I had an awful week and decided I wanted to get a new lipstick to try and cheer myself up. I dont buy makeup often, and have never been in this store. I wanted around for awhile, knowing what I was looking for but overwhelmed at the variety and choices. And along comes Mecca, she asked if I was finding everything okay. And I told her I was looking for a dark red and deep purple, something that gave off Disney villain vibes and her eyes immediately lit up and she was like i got you! Our scavenger hunt commenced, we swatched like 10 different shades. Found a shade I loved in both colors. One was out of stock but she instructed me to take the tester to the counter and theyd help order one for me. Except it turns out the purple I loved was discontinued. The young lady at the register was very helpful in playing detective and really empathic when I got the bad news. But Meccas cheer, good humor, and determination was so contagious that I sat in the parking lot searching online to find the shade (stilas chianti.) Although I wasnt able to get it through Ulta, the site associates helped me, boosted my mood, and gave me all the info I needed to find the shade Mecca painstakingly helped me find. I will 100% be back for future guidance and good laughs with Mecca. Whoever reads these (and hopefully someone does) please share this with Mecca and let her know how much I appreciated her bubbly personality, her humor, and her determination. She is an absolute treasure and deserves recognition for that. Thank you Mecca for helping me achieve my Disney villain vibes!!!!

Came in around 2:30 today and not a single employee acknowledged me, despite there being a woman up front who I assume was supposed to be “greeting”. She looked right at me as I walked in and then I was in the store for a good 40 minutes looking at skincare and still not a single employee even said hello. Luckily I know what I need and don’t require help, but it was pretty concerning to see that many people working and all of them actively ignoring customers. The girls at the end of the aisle I was in also needed help and no one was paying attention to them either so at least I know it wasn’t me! When they finally flagged someone down the employee seemed annoyed to help them out and flat out said “I don’t know” when they asked her about an ingredient in skincare.

Loved everything there! It smells so nice, and the workers were lovley with helping me find out all the products I need! They were even so kind to give me a belated birthday present! I definitely plan on visiting them again, and its a fun place to go with friends, or for self-care items!

Since the pandemic, I have stopped going to Sephora ( H. Mall) and have been coming here. It doesnt have some of the bigger names, but its great! The employees are amazing and super helpful.

The staff was fantastic however with the current pandemic its difficult to access products in a way that you previously could which makes me more hesitant about purchasing. I fully understand it and its not a real complaint but it was a bit of a damper on my visit.

An associate greeted me when I entered. They only had 2 of the 3 items I was looking for. I went to the associates to ask for help finding the other items and they told me they werent available after a stood waiting for a few as they talked. They were friendly. Shelves looked a little picked over/bare in areas, but with covid thats normal. Would go back only after confirming they had what I was looked for. That plaza is busy and annoying to go in and out of. Its also a very small store.

Fav store except the employees give me a unwelcoming, negative vibe. Needs more friendly, positive energy in there, and at most ultas for that matter.

Wonderful selection of cosmetics. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. There are hundreds of testers available to customers to try different cosmetic products. The store is imaculate. The products are organized and prices are clearly labelled. They have excellent sales and usually have coupons available online to use in store.

Its like a candy store for people who love skincare and makeup. The people in this store are always friendly and helpful. You never feel judged whether youre a novice or a pro, full face of makeup or bare faced.

My 4 year old got her hair trimmed nataly and she was amazing. She took care of my daughter as if she were her own. She knew what she wad doing and even showed me a couple of tricks and gave me tips.

My wife brought me here on her birthday; not for me, but for her. Granted Im sure shed want me to start using skin product, but thats not the point. In any case the staff was friendly and informative while not coming across as predatory.

Laverne in the salon is amazing!!! She is always attentive and listens to what I want. I have never had the type of responsiveness from a stylist that I have received from her. A truly remarkable and talented stylist!!

Last minute shopping, I had to ask for help....never seen so many beauty products in one place, I know there is a bunch of places like this one at the mall, easy access to this place and later, get a nice coffee at Barnes and Noble, make this place a 4 stars,like I said last minute shopping .!

Went Saturday morning before Christmas. The guy that helped me was great! He took me around the store and got me everything thing on my list. Some stuff they didnt have but still gave it to me at the same price!

Friendly knowledgeable associates and great customer service. Store usually is always stocked well with products. Sometimes there’s a slow, long line with one associate at the register but it’s usually because an old lady or soccer mom is taking their sweet time. Every time I’ve checked out at the register the associates are fast.

Im like a kid in a candy store here. This location is always clean, and employees have been friendly lately. I like poking around and finding new things.

Ulta has stepped up their game, getting good brands to compete with Sephora. Ulta has a much better rewards program. The store itself is good, but the staff is OK, some better then others. Most are friendly.

They have a good variety of different brands. When it comes to service though, its a hit or miss. Some days I come in and the staff is always asking if I need assistance. Then there are other days when I want to ask an associate a question and I cant find anyone available.

Product quality and selection are great, but service is inconsistent. Often slow. More than once staff have been having loud, uncomfortable conversations at the registers while customers wait.

Great location, pretty well stocked and always on top of new brands/arrivals. Ive had some very rude staff check me out and some that are so nice we end up talking beyond the time it takes me to purchase my items. Check out tends to take a bit longer here than at other Ulta locations, but it isnt enough to keep me away.

They carry a large variety of Mens Cologne including one I cant find anywhere else. The staff is very helpful.

Mandee at the brow bar was so professional and friendly. Knowing it was my first time there she really made me feel comfortable, asked for the look I was going for, gave me suggestions and delivered better than I could have expected. I will be going to her for my eyebrows going forward. Love the natural look!

Even though they have a large selection of make up and beauty products they do not have the nicest people working there. I had a terrible experience there and will be going to another ulta instead or the tj max across from there in the same plaza has some great make up even a selection of high end makeup that works great.

My friend had to wait a ridiculously long time for somebody to help her. Also, while I was waiting I was browsing and the store is not very organized. When Im looking for a certain product I shouldnt have to go all over the store to see my options.

Not sure what has happened in the past few months, but its not good. There is nobody to help you find products or answer questions. Not at all impressed with the cashier who walked away from me not once, but twice, to answer the phone when I was checking out. Since when did the customer who waited in line and is ready to hand you money become the last priority?

I normally shop online but I decided to check the store out today and I was pretty disappointed. No one greeted me or asked if I needed help the entire time I was there. I even made eye contact with a couple employees aimlessly wondering through the store. I would have liked help finding the right shade and seeing if there were any more of a certain product in stock that wasnt on the floor. I will go there one more time and thats only because I need to return one of the items I purchased because its awful. If I had help that probably wouldnt have happened.

Thanks to sales associate Natalie, I can give 5 stars. Had it not been for her, 1 star would have been my rating. This was my 3rd trip to the store for conditioner. All 3 times, including today, it was not in stock. Realizing my unhappiness, Natalie offered to check all stock, found none then offered to order it and ship it to my home....which I agreed to....happily.The item was Paul Mitchells Instant Moisture Daily Treatment.Hats off to Natalie. ...she made this Ulta customer very happy.

Was my fav place to go try make up, now the workers look me and follow me for all store, making uncomfortable buying there. They never give me my BD reward gift even after I spend over $200 that day. No lime go there anymore, no friendly at all.

As someone who deals with vitiligo and body dysmorphic disorder, visiting a beauty shop can be overwhelming. I usually buy my products direct from the manufacturer online, but I had some holiday shopping to do and decided that I would stop in to not only get gifts but to try and replace an eyeliner that I adored at one point which ran out. I was very unsure of what to purchase when I was told that the establishment didnt carry what I had originally hoped to buy, but a recommendation from Holly followed by a demonstration made me feel so much better! On a second visit, I was no less impressed by the staff and their knowledge of the products and their willingness to help at every turn. Thank you all for being nothing but wonderful!

Lol they literally overcharged me for an entire pallet and then would not let me back in to refund me my money telling me to come back tomorrow because they juuussttt closed. I literally live 45 minutes away. Do you really think I want to drive a whole 90 minute trip just to be refunded ..for a non- existent palett? Well thanks guys for my invisible palette. I shall cherish it and treat it well.

I went to Ulta without ever having been there before. Was unsure what product i needed for my rosacea. I was having a VERY hard time getting someone to help me......finally Tracy walked by and offered to help just as i was about to walk out. She was AMAZING and completely changed my opinion on my experience! She didnt push any sales on me but i bought everything and im very happy with everything! Thank you Tracy!!!!!!

Great store but dont come with questions because no one helps you no matter how much you walk around looking lost.Went for a makeover and no one was even in the makeup section for me to talk to.

I love Ulta. It has expensive — or premium — brands like Urban Decay and Philosophy on one side, and the drugstore brands on the other. I love Murad and Tarte, but I also enjoy Olay, Revlon and Cerave, and its great that I can get them all at the same store. This location is one of the cleanest and most fully-stocked ones Ive seen, and the associates are friendly and always happy to help. The downside? They dont do samples. I like to try a product before I commit to it, and using a sample is easier than returning an item that doesnt work for me. Id also like to see more Korean skincare products, and to make brands like The Ordinary and Timeless available at their stores. Other than that, I love visiting Ulta, this location in particular.

Very clean store a lot of makeup, hair products, perfumes and even a hair salon in side of it. I dont know much on makeup but know very high on prices.
