This place is great I came here yesterday because the xarni have had tire locks and I didnt have the key. They were super helpful and took off the locks and replaced my lock nut with a regular one for me. I came back today and they are doing my brakes, they were super helpful and changed them immediately. Great place to come if you want efficient and timely service

This is a very good shop. I usually come here to get a tire fixed and the workers are nice & very professional. My last visit I got a oil change and they had me out in less than 20 minutes. I appreciate how they dont take your time for granted.

This car shop takes care of customers promptly, takes pride in their work, and has competitive prices. I paid 30% less than Jiffy Lube for an oil change. My waiting time was 20 minutes. HIghly recommend this shop for auto maintenance.

I’ve done my brakes here for both my cars, done oil changes, mounted new tires on one car and even done patches on the old tires when I would get a flat. Every single time I have come they have been pretty great except once where there was a miscommunication and they were doing the wrong job BUT they quickly fixed it with a SMILE (not many people do when they do something wrong) when I pointed it out.They are affordable and not too expensive, that’s one of the reasons I come here.They have a little waiting area with coffee/water and has air conditioning. You can pay cash/card/check and you always get a receipt.

I have been taking my vehicles to Rex for all schedule maintenance and repairs. The service is great, the attention my request and detail is respectable. The management takes care of making sure that I am satisfied with the job performance. I am at the point that I just drop off my vehicle, any one of 4 vehicles that I own and just leave it. They call me back in the event of an unusual repair; otherwise, I accept their recommendations and the repairs done. Been going here for a while now and to tell you the truth Rex auto is one of my go to places because I know for a fact that they care for your car needs and will always make sure you get what you paid for.

They fixed a problem I had on my car for a fare price, the cashier didn’t know much English and that’s the only reason why I’m giving them 3 stars instead of 5 because I feel that they should be able communicate with customers that don’t know Spanish, they have people that work there that know English but they don’t communicate with you or help the cashier communicate with you, I really think the cashier should know English as well as Spanish, but besides that I think the people there were pretty cool and they did a good job for a fare price

Went to this place because of the previous review and the price for mounting and balancing tires. I have been working in auto tech for 12 years off and on. Anywhere from low tech shops, like this one to state of the art facilities. If I wouldve treated a customer at any of those shops the way I was treated at rex tire I wouldve been fired on the spot. And rightfully so. I get there with 2 new tires to replace the front two. And I explained that I wanted the rear two unmounted and reversed so they can be switched from left to right and right to left. This might seem confusing to you, but to people that change tires for a living, this SHOULD be obvious since the tires are directional. No big deal, I dont mind explaining myself to get what I pay for. Then the guy(id call them techs if they acted like it) doing the work informs me that one of the rear wheels is bent. I told him that I know and that it is fine and it will balance out. The kid laughs as what appears to be the twerp in charge named CHRIS comes out of the office, with a lit cigarette no less to proceed to tell me that he cannot guarantee the balance one that tire. I said thats fine and that I understood why he had to make it clear because Ive had to do it as well with my own customers. I payed in an office full of cigarette smoke. But since I didnt receive a work sheet of what was being performed on my car like you get EVERYWHERE YOU GET WORK DONE BECAUSE ITS THE LAW I then ask if the other three balances are guaranteed just to see what hed say(most REPUTABLE places do) and he said, NO! But since you know everything you should know that too!. By now I know Im never coming to this place again when the guy finishes putting the last tire on my car. I ask him at what pressure the filled my tires because they never asked(as a GOOD shop does) and he replies, 35.. Since theyve been so nice already I asked the guy if he wouldnt mind raising the pressure to 50psi which is what I run those tires at. Needless to say he hesitated and then proceeded to say, well sir since you know everything, you shouldve asked us before.... I cut him off and told him to forget it. I didnt want to spend another second in that place.If you value you money and respect, DONT GO TO REX TIRE.I might not know everything, but I know what CUSTOMER SERVICE is. These kids dont And who ever left them in charge of their business is a crappy judge of character.Also, I jumped on the turnpike right after and felt no vibrations. I guess REAL experience speaks for itself.

They are a get it and go place. They dont show the type of oil they put in your engine. They say its synthetic, but who really knows. They dont seem honest

Did the job quick but should let the customer ask them to check out other stuff not just let me know something else is wrong.
