Average experience. This thrift store occasionally has a couple good finds but its nothing special. One male employee whom I believe may be a manager is helpful and friendly ... the other employees are borderline rude.

Wide variety of selection,A+customer service...very polite and very helpful associates.

Well maintained place and great for low budget people. You may not going to find anything that you want, but Im pretty sure that you will be satisfied.

My experience today was really bad. I went to donate a lot kid stuff some new and use excellent conditions . I ask for help to unload the truck and a Spanish lady refuse tohelp me. She go you have do it your self. Very rude people. I willNEVER going to donate in this place again for sure.

This is the WORST Goodwill store on the planet. No one that works here speaks english. No one cares about the shop. No one helps you and the worst part is the manager either hides in the back all day and refuses to help anyone or is just RUDE to anyone that wants tp purchase an item. The store is unkept, this is truly a mess. Goodwill needs to step in and hire a new crew asap.

[Note- I checked this review earlier today and saw a reply from a rep. The second paragraph is my response].Watch out going here. They are not honest at all - their changing room is closed, the workers will tell you you have 14 days to exchange a item due to that [normal is 7], THEN if you come in after the 7th day, the manager [the dark haired female manager at least] will act dumb and say its always been 7 days. You will be ripped off and made to pay the price for something is not your fault - Covid and their changing rooms being closed due to it - if you do the exchange before 7 days then the con artists will have no way out of this. But I was busy and came in on the 10th day.To the rep below me, a worker in this location told me I had 14 days to exchange clothing since the changing rooms are still not open. This has nothing to do with disability, return signage posted in the front, etc, at all. I was verbally told this. The clothes I bought do not fit me. It is not my fault that your store has the changing rooms closed, unlike nearly everywhere else, as I originally said I would not have bought them if I tried them on and they didnt fit. Nor is it my fault that I was told I had 14 days to exchange the items...and then was treated poorly when I came in before the 14th day and never given a exchange. I would have expected a response from a company rep would be about how to make this right to me as a customer. I am disappointed to see that that did not happen.

I have been here before and usually find a little something to brighten my day at a really good price. Today was no different got a few things and felt like it was a successful hunt. Thanks and see you guys again real soon.

No good toys however good organization. Of clothes. Only one color reduced but overall good pick of clothes . They take temperature before you go in.

Super clean made me feel safe because they were clean and had rules for covid unlike Salvation Army that had so many people and also higher prices.

It was a nice store but I hope you have transportation because NO bus service runs on it. Forewarning, if need be. The store appeared clean looking and the staff was friendly that day. The parking should not be an issue.

Huge selection of clothes! 3 times more womens clothes than mens, but that is to be expected. Not much else, but the staff is very friendly!

The store itself is clean and I liked going in to this store but after shopping at the one on University and Pines I realized their prices were different. The Taft store prices are higher for some reason. I thought that Goodwill was for people that cannot afford name brand and dept store prices. I havent seen them run any specials or discounts either. $30 for a dress?! Really? And then the manager had the nerve to ask me if the dress would fit me [which it did!]

New manager now .. only One Worker on the floor and she the cashier too. all junk except the clothes. The Good stuff is stolen outside at the drop off area, guess the employees are to lazy to bring it in at night. now its not even worth the bathroom stop. manager locked bathroom after 20 years no one to open the door Now its the worst Goodwill Ive been in.

I was here 5 minutes ago to donate items as I am moving. I was told that the back door is too dark for them to take my donation. I was told that if I wanted to bring it in through the front door I could. I WAS OFFERED NO HELP & when I asked I was told to come back tomorrow during the day. WHAT AM I MISSING HERE?!?!? I am donating, not asking for donation. I will be driving out of my way to the SALVATION ARMY. GOODBYE forever Goodwill!

Prices have gone up and quality is down for ladies clothing. I saw some tops that had stains. Good books though.

I love this store, customer services is excellent. The store is clean and organized and full of really good stuff.

Not a very helpful staff I guess next time I need to bring a bilingual person with me so they can understand my questions otherwise they got a lot of great stuff

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR AND RUDE MANAGEMENT ASKING FOR A RECEIPT FOR AN ITEM JUST PURCHASED WITH SAME CASHIER. NEVER EVEN MOVED FROM THE COUNTER. NEVER RECEIVED RECEIPT. REALIZED ITEM WAS BROKEN REQUESTED REFUND STILL AT THE COUNTER AND SHE HAD THE NERVE TO ASK FOR A RECEIPT THAT WAS NEVER GIVEN. HAD TO MAKE A SCENE TO GET THEM TO REFUND ITEM. POORLY TRAINED ASSOCIATES AND INADEQUATE STORE MANAGEMENT.

Really $7 for a used Champion brand shirt?? This Goodwill has some of the highest prices Ive seen...they mark up brands that have no business being marked up...much higher prices than most Goodwills...

It seems to me that different goodwills down here are consistently good for particular things; for example, this is the Goodwill for Textiles, small furniture, and kitchen/home. I have found several amazing midcentury pieces here for under $5. This is NOT the place for purses. And for some reason the shoes are marked expensively and are just plain garbage. Great for vintage coats and actually high end mens shirts and ties. Large kid and baby section. Typically well-organized and clean, although every Goodwill in South Florida has a smell bc of mold.

Looked for shower chair. Only one found is missing rubber foot which makes it wobble.

Experience is as always ok, but today there are items that are priced at 2.99 they are 3.00 in the store .I am finding this more frequently .Like Walmart tank tops regularly​ 3.97 and in this store they charge 5.00 for a used one .

Prices are fair for this part of Fl. Know what items cost at Walmart, Kmart,etc. You can get a bargain here if you know what to look for.
