These guys are crooks. They have A 91 Acura Legend for sale on EBay. The want over 12 grand for it and claim it only has 27,000 miles.when you look at the car check report, it shows 57,000 miles in 1997 and then in 2005 it magically goes down to 20,000. When my husband brought that to their attention & said he would offer 5,000. The guy said that has to be a mistake cause this car looks like it has 27,000 miles & we have got offers of 8,000. For this car. What a bunch of liars. Someone set the mileage back and it probably has 127,000 miles.Would never buy from them.

Arranged to fly down from the other side of the country to look at all 3 Audi S5’s that are posted on car gurus and the actual dealer website. To find that only one of them is there! The man that said he owns the shop called off a response from an inquiry on car gurus, said they were all available and asked for us to send him money to hold the cars. I knew better! We showed up and a shop across the street let us in the building he never answered or showed up to work during business hours. A flood car.... only car inside of the building with windows down, bubbling in the interior with mold.... oh and inside the shop is roach infested! Walk in turn the lights they scatter everywhere! Imagine the infestation inside all those poor 20 cars in the shop! Horrible experience and a waste of a trip! Run and never look back!

UPDATE: My case is still pending in litigation however, this is to anyone who got a bad car or lost their deposit. Terry is NOT the owner of the dealership, the owner is actually the skinny man with the glasses. Who gets some kickback for the cars Terry purchases and sells illegally. Anyhow, if you are a victim I advise you to talk to a lawyer immediately! Terry, legally CANNOT sell cars and is using this dealership to engage in fraudlulent activity. Mind you, the dealership may not even have an active license to sell. They are trying to sell cars under another company named Venmotors, which I dont believe has a license either. If Terry and the finance company charged you high interest, please be advised this is also illegal. Particularly, any interest rate in excess of 18% is normally considered usury pursuant to the FL Lending Practices Act. However, any retail installment seller licensed by chapter 520 of the Florida Statutes is permitted to charge interest that would otherwise be considered usurious so long as they have a license to do so (and only according to a scaled rate based upon the year of manufacture of the vehicle). Since the dealership who originated the financing agreement was not licensed as a motor vehicle retail installment seller they were not allowed to exceed the 18% cap for interest and may have violated the FL Lending Practices Act. That came straight from my lawyer. Also, even if deposits are nonrefundable, how Terry writes the constracts, allows you, the buyer, some ways around it. TALK TO A LAWYER!Avoid this place at all costs. Terry sold me a car with nonworking airbags and needing both cadillac converters replaced. After informing him of what the maker of the car said and providing documentation, he said to return the car within 24 hours to get my money back. My husband and I drove 10 hours to Miami only to find him dodging us and not showing up to the dealer. After numerous attempts, I had to contact a lawyer. My lawsuit is still in the process so I will update when finalized. However, since he cant even legally sell cars as he doesnt have a business license and the guy who owns the lot is not Terry, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!

Me and my girlfriend put a partial down payment on a car and then the president declared a national state of emergency and our jobs shut down so we decided not to go through how ever they won’t give my 500 back. Normally a down payment would be non refundable but that’s not the case in a national state of emergency. However my father is a lawyer so it’s very unlikely that they will be able to continue to pull this off anymore. We’re going to get the 500 back and investigate everything possible to get them shut down for good. Stay away

Its all true, this dealer places ads on Craigslist and carguru.com for cars already sold but they tell you on the phone are available. I was 8 miles away at Audi North Miami and decided to stop in for a white 2010 BMW 528i with 103K miles for $6,495. It was hot and the guy that greeted me was also the guy that washes/cleans the cars. He told me the car is sold. A couple hours later I came across these reviews and decided to call in about the cars availability. The girl that answered said hello and thats it. Forget about identifying the business by name. I told her about the carguru ad and gave her a description of the vehicle and she said yes its here come to see it. I nearly blew a gasket. I told her she was wrong and told her why. If their employees are trained to lie in this manner, what else are they lying to customers about? STAY AWAY, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

Absolutely the worst car buying experience I have ever had!!!! I’m furious because I feel like I’ve been ripped off.... I purchased an Audi A4 back in March & immediately I had to replace a battery that costed me $250.00 which he only contributed $100.00 because I did not purchase the battery from Pep Boys but mind you my car would not start to begin with! Since I have had the car there’s a total of $8,900.00 worth of work that needs to be done & Im talking major work! Currently the car has been sitting in my driveway because Because each month I have to repair something! I’m devastated...Because I still have 2 make monthly payments on something I cannot drive! This place needs to be shut down, taking advantage of people hard earn money!!!! I don’t recommend this place 2 no one!!!!!!!!!

Made the 4 hour trip there to purchase a vehicle advertised with Car Gurus after putting up a deposit and advising the salesman when we would be there.Once there, no one was on site. The vehicle was in a shop being repaired NOT DETAILED as we were told. We were told one lie after another. Finally, after the paper work was being prepared, the owner then advises my husband of the price, which wasv$3,000.00. More than what the advertised price was. Need less to say we left the premises, which is sad, because I really wanted that car. But, they seem to be scammers and not wanting to do honest business. Bad experience. People BEWARE.

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I were interested in an Audi S5 they had there. We called and got paperwork started and we’re told we’d get a call back in 30 mins and 3 hours go by and nothing. We showed up to the dealership, which they advertise on their site to be big and beautiful, let’s just say they’re fooling you. The man wanted us to put a down payment almost as much as the car was worth. CarGurus had the car listed for one price and in person we were told it was actually $2,000 more.... some thing sketchy is definitely going on at this place. Do NOT waste your time at this dealership.

Run if you meet the owner TERRY, he is a complete scam artist. HE took a 2k deposit for a vehicle then called me a week later threatening to repo my car. I went back to the dealership only to hear that the bank did not accept my application but he will not be returning my $2000 but I can use 1k of it for another car buttttt... He cant get me approved anymore because the banks changed their rates due to COVID19. This review is only a small portion of the issues he will face. I guarantee you he will not be in business to see next tax season

I bought an Audi S6 here about a month ago. Getting into an Audi is a nightmare with maintenance costs but I knew that already. If I had known of all the faults of this car I’d never would’ve got it. From the spark plugs being corroded and a ton of oil when I replaced them. To the oil pan replaced and bad quality of workmanship leaking oil from it. But hey. I saw the add from CarGurus for one price when I signed the papers it said another. They are scammers. The price that’s listed on the ad is not the actual price. That’s with a down payment so let’s say mine. I saw the ad price of 10,995. After the down payment of 2,000. So the actual price was 12,995. With taxes and finance of the total out the door was 16k. And that’s that I put 3,000 down
