They got some games there but not like other diff places always shop around to see wat game stop offers

From The Electronics Boutique..to EB Games..onward Gamestop..Ill come visit you guys more than I visit my family..haha.. When will the games stop

I would not order an item here. Pre covid 19 I orders an item. When they opened back up the manager informed me they could no longer fulfill the item. I requested a refund and they would only offer store credit. I believe this counts as theft. Will be looking further into this please reach out if you have had the same experience.

Customer service is usually good. I would not like a world without this kind of gamestore. Sure most and often times it seems like they are ripping you off but just imagine a world without em. I cant. A place where a kid, young man, and mature people can go and browse and buy👍

I love going to Gamestop. Especially the Holyoke Mall one. They are great and very helpful. I wish they had a bigger store in the mall, but Ive never had trouble looking for what I needed.

Never call customers for their pre orders I’m a funko pop collector and have pre ordered many times from the Holyoke GameStop and they always say my number is not correct but that is in true I now pre order from west Springfieldfield MA and they are great always call for my orders and updates Have list many of the pops that I have ordered Holyoke GameStop they are not realizable and unresponsive to when asked why no phone calls they argue that they called multiple times other stores around tell me that they have customers say the same that Holyoke those not call for pre orders for their customers.Going to ask for my money back and take my business to a different location.

GameStop has a good selection of video games and systems. We have purchased new and used games and systems here and have never experienced any problems with our purchases or any problems with the staff. We have been to GameStop at the Hollyoke Mall and Walmart Plaza in Springfield locations. It is a good place to shop for video games and systems, as well as accessories!

After GameStop Online canceled me order, I made a 130mile round trip because this was the closest location with the item I had purchased. The manager and associate had no issue in matching the price and honoring the order. Was in and out without any hassle.

Love the store to triad old games and get new ones

We have purchased games from here fairly often from the secondhand section. Had one before that was scratched out of the box and couldnt even read on the console .Today we bought 3 games and none are usable.

Im happy this company is going out of business. Gamestop is going to lose it all once game systems use the cloud and downloadable games

The people that worked there were really nice. They have alot of game choices, older and newer game systems.

The personnel is ok but gamestop in general sucks. Nickles and dimes for trades but then they turn around and sell it forward for almost full price.

Great place for your video gaming needs

Was only in here a few minutes because the kid who worked there followed my boyfriend and myself repeatedly telling us to buy this or buy that, that we needed the games, even though we said we had just bought one of the games he pointed out he said just to buy it again or that it must not have been good if we were in there. Its hard to put into words how insanely annoying it was to be followed like that. We walked out without purchasing anything since he decided to act like some tv car salesman.

They rip you off when it comes to trading in video games and consoles and anything else you could trade in they give you a very bad deal and then they go and sell it for a way over price almost as much as a new item also the employees push pressure on you to buy more expensive products and to buy other products

Im between 3 and 4 stars but im being nice and giving 4. They dont have a lot of games to choose from, which isnt bad since its such a small store. Pre owned controllers that are worn out, and probably dont work, their prices are crazy. For a xbox 360 controller, yes an xbox 360, a console thats over ten years old. They have worn out, chipped paint, and straight up destroyed d-pads for 30 to 40 dollars.
