Horrible horrible horrible service!!! I came in (pregnant at that) to look at a vehicle which I ended up falling in love with. Me and my husband make a deal with the man that worked there. He guided us to where the Wells Fargo was to take the money out. We took less than 10 minutes total to get the money and return to the dealership. Upon our return the man took my I.D. To begin the process and the Comes back and says that there’s an “issue”. He went on to explain that someone came yesterday to look at the car and they just came back now and wants to trade his car in and finance the rest. So obviously I questioned why he would show us a car and have us get the money out if he committed to selling the car to someone else. His response was that maybe he won’t get approved for financing and that he’ll call me in 10 minutes. I waited almost an hour and called him back, his response was then that he’ll call me in 5 minutes. Of course I never got a returned call. I called again and no response and sent 3 text messages with no response.Point is, horrible service. If you want to be a slimeball and waste someone’s time and sell to someone else because you’ll make more money screwing people who are financing, FINE BUT AT LEAST HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL BACK AS PROMISED AND TELL ME THAT!!!!!!!
