Usually good business when its comes to pokemon. Aside from the scalped prices on some sets they had decent prices on others but recently started to notice they are potentially selling tampered with/ repackaged darkness ablaze packs and thats not cool. Its easy to tell also by how much space is left in each pack. Please get this straightened out if you were not aware. Wish I could get my money back for the Darkness Ablaze, every other set was fine.

Great collectible store with wide selection and excellent customer service. The workers are very kind and helpful and provide customers with great service and quality products.

I have visited a couple times already...both times i have brought my daughter. Richie has been a very cool, fair, and down to earth person who knows his stuff. I take a 30 minute drive up from ct to head to his store and i very well pass a coupleOf pop spots in the way. This place is very well kept, clean,and the collection of pops there is amazing. Service is very great and the energy is calming. I highly recommend you visit this place!!!! God bless man!!!!

Friends got me back into yu-gi-oh and I went on Thursday, 4/3/21 to get some cards to play again. The employees were nice and helped me pick some cards and re-learn the meta after 4-5 years of not playing. Super nice people and a great store.

So I walk in the store and I’m floored by how many pops they have. The sales associate answered all my questions and even showed me similar items to the pop I was after. A+ customer service. Great selection. Will definitely be shopping here again!

Great atmosphere great selection of products and even greater customer service. Owners are cool too. Stop by and see a great selection of pops figures listen to some great music and get yourself some shirts and wall scrolls for the home office or man cave.

Only come here if you are looking for funkos/figures!! All trading cards sold here are massively scalped and overpriced, use eBay/Amazon/RealGoodeal to buy sets/cards/packs for WAY cheaper than 3x their value.Edit (in response to owner): If the price matching were true I wouldnt have written this review 🤷‍♂️ I have seen and purchased items on Amazon you have on your shelves for $50+ cheaper.

Big store with great, personable owners. Plenty of things to play/buy between Magic, Yugioh, Pokémon.

The only place around here that sells warhammer stuff beyond what Barnes and Nobble carries. Im in love.

Very lousy service. Bought a Yu-Gi-Oh card there and the salesperson was very rude and unhelpful. When I was asking about their products and what they had available he would not take the time to explain what products they had/current packs that they had. His coworker actually looked in shock when he saw how he spoke and dealt with while he was ringing me up. If this is how they treat paying customers no wonder why they are endangered.

The store has a good selection of stuff to buy from, from cards, pops or even art. The owner and staff are also very helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store. If you in the area I definitely recommend stopping here.

I bought two wall art scrolls one for fire force and another for demon slayer they’re very cute kind of pricey but they’re not copyright or pixelated like you find on Amazon or something lol . I wouldn’t buy a pop from their unless it’s really hard to find bc they’re 5 dollars more than other stores for the same pop lol. Staff is kind of in their head but at least they listen . I have low standards too //:

This store is located in the Holyoke Mall. Along with other retailers that sell funko pops, including exclusive ones. Was standing in line at Hot Topic to purchase the new exclusive pops that came out today, when I tried to reach for one this guy comes over from the register, already purchasing some of the figures, and arm sweeps all of them right in front of all of us waiting in line to select our pops for purchsse. Dude did not want anyone else to have theses pops. So none of the customers can now get this pop because he just bought them all. He then proceeds to walk next door to this store and behind the counter. Now I know why I can never find exclusives at the holyoke mall. These hobby shops clear out the exclusives and mark them up to ebay prices. We should not be paying a premium for a new pop.

I flew in from Chicago and was lookin for a dope spot to buy collectibles and this place popped up. For a collectible store they have a great selection of funkos and other nerdy goodies. The customer service is impeccable. I went in searching for some pieces missing from my collection, and Richie helped me secure them. It’s a great spot to hunt for toys and other collectibles. I highly recommend checking them out.

Owners are good people, very welcoming and knowledgeable on their products. If there is anything that you need help with, they are more than willing to go the extra mile. A+ Customer Service!

I absolutely love this store! The guys are super chill and are very knowledgeable. They post updates on social media letting us know what is coming in or what is available that day. They have a huge selection of Funko Pop! And a bunch of other hobbies! Everything is reasonably priced and I never feel like I am overpaying. I go to this store every week and always feel at home. If you collect Funko this is a must go to store if youre in the Holyoke area!

Went in there looking for a specific pop. Asked the staff that was sitting up front for it politely as anyone would when shopping for a particular item and got two eye rolls and a nod. Very unprofessional, step it up!!
