We had the best experience getting bridesmaids dresses at Bella’s! Elizabeth was so great to work with and helped me pick out the perfect dress and color for all my maids. We had a pretty short timeline (4-5 months), and they worked with us to get everything in time for the wedding! The multiple locations made it easy for my bridesmaids who lived in different states to get the right fit. There system really makes it easy for the bride and the bridesmaids! And the selection is large and has lots of variety. 10/10 recommend!!

Our experience at Bella Bridesmaids was incredible! Elizabeth was our attendant, and she knew exactly what she was doing (thankfully, because I was clueless). I wanted to find 3 styles for my bridesmaids to choose from, so she helped me ind 3 styles in the same brand and color so that they would still be cohesive (not super easy to do). She allowed my bridesmaids to try on probably 50 dresses because I wanted to see a little bit of everything. She was so patient. She also made the experience fun, which is what it should be! We really could not have had a better experience.

I had the most amazing experience at Bella Bridesmaid! I have 9 bridesmaids, one junior bridesmaid, and a flower girl. I found everything I needed in one place! Plus it was a breeze for my bridesmaids to get in and get fitted. It did not matter who I spoke with; they were all very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a terrific experience finding the dress for my bridesmaids at Bella Bridesmaids. Jeana Lee was a pleasure to work with and was extremely patient with me despite the fact that I went in several times to try to decide between dresses. They also helped brainstorm different dress combination ideas and color palettes. They were always very responsive over email and very helpful. My bridesmaids live all over the country and Bella Bridesmaids made it easy to get them all the ordering info for the dress and then to ship to them. I couldnt recommend Bella Bridesmaids more! Excellent, stress free experience! My sisters wedding was rescheduled due to the COVID lock downs. We had just three months to get everything ordered, in, and altered. I don’t know where to start. I feel like I am the luckiest person in the world to have come to Bella Bridesmaid. I have a March wedding and since the pandemic happened I have planned my whole wedding myself without the help of anyone. I called one day and sent everything to Bella via email and they took such good care of me. I was in a major crunch as my bridesmaid dress that I ordered (from another store two months ago) told me that my dress wasn’t going to be shipped in time. I had less than two weeks to find a dress in a store that worked. I walked in and the ladies were very helpful and understanding of my situation. To say they were a “blessing” is an under statement. They saw how stressed I was and even provided a financial discount (which I did not expect). Just when I’ve thought that Customer service has gone out the window, now a days, they provided a friendly reminder that exceptionalism still exists.

Jeana and the staff were absolutely amazing to work with! I had 10 bridesmaids (1 was a junior) all with completely different body shapes and Jeana spent multiple hours with me to help select 3 different styles that would accommodate the ladies shapes and budgets. Jeana knew all of the designers so well and was able to direct me to certain designers/brands that had exactly what I was looking for. Location was something I was concerned about since the bridesmaids spanned as far as California and Pennsylvania, but they were able to get everybody to a local store to try their dresses on before placing the order online. I also found my rehearsal dinner dress at Bellas and plan to go back for any other formal type dress I might need! The ladies are wonderful and truly make you feel like part of the family there!

I had such an amazing experience at Bella Bridesmaids. Our appointment was run by Elizabeth and she was super helpful and recommended some amazing styles. The bride met with her twice, one appointment to decide on colors and a designer and a second time with all the bridesmaids. My bride chose two different colors and let all 6 girls all choose their own style which I can’t imagine was easy for a stylist to organize but Elizabeth was warm, inviting, fun and able to help each girl find the perfect dress for them while also being incredibly professional and efficient. I loved the show room and think the dresses were in amazing shape for being samples. (I have seen some really scary samples at other stores) All in all, my experience with Bella Bridesmaids was amazing and I cant wait to pick out bridesmaids dresses for MY bridesmaids one day!

After providing my measurements to Bellas, I was instructed to order a certain size. When the dress arrived, it was about 10 sizes too big. When I reached out to Bellas and shared a photo of me in the over sized dress, the employee laughed at me over the phone and asked why I ordered that size because it was clearly too big for me (umm because your employee/sizing chart told me to). I was then informed I could either pay $$$ for alterations or get resized for a new dress since you cannot exchange/return. I opted to get resized and guess what, the sizing chart still told me to get the size they originally told me to. Guess Ill just have to guess.

As a bride (and a bridesmaid x15!) I HIGHLY recommend purchasing bridesmaids dresses at Bella Bridesmaid! My girlfriends and I felt so welcome and had a blast trying on tons of different styles for each other. The ladies at BB are super helpful, professional, and really fun to work with!

Such a great experience! Elizabeth helped me and she did a wonderful job. She dealt with all of my indecisiveness and even let me come in the day before my dresses were due because I was confused about the color! She pulled every dress imaginable and found exact colors so I could see what I liked best. She went over the top to make sure that I had the perfect dresses for the perfect day. Everyone was so helpful to my bridesmaids when ordering and picking up and they kept in great communication. Bella Bridesmaid in Homewood was excellent! I myself have bought 5+ bridesmaid dresses from Bella, and, because of my great experiences chose to use them for our wedding as well. They were efficient, organized, and our dresses were beautiful! They worked closely with my MOH who was about 6 months pregnant at the time of the wedding so that her sizing would require as few alterations as possible, and they coordinated sizes/measurements with many of my out of town bridesmaids. I will definitely continue to recommend Bella Bridesmaid!

My dresses came in almost 20 days let’s ( 2 weeks before wedding) and half of them wouldn’t zip because Bella’s didn’t know how to read the designers size chart. I also didn’t even get the dress I wanted because it took them 2 months to get back to me with the order form and the dress had since been discountined. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for bridesmaids dresses. This has been the most stressful aspect of my wedding and they seem to not care at all.

Didnt really feel welcomed here. I had to call and ask for them to send the information on the dresses we liked. They never asked my wedding party for their names or got their measurements which means we would have to go back in to order which is an inconvenience. They knew I flew in for this and that I needed dresses. Maybe Im just comparing them to the wonderful shop I went to in Michigan where I purchased my wedding dress. I flew down to find dresses for my bridesmaids in Alabama since 4 of 6 live there. Id heard mixed reviews of the bridal shops in Alabama being very judgemental and assuming and unfortunately the experience wasnt as special as the experience I had in Michigan. They have a great selection at Bella nonetheless and the shop is really pretty but the service makes them a place to window shop in my opinion. We just paid more and went with the inconvenience of ordering the Alfred Sung dress from the shop in MI and paid to have them shipped to Alabama for my maids. Service is not optional when youre spending thousands on dresses.
