This place is nothing but a joke. Wouldnt recommend this shop to my worse enemy. Went in for an alignment. When i got vehicle back it shook like california shook when they had that earthquake years ago. I took it in cause of a little shake but now i cant even drive past 50 mph. Technician said well, just get new tires and it will stop the shake. Well it didnt shake this bad before. And all i got from this guy was a bunch of excuses and no explanation why. Better business bureau (BBB) will be getting a call from me about this sorry excuse for a mechanic shop.

Alignment was off when I got the work truck back. took it back, they claimed they fixed it. truck still pulls hard to one side. never coming back

Had a customer come to me asking why there prices were so high and if I would work on his 2013 scion he curb checked I asked Bagotes for a break down of the parts and labor they gave it to me no problem I looked up the part numbers they had written down themselves and all of them were quoted twice as much as the actual part they were going to charge this young man 1545.50 thats un honest work I see a lot in my industry

I hate being mean to small town businesses because I recognize that everyone is doing their best to stay afloat. That said, I called Bigotes for a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle. The tuner, Jose, conveyed to me that he was the only tech in the area who knew how to work on this particular model.The inspection report comes back with one major issue and everything else in great shape. When I receive the vehicle, the suspension is bouncy and rattling. Brakes are pulsating. Parking brake doesnt hold the car if pushed by hand. And it feels like there is drivetrain noise as well.The car has already been purchased and transport paid for. When I called about this inspection being faulty, I got an apology. But that was it.

Very expensive shop. I had 2 heads changed on my jeep. They didnt change the oil or the coolant and after you changed 2 heads, you should change the oil and coolant. Wasnt done and still charged me upward of 3k. They have a fast response and ok customer service. Disappointed that they didnt change oil and only put water instead of coolant in my car.

My parents truck broke down on the day before Thanksgiving in Hobbs on their way to Lubbock. I tried saving a buck by pulling a transmission from a junkyard to have Bigotes install as money was tight. 2 transmissions later after I couldnt find the correct transmission Bigotes installed a new one i purchased from a third party and got us on the road. They were very patient and understanding. I would recommend this shop and Ive never recommended a repair shop before.

Have been working out of Hobbs driving back and forth to Carlsbad. From out of state. I called needing 3 O2 sensors replaced. I called at 11 and they worked me in dropped off my truck at noon and picked it up by 3pm the same day. Excellent service compatible prices. Will use them again if I need to!

Great work great service

Customer service was amazing, went to pick up my vehicle after they said it was fixed. They said I had a faulty ground charged $220 to repair it. Went and started it and the check engine light was still on and blinking. Went back in and told them about it and all they said was it had a miss fire on cylinders 5 and 8 and just told me possibilities of what it could be. I would not recommend this place to anyone and as my company, friends, and myself we are going to steer clear of this place from here on out.

Took my truck to Permian Nissan and they tried to charge me over $3000 to fix my truck saying my starter was making a squeaky noise on top of other things. Picked my truck up and too it to Bigotes and they got it in right away and fixed it within 24 and I paid less than $950!
