Bought a car here some time ago, and the experience was great for the most part, I asked for a discount and they just gave it to me. I was able to get the car for the cash price and not get into financing. Nice people to talk to.

I called and asked if they accept debit cards and the Customer Service agent hung up on me. I tried calling back and he put me on hold. Not good for business.

Saw a car on offerup and tried calling them 8 times to get a cash price on the car. Not only did they not pick up the phone, they texted me saying they would call me in just one moment and never did. If trying to buy the car is like this I can only imagine trying to get a hold of them if you have a problem with the car. Todays world has no space for businesses like this. Great thing is, my money is also accepted everywhere else so I will do just that. Find somewhere that actually cares about your business and needs.

Let me start off by saying this was my best car buying experience. These guys worked hard to get me home in a new car. Stanley my Salesman did showed me the car and even took me to all the locations I needed to get it done. Tony the GM made everything easy and assured me I would leave with a great deal. I did and Gabrielle made the Finance portion simple and easy. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me to get my loan and at a comfortable payment. BE CAREFUL. I was interested to buy a car so I diced to call before I have to drive One hour and 30 minutes to see the car, and I asked if the car was still up for sale?. The seller said yes and its in great condition, as all our cars. So I diced to drive to see the car and buy it, if the car meet my needs. When I got there, less than 2 hours that I made the phone call, they told me that the car was sold, sorry but they can show me other cars or they can find me another one. This was one of the easiest car buys I have ever had. Stanley and the team at Beyond Car Sales helped me get a deal I thought was outside of my budget. They worked with me through the whole process. They even answered and returned my car when I had a question before the opening hours of the business. If I need another car, I would definitely return.

Manny provided great customer service and allowed me to take the car to a mechanic for an inspection. The only complaint I have is about the car detailing. A set of headphones and energy supplements were left in the back pockets of the front seats. Other than that, everything was good. UPDATE: apparently the mechanic who inspected the car (Tire Goodyear) did not do a full inspection as promised. I took the car to a Chevrolet dealer a few days after I purchased the car and it turns out the front bumper had been replaced, indicating the car had been in an accident. This information was not disclosed to me by the dealership and it was also not on the carfax.

This place is a Waste of time. I drove 40min. to get there after they had called and confirmed they still had it and that it was in great shape. I finally got there thinking i was going to see a great car there was NO CAR!!! I asked about the car and they said they had sold it 2days before and i wanted to talk to the man that had called me but he was to busy with clients...They are liars and shouldnt be trusted

I bought a Dodge Durango 2007 here and its was simple. I was worried about the service guarantee but they were true to their word.I got the low 200 payment and Im riding with a one year service. This is a great dealership with awesome people. Stanley helped me out with the car and Gabby helped me out with the payment. I definitely recommend and they also pay for that too. Come here if you need a car or truck used .

I highly recommend that before you leave the lot with your car that you have them do EVERYTHING right then and there! From washing the car to paying for the tags because after you leave it will be a nightmare to get them to get anything done. I made the mistake of leaving without getting the car washed or having the oil change and simply transferring my tags. Each one of those small tasks became a nightmare. Nothing gets done in time and the salesman cant keep track of anything. The only reason they got two stars was because of the car I found.

Such a poor experience. If there was a 0 star option, Id give it. First, lets start with their pricing. They list their Internet price on their website, which is fine, because there is fine print to read. However, not the case on other websites such as Car Gurus. So when it says the car youre looking at is $15,999 on CarGurus, really its gonna cost you $16,999. Next, my sales man was very, very hung over the day I was there. I know this because he kept telling me and my friend about how hung over he was after his big night out. Their dealer fee is $1,000.00, so be ready for that. Also, their financing was crazy high, so I had 30 days to find financing. So they called me every single day till I found financing. And not just my cell phone, but my work phone as well. I explained to them every day that it was gonna take time, but they still called and called. However, once they got their money, suddenly Manny (the sales man) couldnt ever be reached. His cell wouldnt accept my calls, most of the time I he was with a customer and would call back, and never once called back, and if I did talk to him, hed say hed call right back, and never did. Not once. Finally, my tag expired 11/19/17. Manny didnt even send me my new license plate until 11/27. When I spoke to him on 11/20, he already had them at the shop, but couldnt be bothered to send them out for another week because he got busy. Very poor service overall, I would avoid them at all costs

I received a call from the fourth number which I dialed. I previously dialed this same fourth telephone number for Beyond Car Sales and the operator stated the number was out of service.This uninformed unprofessional Salesman told me the car I wanted did not have a door neither ignition key phone ....he did not understand why the car had not sold...got upset when I told him the price he qouted is not the CarGurus price...stated I WILL CHARGE YOU MUCH MORE THAN THE INTERNET PRICE SINCE YOU FEEL I AM UNPROFESSIONAL!. I repliedONLY A JACKASS WOULD ARGUE WITH A CUSTOMER WHO HAD IN HAND THE CARGURUS PRICE CASH MONEY FOR A CAR THAT HAS BEEN SITTING 6 MONTHS!! We purchased a blue 2016 camry with less than 10,000 miles .. in less than 1 month we had to take the car back to the mechanic to four times, In the same month WE towed the car two times just to bring it home.These dealer claim they are selling you good cars, but they act when another mechanic mention to me that this car was clearly in an accident.These people have good service, but unless you want to spend most of your time walking or catching I suggest you not buy a car from here.They will most likely sell you a car that dont work and till you to move onTERRIBLE !!Dont but from them.. they will sale you a car they claim have a clean title and its not..The same car we bought form them have a sealed engineer as if it was damage and someone tried to repair itWe reported them to the BBB

These guys are total scammers. Started speaking to them at 10am. By 3pm they said I was 90% approved. By then they had already asked me 3 times to put more money down. Salesman said they were just waiting on a bank waiver and it would take 10 minutes. An hour later I called the dealership and they had no idea who I was. Then the finance manager called with an attitude saying they had no information from the bank yet but when I asked simple questions like how many years they tried to get the loan for, interest rate, etc he got an attitude and said the deal probably wouldnt be to my approval. Wasted my entire day lying the whole time. Do not do business with these scam artists

I wanna first start off to say this, very unprofessional service! Me and my friend drove down from Orlando to purchase a vehicle, (they ran his credit and everything), the dealership told him they could ship the vehicle after purchasing,(knowing the car is jacked up), but my friend instead said “he’ll drive down to look at the car.” So we showed up to the dealership, these clowns took 40mins to show up with the vehicle. They showed up with the vehicle dirty as hell, interior dirty, brake dust on the rims. So I asked “is this your personal car?” While the guy was removing the tag. He said “no” shortly I asked “so why wasn’t the vehicle ready before we got here?” This clown responded “the control arm had to be replaced, it was making noise when I was turning, so I figured if I can hear it, you can too.” My friend responded “the control arm doesn’t make any sound, that would be the axle” he had the dumbest look on his face. So I asked “why wait until last min to change everything when you know we’re coming for the car?” Plus the car needs detailing, rear wiper blades missing?” Oil leaking. But for some reason this clown tried to lie and said “BMW has been maintaining the vehicle” so I responded “bmw maintained this car and it’s in shity condition?” Clown responded “when I go in, I ignore other things and just get oil change.” And he lied and said “my wife has been driving the car, and she lives 5mins away from her job.” When we checked the car fax report, the vehicle was in a collision, they bought it a repaired it. I’ve never seen or heard something so absurd in my life! Just avoid these clowns if you can, they’re buying the cars at auctions and not fixing them properly. And then all of a sudden the price went from 18k to 13k..waste of my time and gas! And don’t look at the 5 stars reviews, they’re obviously their friends posting reviews for them, these people are sketchy!
