The gentleman working with me was very patient as my order and adjustment took some time. But he kept a smile and helped others as they came in and out the store while he was working alone. The 5 stars goes to the sells rep Travis. As far as the operation of the store there should be another person to assist customers but I understand the challenges.
Everything went well. Tatiana helped me with items that were unavailable at other stores, fitted my iPhone 13 Promax into a new Otterbox and applied a glass screen saver on less time than other clerks were able to tell me that they couldn’t be of help.

The answer on the bottom is fraud!! The number listed belongs to a dish company and I emailed them also and as of today no response. They do not take any reviews seriously. I will be making an OFFICIAL COMPLAINT WITH VERIZON I was not aware that they were a third party. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. I have made a trade in back in 1/13/2021 they told me about a promotion but they never mentioned that I need it to have the unlimited plan with Verizon my salesperson was Megan she is not at the present time at the store. They lied to us. Stay away from them. I have been trying to resolve the current issue since January. Go to a direct Verizon store. They lie to get the phones sold. my advice to customers STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE THEY ARE FRAUD!!!!
Klay at the Homestead store was the absolute best. He greeted me at the door, assured me he could help me with my problem and he did so in a very professional manner. He is a top flight Technician and an absolute gentleman. This kid deserves to be commend and should be looked at for a future in management. Dont let him go !
The best customer service experience I have experienced. I used to be at Sprint and everything from the bill to customer service was bad. The employee helping me actually cared about what I wanted and worked with my budget. Thank you Travis and keep up the great work.

Another cellular sales store sold me a dud phone. But when I bought it, i added an expenwove screen protector. Well 2 weeks later the phone just randomly stopped picking up service. So I spend 3 hours on the phone with tech support and they said its a dud 2 week old phone, take it back to a cellular sales store and they will replace it. So I take it in there, and they charged me $53 for a restocking fee because there was minor scuffs on the screen. Even though verizon tech support said they sold me a dud phone, they couldnt prove the scratches didnt cause it. This store is ridiculous, screw them for ripping customers off.

I was surprised I had to pay for a SIM card at an authorized retailer. Six bucks is no big deal, but since Im a Verizon customer, I thought it would be free. Also, the person who attended me couldnt tell me if the newest Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra ran on Android 10 or 11. They are just people selling phones and plans and really are not educated on details.
Employees were two rude girls. I walked in and said hello and they both just silently stared at me. Had a problem with upgrading my phone and they barely explained how to solve it, they just told me to call Verizon lol. Why I would need to call if I’m at the actual store 😭 I don’t blame the company because I’ve had great experiences at other locations but these two employees severely need a lesson in customer service.

We came in towards the end of the night to add my husband to my phone plan. We both walked out with new phones from an awesome promotion. We did not make the process easy for Brigitte (my husband was transferring over from another carrier and had none of the necessary info) but she was patient, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Jason who didn’t know what he was doing sold us something that wasn’t true in order to get his commission and a week later when we got details about our upcoming bill he had quit and his supervisor Matthew was also not available because they both mysteriously quit at the same time and the current employees would not help because “he said, she said”. Go to an actual Verizon store these people are a third party. They will hire absolutely anyone and will not redeem themselves in any way to help you. This is not a corporate Verizon store! Go to Best Buy In Florida City or drive further North to a legitimate store directly with the company.

Mathew went over and beyond to help me upgrade my iPhone. He thoroughly explained the difference between all iPhones which led me to make the perfect choice for me. Unfortunately he (Matt beyond his control) encountered technical difficulties during the update on new phone and ended up staying well after closing hours to complete the upgrade. I have visited many Verizon stores throughout any states and no one was able to explain my phone or help with issues I had but Amanda explained my purchase so well and helped to download my data and could answer all my questions on the spot. This is an authorized retailer and not a corporate store. Do NOT shop here! They talk a good talk but do not disclose all the details of the deal and do not provide service after the sale. they seemed knowledgeable and nice so we unfortunately purchased our new service and phones here. That was a Big mistake. They lied about the $200 rebate per new line to switch over. Found out after the fact it was only for certain phones, which we were not suggested for us to purchase. when we called the salesman at the store about the issue regarding the rebate and a few other problems he told us take it up with Verizon corporate, we cant helpnever buy from this authorized rip off retailer.
The representative was polite and gave good service. However, she failed to inform us that prepaid phones are non refundable. Purchased a phone and paid the first month a few weeks ago. When I got home I realized the phone was not charging properly and when I tried to exchange or return it they said I could not return it. When I asked why they didnt inform me of this when I purchased the phone they said they were sorry but there was nothing they could do. I spent $200+ dollars for nothing because I have not been able to use the phone. Save yourself the trouble and go with another company.
Wifes Samsung 10e quit charging so we came here to get assistance. Guy said we had to drive to Samsung Experience 45 minutes away. After driving to the Samsung store, we were told that all dealership stores are repeatedly told NOT to refer repair customers to Samsung retailers but to call the Samsung hotline for a certified Samsung repair shop in the area. Apparently this store cant follow simple directions, or are too lazy to look up the Samsung Service hotline. Samsung Experience helped us get to the right place, but we had a wild goose chase to get there. It would be nice if this store knew what they were doing.

We had an amazing experience! My husband and I came in with our 3 children a couple hours before closing to look into upgrading our phones. The gentleman Matthew who helped us was the only employee in the store and never made us feel rushed. Matthew took his time explaining each of our options and was very knowledgeable about the different types of phones. To top it all of he was patient with our kids! He answered questions my oldest had about the display phones and he even let my youngest use his iPad so she could be entertained . We spent about an hour and a half in the store and we left happy customers! Thank you Matthew!!!

Horrible experience!!! Terrible Service was this LOCATION! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I ordered a phone 7 days ago a iPhone SE 128gig and seemed to be getting the run around all week. I talk to one of the Verizon employees at the Homestead location via phone and was told my phone had come but was sent to the BJs Verizon location. Not only is this an inconvenience traveling to another location but THIS IS NOT WHERE I ORDERED MY PHONE, when i arrived at the BJs the Verizon employee was clueless to what i was saying and of course did not have the phone i ordered. I called back via phone to the Homestead location asking and wanting answers to WHY the phone i ordered had not yet come after 7 business days! The Verizon employee who i was on the phone with HUNG UP IN MY FACE not having a solution. I just wanted to become a new Verizon customer and drop my old provider. Now after this experience Im exploring new options. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!
YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!I went in looking for a new phone since my old one was giving me issues. I was steered toward a Samsung and was told the phone would be free. I was told on my bill it would show $7 and also a $7 credit, therefore, free, for 24 months.The first bill came in with no credit. I was told it could take 3 billing cycles to reflect. 3 billing cycles later, still no credit.Verizon told me over the phone, they did not see where the phone was a free promotional phone. I called the store and was given the run around with many excuses and was told I would be called back with an answer. I had to keep calling back because no one ever did call me back. I did this for 4 days and was finally told, the employee who told me it was a free phone is out on paternity leave and they dont know why she told me it was a free phone, when it wasnt.Im ok with paying for a phone if you tell me I have to pay for it up front. Dont lie and tell me its free.Im writing this and hope to help someone NOT get scammed. Go to a real Verizon store, not this knock off franchise.
Store hours are listed as being open until 8pm. I drove from Key Largo only to see that the man sitting in the dark store with the door locked and open sign turned off decided to close early.
Came in with a charging problem with my phone. Horrible customer service by the female that was working on Sunday February 4th. She seems very upset that I did not have insurance. Told me I had to pay off the phone and get another one. And that is the only option. Wont ever come back to this location.

Mi experiencia fue mala, fui a la tienda y no tenían el celular que estaba buscando y me lo ordenaron y me dijeron que en tres Días lo recibían y que me llamaban cuando llegara, le pregunté si cuando fuera a recogerlo ellos me pasaban mi información del celular viejo al nuevo y me dijeron que si,, fui hoy averiguar por el teléfono porque nunca me llamaron, me atendió un muchacho que no me entendía a mi ni yo el,,,, ya el teléfono estaba allí pero no me llamaron y cuando le dije que si me pasaba la información me contesto que tenía que hablar con la manager y cuando regreso me dijo que no lo llevara y que el me decía como yo hacerlo en mi casa … me fui y le dejé allí el celular y ahora estoy diendo a otro Verizon en miami,, llevo más de 20 años con esta compañía y pagando casi 300.00 dólares al mes para no recibir un completo servicio cuando los necesites .
What a pity that this store has such an unprofessional, poorly educated manager who does not know how to treat customers, really that one has to think about it more than 10 times to come to this store, but there is no other choice, then That is why you pay for the services, but not so that they treat you as if they were giving them the product, if you do not have knowledge of the products they offer then I recommend that the company give them a good training so that clients like me do not have to go to the store on more than one occasion and for the same reason.
