I had an amazing experience at this store a couple weeks back. I was looking to try a product and was concerned over the coverage. The young lady gave me a sample to take home and try which I was honestly shocked about. I didnt know they did that. They didnt have the shade of blush I wanted in this store so she called ahead to the Macys in the mall and had them set it aside for me. Really great staff and wonderful experience.

Steven did an AMAZING job with my sisters makeup for her bridal party. The foundation matched perfectly making her skin look dewy and flawless. He also only took an hour WHILE HELPING OTHER GUESTS! One of the best experiences we had here at this location. I would recommend him to everyone and will definitely be back for future parties! Steven your talent does not go unnoticed- you’re killing the game! :-)

Came into the M.A.C. store inside the Pembroke Lakes Mall to get a lipstick and eyeshadow for myself. The small store was filled with a variety of make-up products for the lips, eyes, and face; as well as brushes & tools (palettes, applicators, containers, and accessories). While looking around, I was approached by a friendly employee who helped me find the right color of lipstick and eyeshadow that complemented my skin tone, and she was very knowledgeable about the products too. Each of the products are affordable, ranging from $6 - $20. I may return to get some other products soon.

My wife went here for a makeover. The artists are very talented, and a very eager to make suggestions regarding style and product. Theyre not too pushy to purchase any products, however you should buy the products that you like. My wife likes this type of makeup, as it does not bother her sensitive skin.

I usually come here and the girls in the store are always rude and cold. They act like I am bothering them but Liz is amazing she is the first person in this store that actually helped me and was extremely nice. So usually I never write reviews but I felt the need to share how impressed I was with her patience and skills. She deserves recognition and she is amazing. Honestly was going I was going to start going to a diffeeent store because I couldn’t deal with the attitudes but Liz proved that this store has potential. She is awesome.

I must say, I stayed away for a while because service in the past was not up to par. Back then employees seemed annoyed and agitated when customers asked for help so I decided to spend my money elsewhere. Ive been back on a few occasions and Im impressed with how much things have changed, service is so much better. Keep up the good work.

Thee girls at this counter shouldnt be working at a customer service job if they cant even say a simple hi to the customers and especially when you ask about the product that youre buying as if you were bothering them. Rude girls and thats why Im going to return all the products I bought and go to another MAC counter/store. If you wanna have fun shopping on your day off dont come to this counter the one inside the Macys because they are just straight up rude.

Everytime I go to this store all the girls are super helpful and nice. The answer all my questions and always help me feel welcomed.

A girl named Jen (not sure if she gave me a fake name) didnt want to help me. She seemed like she was having a bad day, and if thats the case she shouldnt be working with the public because its very easy to ruin the reputation and customer service of a company by the actions and words of an employee. I didnt understand what colors she meant and she repeated herself in a very demeaning and undermining way. NASTY, NASTY, and rude women. She was bothered by my questions, too.Every time I go to this store the service is horrible and they never have the colors or the colors have been discontinued. This will definitely be my last time going to that store and purchasing MAC make-up...and I have been a customer for about 10 years.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Its sad because the one in Macys also has sucky service so this review is for both of them but JEEZ the Independent Mac store needs to either fire all their employees and start fresh or send them to customer service classes. You could stand by a makeup station for hours and they will not greet you, theyre not friendly, not helpful, they hold personal convos in front of you and when you interrupt them for help they make you feel as if youre bothering them! On top of that they think by being pushy theyre being helpful, um no! I now drive all the way to Aventura so i WONT have to deal with these rude people, issa NO

I can’t believe this lady, I told her that I was going to a wedding, she did my face so bad I had to run to my car. She didn’t even care blending anything, it took her like 10 minutes to do my face. Some people are so disrespectful.😡

Today I visited the Mac Cosmetics of Pembroke Lake Mall, and I was a victim of discriminatory treatment, its employees rudely replied that if I needed to try a face base, I had to make an appointment, and consume $ 60, it was a humiliating, degrading treatment, obviously do not make the purchase
