Appointment at 2 pm. But reached early at 10 am. Requested the shipper, was loaded in 20 minutes. Paperwork in another 10 minutes. Super efficient people work here. Spacious docks. Thanks.

Unloading was pretty slow. One of unloading guy was not polite.

Any place that have a overnight parking is 5 stars for me 1 1/2 to got unloaded

I work for this company for the pass 2 years, its a great place to work for they treat you right and fare. The pay isnt that bad it could be better, but is a job, good for me, I live in holyoke I dont have to commute that far from I live. 2nd shift is the best time to work there. Good coworkers to they make the day go fast.

Arrived 6 hours before my appointment and was loaded in about 2.5 hours (including their lunch break).

This was the best job i ever had pay was alright but the people youll work with is what will make you want to get up and go to work in the morning

Everyone have their own experience, I picked up a load in and out with no time.

Very close to I- 91,easy big lot to back in to loading dock, fast and friendly personnel, get you loaded ln and out on récord time.

Very bad place for loading, waited 12 hours for loading. Then going back to Canda paperwork not complete, again waiting before border. They dont know what customs invoice is.

Drivers BEWARE! Have been here for 11 hours waiting for a door! And I was an hour earlier for my pick up appointment. The guys next to me 13.5 hours waiting!

I came to pickup freight from there got there at 12h20 the lady told me not before 4h00pm at 3h00pm I get a call backup to the docks we are going to load you that was a lie I have been sitting at the dock for 4 hours now and still nothing put in my truck and right now I see 12 trucks waiting to get loaded very bad service slow workers

This place doesnt load you quick been here since 1pm its 5 48 now horrible place

Very slow I wonder why if one has hours waiting because they put ah fill the trailer of them they were filling me and then they make me wait to fill another trailer that they have parked trailer that will come out the next day and they dont care if one waits for 0 stars if I could unless I put them this place is not worth it I will have it on my blacklist of places that I do not return it takes approximately 6 hours to load I also arrive first and loaded to another just because it is known of them finishing the material and only x that I had to wait for them to make more material I wonder why they ask so much truck if the materials are not ready, the idiots recommend that they not come to this place that they will have for long hours
