When it comes to make up, I like the natural look. Subtle beauty enhancements to brighten my face. Karen was kind witand helpfulh finding the right colors. She showed me how to apply each product. Im super happy with all my new products.

Great customer service, very knowledgeable

Extremely rude and unacceptable service. I dont think they understand what customer service means. My experience at this shop would make me never buy from bare minerals again. I did not get even a ounce of respect or consideration. As I was shopping with a friend, the sales associate claiming to be a manger rudely asked me to leave because I was taking a photo(selfie) in the shop. When I asked for a card for the shop she said we aint got those very rude. I would like to reach out to corporate because shopping here is impossible. Sad!

Cass is extremely rude with a horrible personality she makes me not want to give the store any business. I rather go to sephora and buy the bare mineral products and leave but thank goodness for the lovely lady named China. She is always so nice and bubbly as to Cass and the other ladies seem very rude and couldnt even smiled when i smiled at her i dont know if its because of the color in our skin tone difference but when the white ladies are there they are all extremely rude and will never walk in there if china isnt working. China built a relationship with me as soon as i walked in. She made me feel very comfortable and shared her knowledge with me. I continue to come in and shop more because she built a trust foundation with me for i do not feel pressured to buy anything nor do i feel like im being sold to in a negative way. She makes me want to purchase everything in the store and i been telling friends and family about the product china taught me about. I brought my niece in to get her make up done by china and she did a very beautiful appropriate job! it was fun besides the uncomfortable stuck up feeling cass gave us. My niece purchased a face wash because she was bought when china demonstrated the pure plush to us. as to the other ladys makes me feel pushed out. They shop for the customer so the customer can just grab and go when i feel the experience should be more inviting and help the customer but also show them other things like inform to the customers what is new in stock instead of grab and push out. By the way this is in the holyoke mall!
