Don’t waste your time or money with this Scam artist! Brought a truck here then 19 days later literally 19 day later they repo it because the bank didn’t went through supposedly when I called the bank to verify that information they said the loan is was still good and if I still wanted to keep going with the loan but I said no because they had repo the truck back why would I want to support somebody business that works like that. The dealership even asked me if I wanted the truck back to go get back and pay the repo fee and what not i wanted my money back they took 4K out of my 9k down payment why would you repo somebody’s car then ask them if they want it back thats Ridiculous.I think they got upset because I told them I was going to take their messed up car back. these guys left me and family carless and didn’t return the rest of the money till almost 2 month later, I was messing jobs from my business trying to support this dishonest people’s business. Mind you i drove from Georgia! They don’t care about you or your business!!

Complete waste of time. 3 guys had the same truck posted on OfferUp. All 3 had different miles listed. I confirm with one guy who barely speaks English that the truck had 50K even miles on it. He makes me come in person to find out it has 57K. He goes, whats the problem? 7K difference. Other reviews show they have done the same to other customers and this is why they barely have 3 star review. On top of that the lot is dirty and in a bad neighborhood. Terrible operation being run.

Worst worst place. Run.. My elderly mother got tricked by Lucas and the owner. This dealership is the worst. They told her she was co signer, made her sign paper work and never gave her copies. Now she found out she only owner and has higher payment then what was told. I tried get them to help her they refused and told her that her and her friend would lose the $5,000 they gave down and my mom would have a repo on her credit. Now my poor mother is sick with this truck that she can’t even drive.

Spoke with a salesman Reyes in Hollywood Fl about a Dodge Ram 2500 he told me I was approved with 5k down before I came all the way from Georgia to pickup the truck sent a deposit for the truck only to drive 10hrs for them to tell me that his coworker had sold the truck. Now they’re giving me the in around about my deposit that I put down on the vehicle saying that it isn’t refundable & then someone else telling me to fill out a form in order to get my deposit back. BAD BUSINESS

Asked asked if a vehicle I was interested in was still there at the lot. The response was yes. I drive an hour and a half to see the vehicle wish cash in my pocket ready to buy and the salesman Gonzo tells me its in the shop and will be back in a couple hours (basically brushing me off) and that he will call me. I tried multiple times to reach him with no answer or return call. This place is garbage and a scam.

Process in the beginning was very quick, two days after car started having problem i called and they advised me to bring it in and that they have a 7 day warranty with the auction and they will fix it, i called everyday to see if it was ready and they would tell me, no response from the auction i spent almost a week waiting and nothing, Never got my car back i asked to get my money back and was told to wait until monday i did just that and i got my money back but was not refunded for the money i put into the car the couple days i had it roughly around $400. This was my first time buying a car and it was very disappointing.

Sharks and scam artists!! I went to buy a ford f350 test drove it had a issue with the turbo wasnt boosting PSI as soon as i was gonna leave they like we have another one but its a f250, I test drove the truck at the time it drove good, signed papers, flash forward 3 weeks later it broke down! Had the truck diagnostic they said it had pre condition stuff 2 bad injectors and a leaking high pressure oil pump, Called the dealership the said sorry as is no warranty, but we can offer our mechanic at a great price!! STAY AWAY!! THEY HAVE GOOD DEALS FOR A REASON! I will not recommend these people too anyone took my 3000 down payment plus they got like 8k from the finance company..

This place is the worst experience ever. My husband came to buy a truck wish looks good and in good condition. Cris the salesperson told him was two year guarantees with the bank plus one year with the dealership. Everything sound it good, but after a two days the truck starting to leak oil from the transmission and the battery was bad too when Cris told him everything was replaced and new. I came two days later with my husband, because Cris, German or Nicolas were not answering their phone calls or text messages. They were rude when I started taking and asking questions about the deal and all the lies they had said, they told my husband they wont talk to me because I was not part of the deal and they dont need to explain anything to me, I got up and start yelling at them and told them I had all rights to discuss any agreements my husband made, they thought I didnt speak or understand English, they were surprised when I told them off in English and Spanish. This people are the worst. Also the lady that does the tags Gloria, we told them we had already a tag we just wanted it a transfer, she when and got a new one and charge my husband $450 and told him if he doesnt pay she would report it to the tag department and license so he can have it suspended. Now we stuck with them until we pay off the car. Not only they dont have professional experience and ethics on what they promote and sale online. This dealer is the biggest scammers in Hollywood area. Never again coming to this place, bunch of F*****s.

Bought a truck that gave me problems same day driving it home, went back the next day. The owner and I worked on getting the problem solved by me taking a different truck. Was pleased at that time but 2 weeks later that truck gave me problems as well. Ended up paying $1500 to get it fix. Sad to go through a stressful experience instead of an exciting one when purchasing a vehicle. What a disappointment. Regret going to this place! Sales person Nick, nice guy just to sell you a car, ALL FAKE! after that was very unprofessional never returned calls or text. Wont recommend this place. -1 star Ill say!

I spoke with Gonzo about buying a truck here. Seemed like a super good deal. Found it on facebook marketplace. Gave him a deposit for the truck. Then the next day drove 3 hours to there place. To come to find out the truck wasnt there and they were not giving a clear answer why it wasnt. And started to try to sell us a bunch of other trucks that we were obviously were not interested in. The place looks sketchy, very unprofessional. Highly recommend not wasting your time here.

Claimed the car was sold as is. That they werent liable for paying for any repairs from someone other than their inhouse sheisty mechanic. Drove over an hour to go see car that was for sale after talking to Gonzalo and advising of the cash offer I have available and that I was going to buy car. He agreed the numbers could work. I kept him updated on my time of arrival. He waited until I was 3 mins away to send a text message saying car sold yesterday. Not even the decency to make a phone call. Either way I still went to see other options they had. Dealer had nothing and on top of that they were very unprofessional trying to pressure me to purchase a car I wasn’t interested in at all. Then Chris what works at the same place 1 day later tried to sell me the car I initially went to purchase saying it’s available and never sold, he went as far as sending me pictures and offering a video call so I can see it myself. I showed him screen shots of the conversation between Gonzalo and I. He responded you are no longer dealing with him and I can help you and sell you the car right now if I’m still interested. Overall experience this place is a shady dealership that has no concern for customer they only are interested in making money and moving cars. I was very specific when I told him that if he wouldn’t accept my offer for his vehicle, then please let me know off the bat so that I wouldn’t waste my time or gas traveling 35 miles to see the vehicle. He told me that he would accept my offer. Of course, I show up and he then twist his words as if he didn’t know exactly what I meant when I say “(x amount) OUT THE DOOR”!
