This place is great. Ive come here twice now for tune ups and some repairs and theyre always friendly and willing to help. Ill always refer anyone in the area to this bike shop. They do excellent work and my bike came back looking brand new for a great price.

20 bucks for 2 bikes for 4 hours I felt like was a good deal. Bikes worked well and had good service.

Called to rent an electric bike before going and the guy I spoke to (spanish guy) gave me a price which I was happy with since it was posted on their website and I asked him what time they close and he tells me 6 pm. I show up at 4 pm and not only does he spike the price but he tells I need to bring bike back by 4:50 pm. I asked why are we being shorted the time and he said because he wants to close by 5 pm. I said we haven’t even done the paperwork and by the time I get out I won’t even have 45 min but he was still wanting to pay for full hour. Obviously I didn’t go for that and told him that was very unprofessional and wasted my time coming here especially when what he told over the phone was totally the opposite. Beware!!!

Came here to get my tire fixed last minute before they were supposed to close. I told them its an emergency and i really need my bike and they got me in and changed my tire. Great service. I noticed they also have a huge selection of bikes. I will definitely buy my next bike here.

Fantastic service. We had an idea! All 13 of us should bike to beach and dinner... 2 hours later they delivered all the bikes with helmets and locks. Then they picked it up the next day. Hassle free. Sweet guys that run the shop. ❤️🙏

I ordered an electric bike on Amazon and was almost finished putting it together but I was having difficulty with the quick release under the seat. For the life of me I couldnt get it back on the seat post. I couldnt bring the bike to the shop because I dont have a car. I called Hollywood Bikes and they sent a mechanic to my location. I didnt know bike shops did house calls! I was so happy!! The service was friendly and the mechanic was well knowledged on ebike repair. I highly recommend Hollywood Bikes Electric Bicycle Shop.

I ask them if they do repairs/ tune up dude said yes just bring the bicycle in, then I ride my bicycle three miles to get there and he told me they not doing repairs right now....

Called around and the bike shack had significantly better prices then anywhere else in Hollywood Beach. Jimmy made sure we had new bikes that rode smooth!

Went in to see about getting my flat tire fixed. Took 10 minutes and they could not have been any nicer! Great service!

Deals are good BUT bike was very rusty & barely no brakes (amlost got into crash several times) bikes need love too..

This bike rental place is inside a sketchy destroyed looking resort, but the prices were the cheapest in the area I could find! We rented two banana bikes and one normal bike and they all worked great! I’ve ridden better quality banana bikes before, but for the price it was well worth it!

Horrible rude customer service on the phone and in person. This is my second time trying to deal with this shop because of the very few shops that repair ebikes and its not worth the disrespect to their customer.

New location in the heart of Hollywood very near to where I live, they are very friendly, and have a great variety of quality Ebikes with very affordable prices.Dealing with them was awesome!They recently started carrying a gorgeous Cruiser Electric Bicycles by AmericanElectric that does not require a license to drive and is only $1200! i highly recommend them, thank you guys :))

Great Bike rental conveniently located at Hollywood beach resort lobby, we had a great time renting bikes $20 all day, they also fixed my husband flat tire. the staff is very friendly.

Horrible business very unprofessional. These people are RACIST !!! and wont rent you anything if you are not white. I cant believe it what a shame. Spend your money somewhere else it is not appreciated here.

Avoid coming here. drove 30 min cause they told me they had a lot of bikes for sale and when I got there they only had 1 that looked like it was 20 years old. TERRIBLE SHOP

We borrowed bikes for a week and it was great to have bikes at the hotel Ramada Marco Polo, which is 6.8 km from the place, stood cycling on the balcony. We had to do that. On bicycles we have cycled all the way to Miami beach (25km). If you are active your bike is better than car and cheaper. It costs $ 2 per hour to park a car and free for bikes. Our hotel is 2 km away by bike from the Aventura Mall. It was also easy to ride a bike. Several towns we rode on the fortress without being a genius for walking and several roads have signaled that bicycles have to share roads with beetles. Billers have been good at giving space. We arrived to deliver a bike at 9:15 pm but the store was not opened even though it should have been open from 9am and therefore get a star less in review. Otherwise open from 9-18 every day.
