Miami Auto World is a great place buy a car! It isnt easy dealing with misleading information from dealers! well this dealer is the only dealership that i have visited in the Hollywood area that is honest and hassle-free since ive been on my search. Drove up and down 441 and my search stopped there. Dealer has nice cars,and a amazing staff. Enjoyed my time there while buying my Lexus! Thank you guys! definitely exceeded my expectations.

I bought a 2008 BMW 328i March 6th 2015, I was given a purchase price if financed at $12,500. The salesman told me I would get $1,000.00 for my trade in. They ran my credit which took four hours and told me that I was approved but even thought they were still waiting on creditors to offer financing rates I could take the car with the filling out of some paperwork and come back the following day to complete the paperwork. I thought of it as a good opportunity to test the car since they are in Hollywood and Im in Kendall. The following day, when I sat down with their finance guy Charlie who to me is a scammer and I told him I thought so, the story changed and I only ended up getting $700 on the trade. I also realized they added and addition $200 to the cost of the car.. So I got scammed again, first on the trade in now on the cost of the car, so in actuality they gave me $500 for my trade in. I wanted the extended warranty so he added it and then told me he had to add GAP insurance on top of it, scammed again. In addition I advised them that the hood hydraulics were bad, Eran the owner said he would replace them and that he ordered the part. I made a stink that they added the $200 to the cost of the car so Eran said he would give me a free oil change. It just so happens that this is around the time that they were moving locations so I was told that once they moved I would be able to change have my hood hydraulics and oil changed then. We are now going into May and I am still waiting. Ive called a few times and no one answers. Love the car but I would not be a repeat customer or recommend them Really disappointed, bad deal! I can tell you that if you are looking for a used car and want someone you can trust, Rays Quality Auto in Hollywood is a good spot. I bought three cars from him prior to this and regret not doing it again. He is honest, keeps his word and works with his clients.

They said everybodys approved, when I called I mentioned I had 2 previous repos and Im not interested to drive for an hour sit there all day only to find out Im declined, I spoke to salesman by the name Jordan he was very nice and courteous he guaranteed me I was gonna get approved and if I wanted to save time since it was very busy there I should apply online on their website which I did. He called me about 20 minutes later said your approved bring with you some paperwork and insurance and by the time I get there the car is gonna be washed and parked up front I realized then I didnt have insurance he told me they have a few insurance agents they work with and by the time I get there he could have several quotes for me. Long story short, I got there I was in and out within a half hour. I personally had a excellent experience, thank god I applied online it was packed when I got there. My only recommendation is if you are in a rush start the process at home likeI did.

Very helpful. I need transportation to the dealership and they came to my home as a courtesy, There was no pressure when I was choosing my car and they helped to get payments were I needed them to be. I would refer Auto World Used if you need a car.

I just want to thank charley and Andres for their hard work and putting me in a great car. I love my 2005 Hyundai Tiburon... I must say, I am truly one happy customer.... thanks again guys ....:)

I was looking for a Toyota Sienna for a while I must of seen at least 7 different ones, the one I found here was in the best condition and relatively the best price, the service was pretty good, I spoke to a salesman by the name Andres he was very nice and professional, the only problem I had was my gps sent me to 2 different addresses, I recommend to use Google maps if you dont want to drive around in circles.

Everyone was nice I had a great visit. Everything was simple and easy and I got a great car!My credit wasnt the greatest and I was told that they would take care of me and work hard to get me financed. When I recieved the call that they accomplished what so few could do. I had to make my choice on where to go and get my car. I picked Miami Auto World because Jordan was pleasent not pushy and overall easy going. He gave me some advise that I didnt know and was not told by other dealers. Two thumbs up guys and girls keep it up!!

Spoke with salesman numerous time over course of several days to schedule test drive for vehicle. Drive hour to dealer only to be told that car was sold days ago. Terrible business practices.
