Bridal Bliss is a perfect choice for picking out your wedding dress! They had a wide variety of dresses in a great range of prices. I was able to find the perfect dress for my wedding and stay in budget! The in-house (sort of) alterations woman was also fabulous to work with. And they keep your dress until the week of and steam it out for you so youre ready to look fabulous on your big day. This took so much extra stress off my plate and I would definitely recommend Bridal Bliss to any bride looking for a dress!

Bridal Bliss is hands down the best bridal shop in Birmingham! They have the best assortment and, in my opinion, the prettiest dresses at great prices. Regina is the kindest and goes above and beyond to ensure that you have the best bridal experience. If my family and I could give Bridal Bliss and Mary Kay more than five stars, we absolutely would. I could not have imagined nor known to ask for such a great experience picking out a wedding dress. This was the part of my planning I was most nervous about, but Mary Kays warm and friendly demeanor put me and my party right at ease. She let us browse, gave helpful suggestions, and listened to our budget and my requests. She always stuck with what I wanted unless I explicitly changed my mind on something. Bridal Bliss made for an amazing wedding dress shopping experience. I brought my parents and maid of honor. We all had a great time, and I found my dream dress during my first appointment. It was a magical moment! They also have a preferred tailor that does alterations one day a week at the shop. She does a fabulous job as well! There are lots of sample dress options. Regina the owner was amazing to work with! My dress was ordered on a very tight deadline... she gave me her cell number and constantly texted with me about updates on the dress. She also was there and encouraged me when trying dresses on and helped me find my dream dress (and a dress I wouldnt have thought to try on otherwise). She also pointed me to an AMAZING seamstress who treated me the same. Great experience!! Highly recommend!!

Kim and Regina were some of the sweetest ladies I met while shopping for a wedding dress. They were so patient while I was trying to decide. I was debating on a dress and Regina let me come on a Sunday and try it back on. The atmosphere is intimate and feels like someones home. I would definitely recommend going to this bridal store over a larger bridal store. If you are going to invest in something as special as a wedding dress, do it at a place you love and support.

I am a bride from 12 hours away that came in when I was there for a visit- Kim was so helpful, and we were the only one’s there during my appointment, which made for a relaxed experience. I ended up ordering the dress of my dreams from them and can’t wait to get it!

I loved Bridal Bliss! I got my wedding dress from here and had the BEST experience! Mary Kay was my consultant and she was TOP NOTCH!! She not only respected our budget but also pulled multiple options that went with what I was looking for! I highly recommend this bridal shop! Mrs Regina is the sweetest lady I have ever met! As the bride of a hateful one star review that was posted by one of my bridesmaids, I would like to fully discredit that review. My advice is to choose this bridal shop and choose your bridesmaids VERY carefully.

I got my wedding dress here, and I cannot sing Garys praises enough! He was so kind and helpful. He truly cared that our experience was everything we wanted and more. The location is intimate, but the variety and selection cannot be beat. Gary even sent a note to my family on my wedding day saying that he wished me well on my big day. This place was awesome! Gary was so knowledgeable about the gowns. The gowns at Bridal Bliss were high quality and very well made and the service was impeccable. They gave my daughter and myself such comfort knowing that we were dealing with professionals and they really care for their Brides. We ordered it to fit her height and it is perfect so no stress about alterations. We are thrilled with my daughters gown. Just perfect! We had first visited Davids bridal first that same day and we were very disappointed in the quality of their gowns. Ever since I was a teenager, I have always had this fear that trying on dresses would be difficult for me. As a size 16/18, I think my worst fear was that nothing would even fit over my head when I began dress shopping. Before finding my perfect dress at Bridal Bliss, I went to one other shop in Birmingham and had a nightmare experience! Nothing fit over my shoulders, I didnt want to walk out in anything, nothing looked right, and most of all I felt very uncomfortable and pressured. So much so that after crying in the car, I said to myself I dont even want to go to the next appointment. Well, I am BEYOND glad that I did, because it was at Bridal Bliss that I found THE dress for me. Not only was Regina so kind and uplifting, but they carried sample dresses in sizes 14, 16, etc, and they actually fit over me and gave me an understanding of what they would look like. I cant say enough about Bridal Bliss and what they did for my self confidence during this draining process!

My wedding was in 2016, so Im a little late with this review. I went on my lunch break just to see their selection ... thank goodness I did! The woman who greeted me was absolutely amazing! She listened to what I said I wanted, and was conscious about my budget. When the first group of dresses I tried on didnt excite me, she had me try on one more dress she had in mind. IT. WAS. PERFECT.

When I walked in Bridal Bliss I was greeted by the kindest person, Gary. I had been searching for months for a gown and had no luck. Dress shopping had been a very sad experience for me because my mother had just passed away the year before. However, Bridal Bliss brought the fun back into it and made me feel like a bride. When I saw the gowns I thought that there was no way I could afford them- they were of such high quality- but when I looked at the tags I was shocked by how affordable they were!!! Gary and the staff of Bridal Bliss helped me every step of the way. They are wonderful!!!!! When the seamstress said she wouldnt have my gown ready in time for my bridal shoot, Gary went over to the shop personally and made sure they would be finished with it!! I felt so secure the entire step of the way. I have never seen such beautiful gowns. They have the most unique and elegant bridal gowns I have ever seen. I went to many small shops in the area and no other store was as kind as Bridal Bliss and no other store had such and incredible selection. They arent just kind, they are also experts. Gary told me all about his many years of experience designing gowns and working in the bridal industry. My best memories of wedding planning have all been at Bridal Bliss. Im so grateful for them!!!

It was such a pleasure to work with the staff. I walked in without an appointment and Regina was kind, helpful, fun, encouraging, patient and understanding. I never felt rushed or pressured and tried or dress after dress while getting great feedback. They made me feel at ease and beautiful.

This was the first and last place I looked for a wedding dress. I came in and Gary and Kristen were extremely friendly and helpful. I picked out several dresses that I liked and then Gary pulled one that he said he thought I would like- well it ended up being the dress for me! It was the first dress I tried on and I just knew- I tried on a couple more and then sealed the deal with the first! Thank goodness for his experienced eye! I dont have a huge budget and this shop had very affordable prices but beautiful dresses. I really cannot say enough good things about my experience here! So happy I stumbled across it in my dress search.

I wanted for my sister (the bride) to have a magical experience at Bridal Bliss. Unfortunately, she didnt. I dont know if they overbooked the schedule or accepted too many walk-ins, but it was too crowded. There werent enough mirrors so brides and bridal parties were shuffling in an out on top of each other to look at dresses. All of us left the store feeling stressed because it was so crowded. Our consultant was super nice, but be aware this overcrowding is a possibility.

Kristen and Gary were wonderful. I had an excellent experience at Bridal Bliss. They helped me every step of the way, and they were so accommodating to me. I wanted to take Kristen home with me by the end of the experience. She helped with everything, and I could not have been more at ease. My husband absolutely loved the dress when he saw it!!!

I was overwhelmed at this place. Its a fairly small building, packed full of dresses. The fitting rooms are the same size you would find at a department store. I had no luck finding a dress, and I felt like most of their dresses were the same, not much variety. I spoke with Ashanti on the phone to make my appointment, and she seemed like the perfect consultant. However, I did not get her when I came in. The lady I did have was very nice, but I didnt feel like she really helped me all that much. I ended up finding a dress at another business. The people at Bridal Bliss are very nice, it just wasnt a match for me.

I found my dress here, and I loved my experience! Regina was so kind and very helpful. I was worried when I walked in because it seemed unorganized, but they definitely knew what they were doing. It was also very affordable. My budget was $1,000, and I had lots of options to choose from.

This place is amazing! I enjoyed the quaint, personal experience that was provided to my future Daughter-in-love. Although the building may be small in size, the varity of quality gowns, veils, and accessories...topped off by the experience, friendly staff, ease of ordering, and exceptional customer service...this place exceeded all others. We left with a happy bride and a new friends!If you are looking for friendly, personal service with quality gowns....this is the place to go!!!!Btw- the Owner actually opened the store, outside if business hours, so that I could see the dress and have the experience of seeing my future Daughter-in-love say Yes, to the dress!

Great place to find a wedding dress. Its a little small space when trying on dresses and going back and forth to the mirror. But they have great choices and from all price ranges.

Highly incompetent as one star is too much. I bought a $200 bridesmaid dress here, and the whole process was painful. They told the bride that not all of the orders got in, which resulted in the bride calling me and telling me I could not be in the wedding. This resulted in a 3 way phone call between me, the bride, and Bridal Bliss, where we found that the orders HAD been placed on time. When paying for my order, they did not verify the price or my name before asking for my credit card information, and attempted to charge me $8400 for someones wedding gown. After getting my correct information figured out, and my dress paid for, it was still a hassle to pick up. Upon pick up, they claimed that I had not paid for the other half, despite me showing them the charges to my credit card. Also, expect to pay for shipping (as it is not included in the price) but know that it is for the dress to be shipped to the store...not to you. Ridiculous.Edit to respond to management: Attached is a photo of the receipt from the first half of the dress that I paid for in January. You can also see in the photo that the address and phone number matches your store. As far as the $8400 charge goes, of course there is no record because I told the representative on the phone that that was not the charge/dress I was calling to pay for. I was a bridesmaid for Ashley Mims and David Askew, if that helps.

I had such high expectations for this place, but I was treated SO rudely. Where to start? My friend and I arrived right on time we walked in, no one said hello. The two women that were working did not want to help us and the owner finally had to assign me to one of them. Then walking around, the owner announced to the entire store what size he thought I was, like I was pretty much a piece of meat. . Also the entire store is outdated, small dressing rooms, it didnt feel special at all.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! so rude on the phone, unlike many of the other bridal boutiques in the area. needed a recommendation for a seamstress to modify an heirloom dress, and they recommended the phone book.

Called to ask a simple question over the phone before going into the store. Person who answered was extremely rude and unhelpful. Saved me the time and gas money I guess, because I wont be going to the store now.

What a great experience! Gary and CLarence were so wonderful to work with to find my dress- I walked in no appointment- Gary was so good to ask questions about when and where so he would know what type of dress I was looking for- We started looking at all the types I had thought I wanted- Gary showed me a dress I thought was intriguing- I put it on and I said I have found THE DRESS!!!! Gary knew exactly the veil and head piece to put with it- They measured me and I met the alteration lady- I am so very pleased with the entire experience- It is the best shop I have been in - I looked in Atlanta, Destin/Ft. Walton, Tuscaloosa and Birmingham- You will not be dissapppointed by this shop- Gary even told me about Lynn across the street at Bridesmaids Inc.for the jewelry- I was so pleased I took my mom in to find her dress- We did not but Gary took us and my dress across the street to Bridesmaids Inc to see Lynn- Another great ecxperience- We got her dress and custom made jewelry for my special day!!! SO very pleased and what a wonderful experience-
