaks by holding my arm out to the side so i replied uncomfortably...would you mind at least massaging my arms? or legs?...idk full body? and she replies ya i was going to do that NEVER did. Just massaged my arm for 3 minutes (as im counting down the 12 i have left, thanks to her comment...& then held it AGAIN for 3 minutes then knowing time was coming to an end i asked would you mind massaging the other armugh just overall the weirdest, most awkward, not relaxing situation ever. wouldnt even call it a massage. i have at least 20 and have never experienced someone waste time, talk while giving a massage, and give me a ticking time clock. would NOT recommend going there again.

The people here are very welcoming and professional, however, I wouldn’t recommend getting your brows waxed here. I came in January 2019 for a brow wax and just asked for a clean up, nothing major and didn’t ask for any shaping. After, I noticed the lady had waxed the underneath of my brow so far up and created a gap it looked terrible. I feel like some of the ladies practice older techniques of cosmetology and are not up to date on current styles. The reason I posted this review now is because my hair is just now starting to grow back. Again, great people but would not recommend getting waxed here.

I had a wonderful experience from the moment my wife and I stepped into the spa. We were greeted immediately and they had our names/appointment already pulled up. We both had the hot stone massage and left relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a massage to compliment a day of golf, beach, etc!

I loved my experience here. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Amanda is amazing least painful wax Ive ever had! Tiffany did a great job with my pedicure and shes so sweet. Great place all around to visit in hilton head.

Faces is the BEST spa I have ever been to. I have been several times and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. The staff are all very polite and inviting. Faces is a first class spa; clean, bright, relaxing and some of the best service on the island. So for all potential visitors of Faces, You WILL NOT be disappointed!!The Faces Lash studio is a fabulous addition to the company! However my only comment would be to reconsider the music in the lash studio...

My daughters surprised me with the pamper sampler gift certificate and the experience was totally awesome!!! The massage was truly superb -- the facial was exceptionally fabulous and the pronto pedicure was extraordinarily magnificent!! All of the staff members were top notch and rendered their individual services with five-star professionalism.

Visiting from Atlanta for the week and decided to go for a facial. So relaxing and Cynthia was very knowledgeable about skin care and products. Definitely will be back. I highly recommend visiting the spa if youre in Hilton Head.

Collette does an amazing deep tissue massage!! I had a severe stiff neck and aching shoulders!! When she was finished I instantly felt the flexibility in my neck, and a reduction of soreness in my shoulders!! Thank you Collette I will definitely be BACK!!!

A must do during each of my visits to Hilton Head. The massages and mani/pedis are amazing. Staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. Spa is always clean and I love the relaxing water wall in the waiting area.

This place is ridiculous. The owner is a snob and hires same. Had the worst mani/pedi in my.life. The front desk gal was not at all helpful with skincare retail products. I ended up.paying for service and walked out empty handed (retail). Never again ... went following week to All About Me ... great job.

Had a facial,or I should say a partial facial,so disappointing, I thought because of the name, facials would be done well.So much missing that I am use to with professional facials.

They do a great job. 4 stars because they are so expensive.
