Took quite a while to get battery installed though I bought when I was only customer in store.Yet since it was sprinkling and one kid that could do job was at lunch I get it.Super nice young man, truck started like a charm, I left.Got Speed Perks so will be returning soon so as not to lose them!

Its a quick place to get parts and things for cars

Really disheartened by this location. My car was shutting down on me and needed a battery test. The lady that greeted me refused to test my battery because they only had two people. Come to find out at the next auto parts location i was somehow able to get to that most stores have two people and they are still supposed to check the battery. Utter laziness and not to mention cold to just refuse service for an invalid reason like that. I’m going to avoid this location from now on.

Just so happened to come across this advance auto location due to I needed my battery charged and I come across this unsafe hazardous steel iron rod sticking out of the ground (rebar)next to the tree in the area where parking is against the store. Also its not just one I saw there was two. I walked by and then noticed it. Any human being could of been struck including myself. Very unsafe.

Get what we need for our two vehicles most often however, do not waste your time calling ahead of time......they have terrible phone manners with customers. But on the upside, they do often times have what we need.

Had great help at this store. Compared to my bad experience at the pembroke pines Autozone. The Girl behind the counter went out of her way to help me, with finding a hose to fit my power steering hose that was leaking. She was patient and determined to help me find the hose I needed. I really appreciated all the effort. And the store was quite busy. So many Thanks for all the effort!! Great store good and customer service!!

Very helpful staff located right of of Dixie hwy in between Johnson st and Taft St. Plenty of options for your vehicles needs with the personnel to accommodate majority of your necessities. I purchased a pair of wind shield wipers they were a bit pricey but they were also good quality. The staff assistance in making sure they were attached appropriately was very helpful and professional. I will be going back to purchase more items when I need anything vehicle related.

Blank gentlemen who helped me pay was nice; when I asked to use their restroom (paying customer) another guy, Latino approached and answered for the person helping me that it closed now.. no explanation given. Clearly it wasnt.

Great service and wonderful staff! This is how a service counter should be ran! They even go and pick out your oil or air filter for you and make sure the part is correct. The store is clean and organized and the parking is ample, day or night. People spouting Howdy Neighbor, its definitely a great store.

I went in to check my car battery and it needed to be recharged. not only did LISETTE do that for me (for free!) she helped me take it off and put back my battery into my car. The nice young guy at the counter and the young lady were both informative and polite. The young guy offered to put my new wiper blades in, I declined. Bad idea. The young lady came and quickly took off old blades, put on new blades. I was at awe. She was also very informative. I love feeling good about the folks at this particular Advance Auto Parts Store. Thats my story, and Im sticking with it. Lol. 😃😄😉.

Went in because my battery was dead, I bought it there 5 months ago, the associate tested the battery and showed the results to Lissette the manager and since I had my receipt BAM got a new battery, Thanks Lissette you made my day! Awesome service.

If I could have picked ZERO I would have. All I needed was a battery test, as I entered and asked one of the associates behind the counter, he walks over to their cashier, and whispers to him, after which the cashier says we dont do any type of testing as per corporate. Ok, no problem, you have lost my business FOREVER. Strange that an actual professional auto parts store like NAPA did the test, needed a battery. Bought it at NAPA and will always go to NAPA from now on. Oh and by the way everyone I ever talk to will know that Advance Auto Parts is such a trash organization.

If you want car parts at reasonable prices this is the place to go. Friendly staff and can pick up online orders. A+

Sold me the wrong part costing me double in mechanic fees and one missed day of work costing me another $200.00. There screw up cost me $350.00. Asst. Manager on duty didnt even apologize. I could have had the job done at the dealership for less then what its costing me. Update: the manager got me the correct parts the following day.

Helpful staff and they always have what I need. If not, they call around and find a store nearby to hold the part for me.

They advertise Free rental tools But reality is they sell them to you Because they are always OUT of STOCK for rental ie Disk brake service tool Even small tools ie a wire cutter needed for 2 minute in their store is NOT available Sure you can Buy it and return it But that is not the point they are VERY customer UnFriendly AutoZone is much nicer and treat you very well
