This T-mobile is the best one in homestead, excellent service and friendly employees. Bridget was definitely very knowledgeable and helped me out.

My husband and I were on vacation and stopped by your store and got terrific help and service from a smart and gracious young man named Bryan Monterrey. He was very patient and knew his product very well. I bought a Samsung 7 and a case and I could not have gotten better service anywhere else in the country. Bryan is a wonderful asset and I only wish he were closer to us since we live in the Washington,D.C. area.
My experience with Frederick has been amazing. Everyone else in the store is very friendly and kind. I have been working with Frederick personally and he is extremely prompt with his responses and makes sure I understand every detail about my plan. Which I absolutely appreciate :) Im a first time T-mobile customer and so far my experience has been wonderful
Went there to upgrade from my S8 Plus to the new Note 8. 😘I mentioned to my sales person that I would like to also change from the plan that I was on to the $40 per line plan as advertised on television. The sales rep proceeded to tell me that in order for me to change to that plan I would have to order the sync and drive. 😠 I told the sales rep I do not want the sync and drive😲 I asked to speak to a supervisor Juan identified himself as a supervisor and said that is right the only way to change plan is by getting that device sync and Drive. I reluctantly accepted😕 I felt funny about the whole situation so I called customer service 611 the agent on the phone told me there is no such thing. She told me I have the right to jump in and out of different plans at my discretion. No extra accessories need to be purchased.😎 so I decided to take the item back to the store for a refund .Juan was there😑 he proceeded to tell me again that he is a store manager that I cannot without a $25 restocking fee. I told him that is unacceptable, you push this item on me telling me that I could not change out of my plan without taking this sync Drive which is extremely misleading. Then he went on and said that if I return the item that my bill will increase $20 per month 😲I told him Ive been with T-Mobile for a number of years and this is the most ridiculous pitch for sale I have ever heard 🤣T-Mobile need to better train their manager I personally do not think hes a manager but he is identifying himself as a manager in the store. If it were not for customer care 611😚 I would have dropped T-Mobile and went to provider. I will never return to the this store and I will second-guess about going to any other store based off this horrific experience.🤔 customer lost.

Really great experience. We called ahead to fet placed on the waiting list and when we arrived we waited less than 2mins. The sales person (Gabi) was very very nice. She took her time to explain everything. Overall we will definitely return to this store anyday. If you are going to the store, call ahead and save yourself some waiting time. Enjoy it !!!!

Very bad customer service. We waited for almost 25 minutes to be able to talk with someone. We bought a SIM Starter Kit T-Mobile in a shop but we werent able to activate it. We tried by phone, internet, not working. It was a special offer. The guy just tell us he was sorry, he didnt know what to do... What kind of answer is that ?

After standing in line for over 45 to 50mins. I will not go back to this T Mobile. There was only 2 customers both which were being taking care of by each of the female assistants. I dont mind waiting because I work in retail but they each were having personal conversations about having kids and the other having a conversation about their mom and where she works instead of communicating with letting me know that they would be with me shortly. This is my second Bad Experience in this T Mobile so I wont let them strike out. IM DONE!! Never ho back again.

Very rude and unprofessional people they sell you items saying its free and it isnt, just pay the tax. Then you find out from the corporate T-Mobile your getting charged for it. Do not do business here.

I would like to give a special thanks to three employees at this location, Carissa Whealton, Yazzy, and Veronica. I had a problem that I felt would never get resolved going though the call center and with my persistence and the help of these three young ladies after a month of back and forth phone calls with the call center the issue was taken care of. They kept at it until I the consumer was satisfied and thats rare lol so again thanks for all your help.
These people dont know what they doing. Messed up my plan when i dint ask to have my plan change. They work slow and make you wait 40 mins before attending you. Also got alot of young training ppl that are lost. Dont go there worst place 0 startz !!

Because this place deserves it, went in stayed for 30 minutes asking for help And these 2 young ladies instead OF taking care OF customers, the chat for 20 mins And the just left the station... Has to be the worst t mobile store in Florida, it is just impossible to find a worse store than this one, go to the one at 312sw at a mall where sonic Beach is, is night and day ask for Christian!
This T-Mobile is a franchise and as such they lie to you about what you are paying for. Seriously dont waste your time coming here! Extremely disappointed and such a freaking hassle to get it fixed!

This place sucks!!!! First off they have no chairs and just let you stand for 2 hours while they supposed to be helping but end up telling you the phone you spoke about for hours is not available due to discontinuation. BTW it was the galaxy 6 edge
