The guy that checks you out is not always the most helpful, but if your looking for a quick oil change at a fair price, this is the place.

Needed electrical work guy charged me 500plus just to zip tie some things and called it done. Horrible experience was rude and short and also broke my fan in the process

Our alternator quit working about an hour outside of Hobbs. We were fully loaded with a trailer after selling a home. It was Friday at lunchtime! The Ford place wouldn’t take us and sent us here. What luck! Jessie Cox put a new alternator in and we were back on the road by 2:30! If I lived here this would be my regular repair shop. Thanks, guys!

I’m a lady don’t know much about mechanical issues come in checking 10 minutes to diagnose AC compressor out and because I did not give him the work found out he was way over charging for it he hit me $457 to release my keys do not go to this fraud he is a rip off do you charge that amount for diagnosis is a rip off

No respect for the customers vehicle. I had radiator replaced. Foot prints and mud on the painted part of my front bumper. Ripped out a splash guard and left it hanging by one pin. Truck was one gallon low on coolant when I got it back, bolt missing from upper fan shroud, air intake not reinstalled properly. They did however purchase a new splash guard for me and I reinstalled it myself in 3 min. They were not and will not touch my vehicle again.

Our home warranty sent Master Tech to fix the problem we had with our AC. Domingo the tech for them came out and did an excellent job! He went out of his way to come and fix the problem. Master Tech has a customer for life!! Thank you!

Ive been going here for two years since the Dodge House on Lovington hwy gave me a bad part and wouldnt replace it in my truck without doing a diagnostic test and charge me more for that than the original work cost me!Ever since I moved my business here Ive been more than happy! Recently a very bad predicament came up. It was told to me my vehicle, that is worth about 2000.$ was going to need about 700.$ of work. Reluctantly, after a time I said ok. It doesnt fix the problem and after paying it broke down. So they came and got the truck and tried again. This time they put a part on it that I suggested. It didnt fix it. Then I took it to them and they did more work and replaced a part and while on the way to take the repairman home it broke down again! Then they got it going again and left me stranded at a clinic. After a while got it started drove it to the shop and the guys had it a few more days. In the end they had it from 11/13/17 to 12/04/17. Finally it is ok but a few problems every now and then. But Im saving money for a computer. And they paid for everything past the first 635.$ certainly cant complain.

Worst service ever they Want me to pay a lot of money for something simple to fix plus they were digging into my personal tools in the toolbox definitely not good at all
