We normally have good service when we shop at family express, but today our cashier was extremely rude to us. We tried to pay for gas inside with a $100 bill and the cashier began to tell us in a very rude way that she couldn’t accept it because she wouldn’t be able to cash anyone else out for the rest of the day. Instead of calmly explaining the situation, she rudely harped at us about it and continued to rush our interaction. Not very good customer service.

I love this location! I go there so much that one of the staff members sometimes recognizes I buy slushies all the time (even in winter)! The staff is always super nice and has never given me any problems or made me generally uncomfortable! I love this location and how easy it is to get to.

I went in to get gas and no one was in line the guy behind the counter did not acknowledge me and took his sweet time to respond and only did once another lady behind me came up. I wanted 30 bucks worth of gas and gave him a 100 dollar bill he look irritated and opened the drawer where clearly a customer could see you have the change in abundance to give me. he proceeds to Gove me all 5s and did not even count it out in front of me but just handed it to me with no response. I count my change before I head out and as I walk he says have a good day. I will not be returning to this location, no customer should ever feel like you have a personal issue with them.

Car wash attendant is very RUDE! Did not ask to stamp my card, kept telling me I had to hurry up as soon as someone pulled up behind me. He saw that my vehicle was extremely dirty and needed to be brushed down completely. I was 3/4 done and while I was doing the little portion left he told me I had to hurry up three times. No courtesy to customers at all. He is the only rude attendant there though. Every one else is very polite. Next time I go there and he is the attendant I think I’ll just bring my business elsewhere. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!!!

Wear a mask! All the workers should wear a mask.

I go there at nights, they have an employee named Chris...he is very helpful and courteous, Family Express has a valuable person working for them

Customer service lacking & only 1 attendant on a busy night. Not allowed to “give out” register quarters in return for one dollar bill (for air). Smh
