CVS is the worst pharmacy EVER.EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU NEED TO PICK UP A PRESCRIPTION THAT HAS BEEN CALLED IN ANYWHERE BETWEEN DAY BEFORE AND IN THE MORNING IT IS NEVER READY.I CALL 3 TO 4 TIMES AND EVERY TIME THEY WILL TELL YOU ITC WILL BE A COUPLE OF HOURS AND 6 HRS LATER STILL NOTHING.HOW MANY TIMES DO CUSTOMERS HAVE TO HEAR YOU ARE SHORT STAFFED?????YOUR STAFFING ISSUES SHOULD NOT IMPACT YOUR PERFORMANCE!!!!!ANY OTHER JOB WOULD FIRE YOU FOR THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE!!!GET YOUR PHARMACYS ON TRACK!!I KNOW I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS ISSUES!ITS 6:20PM I AM SUPPOSED TO TAKE MY MEDICINE IN THE MORNING!!!THE WORST COMPANY/PHARMACYS HANDS DOWN!P A T H E T I C!!!!!!!!

Wow what a joke. You ask for help finding something cause you are walking around for 15 minutes and go to the counter and ask for help and I get pointed to the area I was just in. Great job!

Wish I could give no stars. I waited 40+ minutes on hold with pharmacy. No one ever answered. Picked up a Rx that I normally pay nothing for but was charged. I specifically asked if insurance was filed and the tech stated that the insurance only paid $2. Looked at the Rx and insurance was never filed! Called and was told I had to bring the Rx back for a possible refund.

Don’t bother calling the pharmacy. They will leave you on hold. Waited over 30 minutes today. No one answered, kept calling back and nothing. Just kept waiting.

If I could do no stars I would. They are so unprofessional. I dont understand why CVS even has a pharmacy. If youre picking up Tylenol or ibuprofen they have it. If you need medication to SAVE YOUR LIFE its on back order for MONTHS!!! The staff is poorly trained here. They are just here for show. Important medicine they do not deal with. Like I said if your child gets a boo boo and needs Tylenol sure go to CVS... If you have surgery or anything MAJOR stay away! The unprofessional staff, wait times and just plain old not having what you need will possibly kill you. Be careful.

I really appreciate the fact the store carries bamboo toothbrushes. This is the first regular store I have found to carry them. Thank you!

Pharmacy and online are not set up together at all . way to many phone calls and reminders and when you get there their not done or even do to be refilled. Pharmacy staff not helpful and very rude(Stephanie) not happy at all and considering moving all my script elsewhere.

I been dropping off my script here for about 3months & they have been great! The staff is very friendly, helpful & professional. Definitely gonna be my Go To pharmacy!

This store is excellent at having everything you dont need. They have every kind of cheese you can think of but no cheddar. Almond milk but no 2%. Jelly but no peanut butter.

I have been having trouble with some prescriptions. On more than one occasion they have only given me a three day supply, making me return to the pharmacy to correct the problem. Other than that, weve had no other issues. The employees are friendly, and we are always greeted when we enter the store.

Terrible pharmacy service. Prepaid for my meds and they couldnt process the order. Pharmacist completely ignored the fact that there was a problem with my order. Awful awful service. Pharmacy will not answer the phone.

Twice they have messed up my daughters meds. They chose not to tell me they didnt carry the meds til one week AFTER the script was sent in. Willowcreek CVS in Portage is a much more professional store.

Pharmacy never answers their phone was on hold 15 mins and no one picked up. Very disappointed in them will be switching to another pharmacy

Horrible. Both Hobart locations had computer troubles the entire day of November 13 2017 and despite dropping off prescriptions in early morning they could not fill routine prescriptions.
