Got some rollerblades from them and my family rented out some bikes. You wont have a problem with anything they give you. They keep up with their maintenance. Rollerblades were really nice and smooth.

They lie and say they reserve a bicycle for you and when you get there there is no bicycle. Rent from another company that will actually take your reservation and honor it.
I wish i could rate this ZERO STARS. The young lady at the front desk was super nice and friendly but the owner was a complete jerk. We went in to rent 5 bikes for three hours which by the way were horrible condition bikes, we rode for a good 10 minutes because we just felt unsafe with the equipment rented. We explained that we didnt feel safe and would like our money back. Instead the owner didnt want to reimburse us and wanted to give us a raincheck which we will never use as we dont live here and equipment is rusty and horrible.We explained we were vacationing and ranchers wouldnt work. Long story short, he charged us for 1 hour after being on the phone with him for an hour. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON HIS BEHALF. GO AROUND THE CORNER TO THE BIKE RENTAL THERE.

Great Experience. We went with a large group (about 20 people) and the staff was very accommodating and funny. Small children can sit in the front of the four-person bikes. Its a little bit of a leg workout but definitely worth it to see the beautiful boardwalk & beach. I recommend going in the evening time to avoid the heat of the sun.
We just had a great time. Spoke with Dan to set it up. We went with our whole family. My 13 year old son rode his own and my 11 year old daughter went with me. Jo and Erik were great tour guides! It was safe and very fun. After a few minutes of instruction, we took off up the boardwalk and made our way to Dania Pier. The tour was about 2 hours. When we got back to the shop, they let the kids try out the Moon Boots. Great time was had. Highly recommend.
Amazing and fast service. Great deal on tires and tubes AND he fixed my barrings for free of charge. Definitely recommend this establishment and I will definitely be back for more help!
This is the best bike shop on the beach. Most other place is like this one.. Erik is the best me and my four kids had the time of our lives they had a blast in the banana bikes. And me and my husband had the dual trike. The equipment was in good shape not rusty like the guys around the corner. And they have the best prices and the customers service is top notch......
Had a tire blowout on the Broadwalk. Was heading to another shop as I had called them 5 minutes before. By the time I got there the person I spoke with at the other shop had left even though I said I would be there in a few minutes. I Saw Hollywood Trikes a few doors down and spoke with Eric. He repaired my bike in 15 minutes and for a great price. Would highly recommend Hollywood Trikes. Thanks again!!
This place is awesome, Erik has the patients of a Saint.. We are lucky to have him...Update: 😕 Erik has cut ties with this establishment and its not the same... I now use Bobby at New age cycle inside the Hollywood beach resort for all my repairs and service...

Ordered a Schwinn on Amazon and had it shipped to and assembled by Hollywood Beach Trikke. The bike arrived on Wednesday afternoon and was ready to be picked up on Thursday morning. Hollywood Beach Trikke even installed the head light and tail light kit, the water bottle, and placed the lock on the bike that I also ordered, which were not in the contracted price for assembly at no extra charge. Prompt, professional, and courteous, I highly recommended Hollywood Beach Trikke!

Very helpful staff. Performed a free repair inspection. Only place on the boardwalk that can perform major repairs. They need more space! Hard to see from the boardwalk. Great late hours.

The folks at this place are great to deal with and the bikes are fun. I cant say enough good things about renting a banana bike!!! My smallish 5 year old loved it. He spent about 2.5 hours on those bikes during our trip and it would have been more if wed tried it sooner. Id like to particularly thank Lex for his great service. When it wasnt clear that my kid would be big enough to manage even the smallest banana bike, Lex could not have been more encouraging and kind. My son ended up rocking it!

Caution to Families: Bikes in disrepair!!!Ill start by saying there are better bike shops in the area (Im from out of town and wished I wouldve shopped around more). As a avid cyclist, I was appalled at the condition of the bikes...foreshadowing what would happen on my ride, but more on that later. Lets go chronologically:The owner arrived 15 minutes late to open the shop.He offered up random bikes, though I inquired about road bikes (like his website advertises) he pointed me toward a cruiser in disrepair and I didnt see any road bikes in the shop.I ultimately opted for one of the massive fat tire beach cruisers...while fun to ride, the left crank/pedal arm fell off about 2/3 through my ride!!! This is a catastrophic failure owing to poor upkeep of equipment and should NEVER happen!The gent sitting behind try register did apologize and offered me a refund. Instead, I asked that he keep the money and use it to employ a full time mechanic to keep bikes in running order.Families Beware: Take your business elsewhere!

I found that agency online and booked equipment for a ride at hollywood beach and i was surprused with affordable prices and a great quality of my rollers.
This is by far the best bike shop on the beach the bike are clean and new and not rusty like the other shops the staff is very friendly and they have much more variety of bikes to ride and the atmoshere there is margaritaville all the way the manager Erik was super patient I had like five kids with me and he seamlessly took care of us and we where on our way.

Nice staff. But parents beware!!! Bikes are not well maintained & potentially dangerous!!. Tried 3 bikes out before we found one with working breaks! Do not let your kids ride. Unless you have knowledge of how a bike works, you or your kids could be in trouble!
