After shopping with 4 other dealerships and was giving up I made a call to Hollywood Kia after I saw a car on their website. When I first bought my car they gave me a “We owe you” for a scratch and dent on the drivers door. I have been trying to get the door fixed for A YEAR. They have taken copies of the ‘we owe you’ three times. I haven’t received a single call to have it scheduled. I’ve left multiple voicemails however, none have been returned.Don’t bother with the service department. I took my car there for an oil change and mentioned that I had water in my tail light. They assured me that I did not. Well…. It rained later that day and I certainly did have water in it. So I took back two weeks later where they did a “full inspection”. I took my car to an actual mechanic and my two back tires were so bald the wire was showing due to my suspension being bad. Although Kia claims to have rotated my tires, the balding tires was NOT on the inspection report that Kia provided me.

Hollywood Kia is the best dealership in town. Ms. Lillian Lloyd made the process a VERY smooth one and was extremely personable and professional. I must mention my original sales person Mr. Carton how was a delight to work with as well. Finally, the finance manger, Mr. Phillip was very good and professional as well. 5 STARS across the board!

Terrible service is simple.I made a appointment, arrived. No one met, no one explained where and why to go and who to find. When I finally found it. Communication with the employee and the client is disgusting. Its like Im not a client, but like a homeless person. They talked to me rudely. After that, it was not clear who came and said that he would not accept my car for service. To my question, why did I make a appointment and could they warn me earlier that I wouldnt go, I received the answer dont like it, go to another dealer. What? Who are you hiring? Illiterate, rude? I havent met any dealers of such a terrible service yet.Its a shame that such a brand is good, spoils its reputation because of such clowns.

They have such a great offers, but at the same time not great attention from the sales person nor the costumer service. I’ve been calling many times, the don’t respond or are rejecting my calls after they answered me and transferred me with a wrong person. I’m trying to get back the box that comes inside of the middle compartment that was took it for the person that washed my car when I bought it, this person took away and didn’t put it back. And no answers from the sales person or people from Kia. Bad thing.

I don’t know anyone who walks away from buying a car and says I had the best time, but I can honestly and truthfully say, I had the best time! Our sales person, Lillian Lloyd, could not have been more patient and kind and informed. We test drove a few cars and she was able to point out all of the extras on each one. We settled on a Kia Sportage that is a perfect vehicle for us. As she had helped my son and daughter-in-law just a week before and they had sung her praises, We didn’t want to deal with anyone else, and are so glad we were able to meet with her. Kia is a wonderful car to have, the warranty is spectacular and no dealer prep. Plus the car was washed and filled with gas and when we came back the next day with some questions on how to Operate some of the fabulous features, she was right there to show us. In all of my years this is the first time I walked away, or actually drove away, from a car dealer and felt really good. I would recommend Hollywood Kia to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car.

Review for Carlton: As a first time buyer, I am thankful for the service and experience that Ive had at Hollywood Kia. Ive have gone to many dealerships and this location is the best. I was helped by Carlton. He was patient with me and didnt rush a decision out of me, answered my questions, and called me when a car of interest was available. Because he looked out for me, I was able buy the car I desired in the color I wanted. He even worked around my crazy work schedule to meet with me so I can test drive and look at options.

I’ve had a very good experience with this dealership in the past. However, this year we change our cars and took a new lease(two leases, my husband’s and mine). The nightmare started that day, it seems there was an issue with how the financial part was made, so they ended up charging me an extra month for the car I gave back, and on top of that because the account was not open I paid directly to the dealership the monthly payment for the new car, and it seems the money was never accredited to the actual account.I contacted both, Kia finance and the dealership (in person) and I’m still waiting to hear back from them and get my money back. This is very unfortunate and I highly encourage you to don’t do any business with this company, they don’t help you at all

Horrible on customer service!When I renewed my lease it was like heaven, but when you have a problem and try to solve with them, it’s a nightmare! That day the financial guy, Mr. Giancarlo was very nice, but now we never can find him. They charged doubled me for the first 2 months of my lease… my old lease and my new lease.. and months later and I still didn’t get the refund. And the mentioned employee, never is there or take the calls we try. Is it a nice company? Not in my world.

THIEFS! PLEASE READ!!! I was sold a 2003 Nissan Altima. This man Garfield took advantage of me at the time I was a college kid who never bought a car and worked for 2 years to earn this money. He lied to me about the car and how it was in “great condition and only need a paint job” 4 days later after buying the car I find myself stuck on i-95 on the side of the road. Terrified because the car broke down and the breaks stopped working. So many issues were with this car it was unbelievable. They did not refund me, help me, or show me any sympathy. I was just a kid. Do not go here please, or else you can be sold a dangerous vehicle and possible lose your life as I almost did. I was never shown any care or good service. The manager had a big scar on his face or somewhere i forget. If these guys are still there, stay away! They will take advantage of you. Worst experience of my life! I still get nightmares of the car that was sold to me and the people there. If 0 stars was an option I would’ve done that. Hopefully I save someones life, time, and money by posting.
