Too bad I cant give negative stars so my only choice is one star or I cant post. I called up on a Friday to get a price for 200 gallons and a same day delivery. They advertised theyd deliver the same day and beat anyones verified price. Wise Choice was 142.9 and Romeo was 138.9. The rude woman on the phone then told me that Romeos delivery was the next day (Saturday) and in order for them to match that price I would have to wait until Monday. What kind of business is that??? BAD BAD business on their part. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Ill NEVER EVER use this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone I know! Dummies dont realize that there is plenty of competition out there. I ordered my oil from Fire Island Fuel who not only offered delivery the same day, but also beat the competitors price as advertised!

I will NEVER call on this fuel company again. I ordered 100 gallons of fuel but the driver pumped much less than 100 gallons into my tank. I questioned him about the fuel reading when he was done. He responded with pure rudeness and was in a hurry to get going. He blamed the inaccurate reading on my fuel tank floater and insisted I have it replaced. Funny thing is, I had the system serviced and the floater replaced just a few months prior. 6 weeks later I called another company for a 100 gallon fuel delivery and the reading was very accurate as its been in the past. Im convinced the Wise delivery guy jerked me for approx. 15-20 gallons of fuel that day. When I called the office to complain to the owner he defended his driver. BUYER BEWARE!

Just like some of the other customers, I am very dissatisfied. Didnt care too much about the same day delivery as much as I did about the shortage of gals they cheated me and my dad out of. Asked for a 200 gallon delivery and only received 100.25 gals. Measured it the day before the delivery and the following the delivery. Called the office to explain and they said there is no way that is possible bcuz of new electronic devices they have put in place as per the owner. Spoke to the owners daughter and she said there is no way the driver could have gotten away with any shortages. Oh really? My 83 yr. old father are so upset. They cheated us of .75 gals and we paid cash. I bet if enough of us complained to the BBB and the Suffolk Cty Consumer Affairs Bd we would get action taken. They said we might have a faulty meter on the burner, but we have the old fashioned put the stick in the ground type tank. So who are they kidding. I think I know how to measure. Like the other customer said before me...buyer beware!!! They told me my oil

Charged my credit card, said will deliver same day. No one showed up and I ran out of oil. They said they would send someone the next day. I had to pay for a burner restart because they couldnt deliver on time. Dont count on them for a timely delivery.

Ordered 200 gallons of oil. Guy that came to put it in had the nerve to ask my mother if we had the money to pay him before putting it in. My mother responded with if we didnt have the money we would not have called you. We are black, I believe that if we were white he would have never asked us this question. Dont think I will call this place ever again. Discrimination is disgusting.
