I brought my bike in yesterday, Sunday, for a new rear gear cable. They said they would try to get it done before the end of the day. I called them up this morning and they said they left me a voice message, which I never got, but that I needed a new shifter since the current one would only go into two clicks and they couldnt get it until December. I told them to just install the cable and asked when it would be done. The mechanic angrily said when he gets around to it. I asked him again if he could give me an estimate and he said late afternoon. After registering my surprise about its taking so long, he said that if I dont like it I can pick up my bike and go elsewhere, which is what I did. I had the cable replaced elsewhere in 15 minutes and the shifter is working perfectly. They obviously just lost a customer

This shop throughly looked at my bike and provided fast service. I had a tuneup at another bike shop while traveling. My tube popped after one ride so we took it here. My tube popped again, so we brought my bike back here. They fixed me up again and tried another solution free of charge.

These guys have worked on my bike and my sons bike, they really know their profession and you can tell they love what they do. Great customer service.

For families and pros. I just took my bike in for a tune-up getting ready for a daily ride routine and tune-up prices are inexpensive. These folks are reliable, this will be my second bike experience with this local owned business. You dont have to be a bike pro to go there but they are pros inside for sure.

Went in for something super quick and simple- replacing a bike tube. It was very clear that they take pride in their work and want to ensure the customer leaves happy and rides safe. They did a full inspection of the tire, put the tube in and made sure it was done perfectly before letting me leave. Very friendly and professional!

Came in today thinking I needed two new tires and tubes for my bike. Juan took a look at the tires and said it just looks like the tire bead slipped off the seam on the wheels in places. He remounted the tires, resolved the problem. He could have easily sold me tires and tubes. $10 per wheel and done. Thanks Juan.

I a bought a bike off of FB marketplace. The guy who owned the bike suggested we meet here. Good idea!! I need a bike tech to look over the bike pre-purchase anyway. So we meet there and this is Paulos regular store. One of the techs that works there was helping him sell the bike under his name on FB. So... they check it out and tell me the seat post is stuck buts its no big deal. Happens all the time. Pour a little coke a cola down there, let it sit overnight, it will come right out. Sounds good, I say, Ill have my tech in Ft.myers check it out. What they didnt tell me was that they had already tried to get the seat out and couldnt. They were obviously all friends there. Im glad they could make a sale for their friend Paulo. Meanwhile my tech at home cant get it out and Im stuck with a bike I cant really ride. Its collusion, they were all in on it.I understand buyer beware and sold as is. But this is something different. All I can say is if you purchase anything there. BUYER BEWARE
