Not sure why the reviews are so low. Came here twice for my COVID vaccination and both times I was treated very kindly by the staff. They are understandably very busy so remember to have a little patience and kindness in your heart :)
Called pharmacy 3 times on hold over 20 minutes each time and they pick up the phone wait about 5 to 10 seconds say nothing and hang up even if you say something. Had to call store manager just to get a hold of pharmacy and the person I spoke with super rude. Changing my rx to another pharmacy and will not be using this location again
Please do not ignore these low stars. There is no one most times at the front counter. I was told to just stand in the front and call out I NEED ASSISTANCE. What kind of 2nd world @#$t is that??? Then came the nightmare CARLOS front counter Operations Manager. Just another word for RUDE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, and NASTY ATTITUDE. He wanted me to do my own return at self check-out. I told him I did not work for CVS and that was his job. Then his nose flared....I just cant with this store. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
Obnoxious nurse or pharmacist, I’m not sure who she was. Web site states that walk-ins welcome for vaccinations but that not so true. They may not have vaccine available. Only by appointment. They also do not have Johnson and Johnson anymore. So this place was a waist of time. “MD Now urgent care” has Johnson vaccine, if you need.
The wait at the drive-thru pharmacy is ridiculous. Been sitting in my car for over 20 mins, with 3 cars in front of me, 4 cars now behind me.What is the point of staying open if you cannot service the customers efficiently? It’s 12:50pm right now on June 13th, 2021. Will the manager of this branch see this? Do he/she even care?
Horrible service! Incompetent people, never coming back… they made me wait half hour for a prescription that should have been ready in the morning only to tell me that is going to be ready in 1 or 2 days more!!!
Terrible service for Covid 19 vaccination. They do not keep the appointment, they claim they shor on staff. They are making you wait forever... why bother to offer appointments when you cannot provide the service...
I recently had an appointment to get a covid 19 test at this cvs and while the testing process was great, I felt very safe and it was very quick and convenient, I set my appointment at this location specifically by filtering for availability of rapid tests through the cvs appointment form and booking a rapid test. After completing the test I asked the pharmacy employee if she had any idea of how quickly the rapid tests results are available to which I was informed it would be 2 to 4 days CVS doesnt do rapid tests which was quite alarming considering I would have just gone elsewhere if the cvs website hadnt so explicitly led me to believe they did rapid tests.I want to be completely clear the one star review is absolutely not a reflection of my interaction with the pharmacy employee she did her job perfectly and my issue is not her fault.
Hiyo! Smee again. Ross.Tonight, on the night 🌃 after Christmas, I went to two places. This is a review of the first one: CVS Pharmacy. Here, patients can shop for basic pharmaceutical items, drinks, foods, and other accessories. They can also have their prescriptions delivered from here to their 🏡 or come to pick them up at the store.Unfortunately, they are lacking in the customer support and service departments. If you sign up for prescription notifications, the pharmacy will either call you or text you. Not both. Also, they will only keep one phone number on file per household, not per person.And finally, if they cannot refill one of your prescriptions for some reason, they will only try to reach out to your doctor once. If your doctor doesnt answer, the pharmacy will tell you to contact your doctor yourself.
Pharmacy staff has changed and are very slow. Never answer the phone. Waited almost an hour on hold and then they hang up

I actually like this CVS ... If i can remember his name brian in the pharmacy (with the long hair) very helpful... He added a coupon to my prescriptions without me even asking... Short sweet and simple check-out... Thank u brian!
This pharmacy does not stock medication that we routinely refill every month.
Customer service is the biggest issue that I have with this location. I was waiting in line with my 4 items. There was only one cashier in the front who was assisting a customer with a shopping cart full of merchandise. The cashier stood there having casual conversation with the woman and seemed as thogh it would take an unusual amount of time to ring her up. I went to the pharmacy and asked if they would ring me up. The woman told me, sorry, were busy. What annoyed me the most was the clerk in the front never called for help or acknowledged me to indicate that he would be with me as quickly as possible. In addition, as much as I shop at CVS, I have never had someone from the pharmacy refuse to ring me up and say it in a rude manner. I will never go back to this location again.

As far as the pharmacy is concerned don’t waste your time the most unprofessional and rudest of people whether you call or in person the aggravation isn’t worth it. Now if you need anything else the people are professional and willing to help even answer questions that you may have so pick your poison not my CVS though I transferred all of my prescriptions.

Rude ppl and no helpful. I call asking for a product. The lady answering the call at the front store didnt want to help me and transferred the call to another guy. When I asked for the product he said I dont think we have it, so, I said What about if you check before you say you dont have it?. He placed me on hold for 2 minutes and then came back saying that he actually didnt have the product. However, I stopped by to the store and guest what? CVS had what I was looking for in this store. If people dont like to help other, they shouldnt work in a place where they offer customer service. For sure, CVS is loosing a lot of money because of this customer service agents

Awful pharmacy service. Multiple visits, delays and calls only to still have to wait upon arriving for prescriptions on several different occasions. Choose another pharmacy for your needs this place is filled with nothing but incompetence.
This CVS was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The location is very convenient and will be better when the road construction around it is finished!
Alright where do I start. I called to see if they had my prescription. They told me they had the whole thing. I show up they dont even tell me that they gave me a partial. Then I go in a week later they said they got the wrong script in. So I call them back a couple days later when its supposed to be in. They said it is on back order at the manufacturer. By this point Im annoyed. The guy at this store was helpful he called across the street to the other CVS they have it. I go in the next day and they give me another partial. I go in the store then they tell me my ins with not be able to cover this again till this time next month because they messed up and didnt run my whole prescription. . This is the worst service Ive ever gotten at a pharmacy in my life. And they also promised to call me back 3 times. Because of them next month I have to spend 300 bucks getting myNext prescription. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE STAY CLEAR!!!!!!
Every time I visit the pharmacy it’s always the same ordeal. They don’t have the medicine and they tell me they order it, to come back. When I go back they tell me it didn’t arrive. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! How can you not call your customer and tell them it hasn’t arrived so the customer doesn’t waste their time traveling to the pharmacy?! CVS was my favorite pharmacy but recently it has been doing nothing but losing me as a customer.
Not sure what happened here.. maybe stress maybe low staff. I honestly don’t know. The lady cashier with the dark hair is so unprofessional. She had to put the baskets out by the door. She states”let me hurry and put these over here so the customers don’t get mad.” That comment isn’t the reason for my review.. a customer was walking out to get a cart. The employees didn’t realize she was just getting a cart. And said “oh she must be stealing. I don’t care” then the employee saw the customer get the cart and said. “Oh sorry” the the next gentleman was inquiring why his coupon didn’t work. She spoke to him in Spanish explaining the situation. The customer didn’t agree so the associate passed him to the manager. That same associate said. “I’ve already explained myself to him and I refuse to do it again because they don’t pay me enough.” It doesn’t matter if the man couldn’t understand her.. everyone in the line did, myself being one of them. I really wish I caught her name. Super unprofessional! If someone hates their job that much they should look for another. On the other note store was clean and well organized. Management seemed clueless.

Waiting for my text never got it, this used to be a great pharmacy disappointed.
Bad service, every time I come to pick up a prescription its not ready. Doctors office sent it at 10:00am and I came at 5:00pm, they asked me for another hour, I came back at 6:00pm and it wasn’t complete. I had been asked to wait in the parking for another 15 minutes.

I’ve had to switch from the terrible CVS closer to my house to this new one because this is where they have my medication. I call 45 minutes in advance to ensure my refil is ready I’m told it will be in 15 minutes, fast forward 45 minutes later I arrive and get told it will be ready in 30 minutes!?? Why have a system to pick a refill time for when the staff could care less. The pharmacist on duty today was on the phone and wouldn’t answer any questions he just acted like it didn’t matter. The staffs answer was I don’t know what happened. The guy I normally see here is amazing but the gentleman here today 1.14.19 shouldn’t be allowed to make people late because he can’t do his job with almost an hours notice and a refill filed the day before. Not that CVS cares
Very unorganized and usually under staffed. Ive been here 4 times to print pictures and the machine never recognized my phone, USB hard drive, Facebook, or Instagram. Very frustrating.
They never have my son prescriptions, they have lost my sons insurance information. Im switching pharmacies.
I’m taking a chronic medication . The medication was supposed to be ready on Saturday, then Monday and today Tuesday I still don’t have my medication . After 42 minutes wait they told me they didn’t have it, so unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!! .

This CVS Pharmacy deserves a SIX stars, the entire staff is so caring, they treat all clients so very well, they do go one step beyond of everything they are supposed to do.

Pharmacy sucks. Arrived at 5:28 with one person in front of me. Its now 6:04 and no progress. Still waiting . Il use a delivery service next time because these people dont value peoples time.
This is the worst pharmacy EVER! Why tell someone the prescription will be ready in an hour but 5 hours later it still isn’t ready! I will never visit this pharmacy again! Then it takes 30 minutes each car in the drive thru! This is ridiculous
Poor customer service the cashier didn’t want to go get a product so she lied and said they didn’t have it. I clearly saw the product in the case.
Second time cashier was on their personnel cell phone while checking out at the counter. The first time cashier was on speaker phone, second time on facetime! Cashiers never stopped personnel conversation during checkout. Very unprofessional.
