I’ve been a CubeSmart customer for several years and would recommend them to anyone looking for additional storage space. I recently had an issue with a malfunctioning lock. Sal went above and beyond to help me get my unit open, and replaced the lock. Excellent customer service!

Clean facility and friendly staff. It’s well maintained and is actually climate controlled. I’ve rented from many different storage companies and all of them said they were climate controlled but they weren’t. What ever the weather was outside was the weather inside except for rain of course.

The unit I got was very clean. Sal C was very proffesional.

Nothing but excellent service! My move was running behind schedule and the manager was more than patient prior to and upon my arrival. The weather was terrible and the manger offered us water and a smile (yes, through the mask) as we shook off the day. I wasn’t sure if the unit I ordered online was the right fit so he showed us a number of units, indoor and outdoor, with a variety in access, in the pouring rain! My truck arrived in the nick of time and we had a contract buttoned up in under an hour. It was a great and efficient ending to a very stressful day.

Very satisfied with our experience at CubeSmart in Holbrook. The manager, Sal, was very helpful walking us through the process of renting our storage unit. Once we returned later in the day to fill our unit, he was even kind enough to greet us once again and even helped hold the doors open to get our carts in the building. Would recommend to friends/family.

First time using a storage place, we went to another place that wasn’t climate controlled, and the manager there told us about here. Amanda and her staff is very courteous and helpful. The place looks very well taken care of, very clean.

Called constantly every month as soon as payment was due. Changed my payment on the fly just a few months in from the original contract.

After not finding the size of the unit with climate control at other self-storage places around the neighborhood, I reached out to CubeSmart and found the exact unit that I was looking for!Extremely friendly and professional staff, Bidya walked me through the facility, showed me a few possible units until I found the exact one that would perfect.Very clean and safe location and the free use carts are VERY helpful when moving large amounts of stuff between your car and the unit.

I just leased a unit at CubeSmart in Holbrook NY. I’m very happy with the unit. The facility is clean and has easy access. Customer service is second to none. Sal Campo was extremely helpful and patient. Sal made the entire process painless and was clear on every issue.

Rates are about $40 higher than local competitors(not introductory offers either, those are $64 lower), and they raise rates often, and without prior notice. If you are considering boat, rv or other outdoor storage, FORGET THIS PLACE because the gate breaks often, and when it does, they leave the security gate open, leaving your property vulnerable. Last time it broke, they left it open and failed to service it for over a week. Not the quality of care or service you are paying top dollar for. The inside lights ALL operate on motion sensors that will leave you in the dark if you are sorting your stuff while positioned between sensors. VERY ANNOYING as it happens frequently. When it is time to move out, you WILL NOT get prorated refund, yet they charge prorate when you move in. AVOID THIS WALLET TRAP and go with other local options; there’s PLENTY to choose from. Was a great place at one time. Was with them 9 years before Cube took over, and it’s been a steady decline since. Regarding the reply they left: they inherited me as a customer and clearly did not read the contracts they were buying. My contract stated the right to raise the rental by x percentage no more than once per year. The year they took over, they raised it twice, then six months later raised it again. When you buy a small business, and agree to buy existing contracts, you are expected to adhere to them, not make up new rules as you go along.

Bidya is the manager here and she was very pleasant to deal with. She explained how it all worked and showed us the facility before we signed up. Facility is clean, well lit, and looks secure. Would recommend here.

Very clean facility many sizes to choose from. After doing much research I found it to be the cheapest place around for the local area. Manger SaL seems too be Right on top of everything., including any of your needs.

This was my first experience using CubeSmart as I was moving out of a storage unit in Amityville (different company) so I was expecting the same type of customer service I WASNT received previously. Wow what a difference!!!! Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff that a company should be VERY proud of. I first dealt with Sal, who walked me through the entire process of my rental options and also helped in securing the complimentary moving truck. Great first impression and then I needed a second unit and was assisted by Vidya, who is a great representative of CubeSmart. Her warm and friendly attitude was very welcoming and was very efficient in getting my second unit all set up in a very timely fashion. Amanda, the manager of the Holbrook location obviously keeps everything running smooth as the building and premises are always clean and very well maintained. Thank you to all for doing a GREAT job. Honestly, I rarely write reviews, but this was worth the time to let customers (and management) know about great experiences.

I have used many storage units over the past few years and CubeSmart has been by far the best experience Ive had. The facility is always neat and clean. The General Manager, Nick, has been so helpful and accommodating. I use the unit for work and come in at all different times alone. I always feel safe and know if I need anything, Nick or any of the other employees are there to help! The customer service is excellent at the CubeSmart in Holbrook. If you need a unit, this is the place to go!

Based on my initial contact, I am expecting a great experience. Jodi, the Manager, is friendly and knowledgeable, Keith, who showed us our unit and registered us, was also very nice and helpful. The facility is incredibly clean and well-lit. Very pleased so far.

Great great great!! My husband and I have searched for storage places so we can transition to a new home. The other storage companies do not compare to CubeSmart!! Just the phone call alone was great, we were very informed, given great deals, all done with superb customer service!!! I was more pleased to see this great service in person. Once we arrived the prices discussed over the phone were the same and gave us a tour. We were greeted with wonderful smiles cant ask for more then that. I recommend the Holbrook, NY location to everyone!! If I could give them more then 5 stars I would. They are the best and thanks guys for the jolly ranchers!!!

I am new to the world of storage, having recently down-sized and moved from a 5,000 sf home to a 2,000 sf home, I needed considerable storage space for my expensive furniture. I looked at several facilities and was overwhelmed by finding something that was large enough, climate-controlled, and clean. I am thrilled with my experience at CubeSmart Self Storage in Holbrook. Nick could not have been more helpful or professional. He gave me a tour, showed me the space I had reserved, even replaced the light bulb so my unit would be brighter when we loaded my things. I personally saw Nick and Jodi washing, vacuuming and sweeping the halls, doors and interior of empty units. This place is spotless and will only get better as this facility was recently purchased from another storage company and CubeSmart is busy bringing it up to its very high standards. This is not a fly-by-night storage facility. CubeSmart is rapidly expanding and offering an alternative to big, impersonal and less than well maintained storage. I highly, highly recommend CubeSmart, especially if you are looking for extra customer service. CubeSmart, obviously, is hiring extremely talented people to manage their facilities as was evident in the top-notch service offered by Nick.

Weve been here for 15 years.Ive always felt comfortable with my property being kept here.

The staff are professional, and the facility itself is clean, safe, and well lit. It is very difficult, however, to contact the store manager or get someone on the phone when calling. I have also showed up several times on site and the office is closed (for 10-30 minutes) during business hours while the attendant is away from the office doing something. This can be inconvenient.

This storage facility is very clean and well run. I am very glad I chose this location. Nick was very helpful in giving me different options so I could pick the size that was right for me.

The manager was the most amazing and caring person. Took the time to answer myQuestions and even related on a personal level! Would deff recommend. Place was very clean and have my space booked and will be movin in! Only thing is I know it’s corporate pricing but it’s expensive but then again every place is expensive. I would rather go here though then any other place. Some places I went to were a little Sketchy and they really didn’t take the time to explain everything to me. Here I truly felt she cared and was doing the best to have me store with her and absolutely would feel safe with my stuff being there!

AWSOME EXPERIENCE!!!! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage. The premises are very clean and well maintained. I love the customer service. The General Manager, Nick Derenze was very personable, accommodating and knowledgable with regards to the size unit for me to get to comfortable store my property. He also suggested a very convenient storage location which is outdoors for easy accessibility. I just back my car up to my storage unit and load or unload my property and drive out.... No stairs, elevators or carts to deal with and best of all its reasonable priced & very affordable.

The worst management. Everyone should know that each month does not get pro rated. If you leave early, you dont get any money back once cube smart had collected from you. Also clean out your unit before you go down to the front desk otherwise youll be forced to move out. I made that mistake by speaking to the front desk first and cubesmart did nothing to fix it. New hire did not get trained very well and I payed the price. Lesson learned!
