The employees Ive met so far at this Metro are very helpful & professional. Fast service even when theres a wait time they move the lines along quickly. Their phone service are also great☺ and data bundle plans are affordable and so are their phones with a wide selection to choose from. You sometime get extra storage space and prime membership for a while depending on the plan you choose. Their phone plans are definitely worth it. BEST MOBILE NETWORK!
I was having a serious issue with my phone. I was unable to get any help that I needed to resolve the issue. I called this store and Randy and Donnell quickly assisted and was able to help me. They both are very professional and care about the customers. If I could give more than 5 stars I would because these guys need to be recognized. They have the BEST customer service

Gio was absolutely amazing, very patient and helpful!! I had an issue with my previous service and he walked through the steps on how to fix that issue and got my first bill to an even lower amount!!! Definitely would recommend his service to anyone coming to this location :)
Arrived the store at 8:30 thinking the hours with 9:00 a.m. when I got there it was close about 9 oclock employee started to come into the store knowing that the store did not open until 10 oclock I ask the persons walking in and no one Except this guy Randy stop in right in India was able to get my connections to sigh needed to make a very important phone call I find out later on he was the store manager I want to thank you for your initiative and I think that ever y employee should have the great customer service that you did for me thank you
Horrible place to go for a lease do not I repeat donnot do there smartpay plan they will take your money and act like nothing happen i have to wait 3 days to see what i could even do to get my money back it’s ridiculous you know the company is bad and they still try to setup customers with it 100$ to the trash

ZERO STARS - The worst service and a perfect demonstration of abuse of power on a vulnerable population. Specifically Angie. She was extremely unprofessional with an aggressive demeanor. It is understandable that the location is busy but when handling important customers transactions, she left every 5 minutes, did not communicate with us and made unnecessary charges to our account. When asked about the charges, she accused us of saying/asking things that she was discussing with other customers. She was more than confused and became belligerent when her confusion was addressed. She also could not seem to take the airpods out of her ears to talk to customers. The music was blasting.Also, beware that they allow people with pictures of IDs and IDs belonging to other people to access accounts. While this might be help to these individuals, it creates a sense of unease that anyone with a copy of your ID can access your private info.Will definitely be changing companies and cancelling all purchases. Avoid at all costs.
Absolutely absolutely horrible scammers!... do anything you can to keep from using MetroPCS!! It is the worst customer service anywhere. the manager Leo lied to me twice even though he couldnt get my phone to work without multiple tries saying he didnt see anything wrong with it. The guy who explained to me before him about warranty did not explain it well and then got condescending when I said I just want to understand correctly then he lied to the manager Leo so Josh and Leo are rude horrible people who should not in any way be dealing with the public . Liars Liars Liars! I saw another employee treat someone less fortunate then I the same way . She couldnt get his phone to work and told him it was fine . When I said I wanted to pay to get the phone replaced Leo lied again and said he didnt see anything wrong with it so he couldnt replace it after Josh and said it was going to cost me twice as much to replace it. The other MetroPCS locations on Route 1 have people who dont know what theyre talking about! And then they get rude. great service from Brenda at the Cutler Bay MetroPCS but she can only go so far. I took the day off and Leo and Josh ended up ruining everything. I will do everything I can to make sure I dont use MetroPCS! Save yourself the aggravation! They removed very important apps without asking me!!!! They were connected to my job and my bank!! Horrible horrible horrible place. And they call themselves corporate headquarters! They do everything they can to keep from replacing faulty equipment even though they charge for it! The guys who are the store greeters no more and are more helpful than the people behind the desk! The company used to be good now theyre just shysters!

The employees at metro pcs next to the main shop were not wearing masks. Not the one with the machine out front but the one next to it. No gloves or masks. Very dangerous and taking chances of getting sick and getting other people sick. So sad that people are not following instructions

We went to metro on Black Friday night to get a new phone, since the previous ones battery was completely fried. We were instantly attended to by an employee named Migie. He was very charismatic and informative, answering all questions we had. Well be sure to go to this Metro again thanks to him.

And what they did to me cost me hundreds of dollars! Told me I couldnt get service in Mexico because my phone was too new... Said they didnt know why my PCS sales woman told me that... Went to another PCS store and they said he was crazy too... It goes with the number not the phone so I went to Mexico with nothing and had to buy a Mexican phone had all the hassle... Just dont go there no matter what anybody tells you... I guess since T-Mobile but MetroPCS they dont care anything about service... All about the almighty dollar sell a crappy phone and forget about the customer! Absolutely the worst people on earth what goes around comes around

MetroPCS sucks, I bought a phone and it was stolen in 2 days I tried to get the same phone back for the price I bought it for and they said I was not eligible for the promotional price for 6 months! So I said screw you went next door and got Boost Mobile which is a lot better service. I will boycott MetroPCS

Worst service ever. The manager came out and looked at the line of people waiting and still went back to the back with the other 2 employees who could have came out and helped. Waited about 30 min before I got impatient and left. That means i would have waited for over an hour because I still had 3 people ahead of me. It was only 9:15am so it could not have been possible that all 3 of them were on break when they just opened.
