Unfortunately theres no way to give zero stars!This particular CVS *Pharmacy* has really bad customer service. Depending on the time of day you call, you might never get through to the pharmacy. You could be on hold waiting for a long time. Then another time I called and the call got hung up. When I finally got through, I was asking about the prescription I had dropped off over a week ago and I had never heard back from the pharmacy. They told me that it was expired so it didnt get filled. And they had my number so they could have called to tell me that. They didnt bother. Im never going back there!The CVS that is on Stirling (2301 Stirling Rd, Ft Lauderdale) is so much nicer and they have excellent customer service. Go there instead. I know, it is not 24-hour, maybe thats why it is so much nicer and friendlier and more customer oriented.

Vaccine pharmacists at this place are a joke!!! today they refused to give a booster covid-19 shot for my mother because she brought a picture of her vaccine card that she got back in January 2021 and not the actual card. That means these health representatives are CONTRIBUTING to the pandemic continue spreading and making more people be vulnerable to the virus. How come these people can deny shots when its supposed to be the opposite and make it easier to get vaccinated?? This is an example how these pharmacists really care about peoples health.

Every time I come to this pharmacy it seems as though they have no idea how to run their lines in a timely manner. I have spent 20 minutes at the drive thru in the second line to drop off a prescription. They have my ID so I cant just drive away. They just keep telling me to hold on. Please get some customer service training for these people.

My last experience at this pharmacy was not so great. I was also having a very stressful day. But yesterday when I went in to pick up meds I realised how hard Charity and All the technicians were working to do their best to fill prescriptions and administer vaccines. It is irritating to stand in line while someone is wasting time asking a tremendous amount of questions repeatedly or arguing over coupons, but they are patiently answering all questions. Knowing how overwhelmed and overworked Charity and the team is maybe a little due diligence on our part should be done. Understand what you doctor is prescribing and don’t wait till the last minute to pull a method of payment out. My point is yesterday when I went in I didn’t understand why my co pay went up but that was my bad. So I would like to thank Charity, Bibi and all the technicians for all their hard work through these difficult times. Remember there are thousands of us and maybe a dozen of them. Thanks guys🙏🙏🙏🙏

Always understaffed and slow pharmacy service with 1 customer or several. Drive thru service is just as bad. While the rest of the store runs smoothly the pharmacy section is always a disappointment. Why have 3 registers at pick up when only 1 is ever used even if the line is 5 or more customers long?

I want to know what kind of an establishment is this?!?! This has to be a complete joke. This pharmacy has no sense of urgency & no empathy for customers to who are waiting hours for a prescription. I hate that my insurance defaulted to this joke of a place. Never did I experience this with their competitor… Walgreens. This is what healthcare has come to, I’m amazed. Slowest service ever.

24 hour is bull, they hardly answer during the the day and NEVER at night. They mess up prescriptions and dosages. Basically, a seriously lousy pharmacy. My last CVS never made a single mistake in 15 years. These people cant do anything right. I am supposed to be on auto refill yet constantly I have to call and request my meds. No auto to it. Run from this CVS.

DO NOT GO HERE TO DROP OFF OR PICK UP ANY MEDICINE! This is by far thee worst pharmacy ever. First off they never answer the phone. Don’t even brother to oder your meds. on the app, don’t bother to call in or drop off your prescription. It does not make a difference they will fill it when you come to them to pick up. Slowest pharmacy ever. Oh yea and they will hang up the phone after waiting to speak to them for 30 mins or so. FYI : the fastest way to speak to the pharmacy press the option that says doctor or pharmacy calling.

On Friday 6/11/21 received a text that my prescription was ready for pick up. So after work (where I’m on my feet for 5 hrs straight) I get to this CVS that I have shopped in for 22 yrs. The line for pick up of scripts at the pharmacy had (drum roll) 15 people ahead of me at 7pm! I have experienced delays & issues at this pharmacy, but never a line this long. Oh & if you call the pharmacy for any reason be prepared to hold for 45 mins at the very least. After 50 mins I finally was at the head of the line & picked up my medication without an issue. This CVS is a good one but the pharmacy is horrific. They def need to hire more pharmacy techs ASAP!

Waited an hour to be told that my prescription was $464 with my insurance. Then sent me to wait on another line to straighten out the insurance which they said they would do previously. Then after waiting another half an hour was told that it would cost $91. Then sent to another line to wait for a pharmacist to check and approve the prescription. Another hour wait, customer arguing with cvs clerk about price reductions. This store should be permanently closed for uncaring customer service.

I dont understand why people work there when they cant do their job. Was told that they have my sisters prescription but dont have the medicine yet and to call at 10am. I did and they said they never had a prescription in the first place! After further digging it turns out they lost they lost it somehow! They couldnt tell me that in the first place instead of lying straight to my face? Now my sister has to suffer without getting her medication. Feel free ahead to go there if you want to deal with incompetent and lying workers! Why isnt there an option to give 0 stars?

They didn’t have “medication” to fill in my prescription.That was a huge inconvenience, had to call my doctor office which was closed so they could transfer to a Walgreens.The woman behind the counter couldn’t help with absolute nothing! Couldn’t tell which other CVS I could go to and told me they could not transfer my prescription.Terrible experience! Would never go to this CVS again! I dont love any drugstore however during these times I only use the drive through to pick up my medications. They have lots of items and I look forward to the time I feel safe enough to shop inside again. They always carry seasonal items. Hallmark cards many things you could need or want.

Another CVS pharmacy told me my prescription would be ready in 3 hours and I came back to be told they don’t even have in stock. Also told me this CVS location wouldnt have my medicine in stock. I called this CVS, which called the other pharmacy to transfer my prescription and ease my mind for me and I picked up within the hour. Great and reliable service!

Victoria either didnt want to work today or wasnt willing to. All i needed was a yes or no on a medication being in stock and she wouldnt answer that. Its a pharmacy so you should know if you carry something. Thank goodness theres Walgreens and Walmart. I will pay out of network cost before i go back there.

Excellent service and my prescription was ready on time! My daughter took sick in the middle of the night and her Dr. put in a script and it was ready in less than an hour. I was waiting in the drive through line for covid testing, I know how slow this line moves and how the wait time is always super long so I got there early. I waited in line for over 30 minutes wasting gas for this rude Asian lady to tell me she can’t hand me over the covid test because I was early for my appointment. The way she said it was extremely rude and you could tell she had no compassion for anyone. I’m going to Walgreens from now on.

It is always a terrible experience here. Every time my prescription is supposedly available, it is never the correct medication. Then I get promises that the medication will be available on a certain date and it still is not. Choose a different location or better yet, a different pharmacy completely. This is the worst pharmacy. Not only this one that is the closest to my house 10 minutes away but all of the cvs I have been. When you get a prescription sent and you go to pick up hours later they can never find it (happened 4 different times in a row already) they tell you to go back to the doctor or hospital so they can send it again. Then to call back or wait for a call. Calling back is useless I have been on the line waiting for over 1 hour. They won’t call you. Then you go and you still have to wait 30-40 minutes. The drive thru lines are absurd. So you go with a crying sick 2 year old wait in line for 40 minutes and they tell you to get down NO! That’s not the service I expect. The latest is some drops that they didn’t have but didn’t even tell me they just said to wait for the text or call I go and they say nobody has them that they will order them to wait for a text so here we are 1 week later my daughter’s ear is bleeding and no drops no call and they don’t answer. Very incompetent and dangerous what they are doing

I can’t thank Maggie from photos enough for helping me. I called them because I placed an order online and it was made after 5 so it wasn’t available for same day pick up. She was able to call me several times to ensure it was the right order and have it ready for me within 30mins. It was a mounted photo. Onassis is the BEST! I had already been to another location and left in aggravation. All I needed to do was print a passport photo. After becoming frustrated with my whole situation, he offered very good customer service to me and helped me print the photo I needed.

Called my medication yesterday, it supposed to be ready, I’m here right now.. waiting on it. Adassa the lady who took me to pay for my meds completely ignored me when I asked her why isn’t it ready. She yelled Next! The Asian guy who is working with her answered my question. She gave me a dirty look and took care of the next customer. Dont use their drive thru for prescription. A literal hour trapped for the prescription not to be ready and asked to come back in 30 mins!! It is literally a 5ml bottle of amoxicillin! And no sympathy from the tech that its for a toddler, nothing.

Waited on meds for my son that should have been done the day before, when no pharmacy staff had knowledge on the reason the meds may have not been filled. Both Bibi and older Asian lady at the window of the pharmacy drive up, treated me with lack of concern or care, and even laughed at the time sensitivity of the meds not being ready, and my questioning. If you’re looking for follow up and follow through, this isn’t the pharmacy you’re looking for. Horrible pharmacy staff.

Pharmacy is great and fast, but the front end has no signs indicating where you should stand, if there is one line that splits, etc. Everytime I go in there its a free for all, and I have gotten into more than one argument with people who cut the line...because they didnt know where it starts. I wrote to corporate about it and they ignored me. Staff tells me corporate is responsible for taking the signs down.

I called the pharmacy on a Saturday morning before 9 am. The first time I called, I was on hold for 10 min and not one person answered the called to acknowledge the call; the second time I called the front store to complain and was transferred to the pharmacy only to be on hold for an additional 10 min and the pharmacy didn’t pick up the call once. What’s the point of being open 24 hours if they aren’t providing services around the clock? I will take my medication to another location.

Never had one problem & ive been filling prescriptions here monthly for over 3 years. always nice, always helpful, always makes sure i understand my prescriptions & confirms i have no questions. i moved away from this pharmacy & its no longer the most convenient, but i dont plan on changing it either. id rather go out of my way & stay with the pharmacy thats always done my prescriptions right than change to a closer one.

Here they make fun of ones time they tell you lies that sent messages to the doctor to send a recipe and when you are going to withdraw you waste your time making fun of saying if I already send a message to the doctor to send the recipe and it turns out that it is a lie and other than that they laugh in your face. I give this pharmacy a star as I cannot give it less. They have a terrible service in the area of ​​delivery and collection of medicines. I was in the hospital a month ago, I left late at night and the next day I had not prepared my medications. Today unfortunately I was again in the hospital and left at 11 in the morning, when my husband showed up at the pharmacy at 5:30 in the afternoon they told him that the hospital had not sent the prescription so he gave me the ones they gave to me. At this time at 9:20 at night I am still unable to take my medications since we contact the respective pharmacy and it takes 1 hour more to prepare prednisone and a box of albuterol. Plus they said they dont have my cough medicine either. I think what these people have is a LACK OF RESPECT for patients. I do not recommend this pharmacy.
