Amazing place to shop for groceries. Great prices and great customer service.

I live in Atlanta and Im here dropping off a load in Concord New Hampshire. I must say this store is amazing. From the staff to the selections they have on the shelves. Everything look fresh and delicious. I wish my stores in the south looked this amazing.

I stopped into this Market Basket to quickly stock up on the essentials. Just happened to be passing through. Fresh pre-made foods!

Nice big grocery store, built a few years ago. Its always very well stocked, with lots of registers open, and is conveniently located just off I93, exit 10.Even nicer is that theres a Walmart just down the street, along with a Bass Pro Shop. In the other direction youll find Wendys, a movie theater, Target, a Dollar Store, etc.There are also gas stations in either direction.Just a really nice store, conveniently located. Would recommend.

I love shopping at Michaels because I am an artist and a crafter. I am disabled and cant do a lot of the things I used to love, but I can still create beautiful things. This trip was great because I had my first 40% coupon since Covid got going. Unless you are buying online (which doesnt count towards rewards) and in bulk, Michaels is overpriced without the 40-50% one item and the 20-25% off regular priced items. As usual the staff was very friendly. Although, it would be great if they had different artists or crafters there maybe one on Saturdays. They could offer a gift certificate or sponsor their work on the website for a limited time in exchange for a Saturday off their time. If the artists sell their work, maybe they could set up a display to sell some artwork while they are there as payment. They could announce what artist as well as their preferred media ahead of time with a printout on the door and on the website. That way someone that wants to start oil painting, knitting, jewelry making, etc, could ask someone questions. Some of the employees are experienced using 1or2 kinds of media, but they havent actually used most of the stuff in the store. I probably should have shoved this in a suggestion box somewhere as it is more than a review. Lets just say I can spend hours there comparing items and thinking of all the amazing things I could make with them....and will. I opened my Etsy store, now I just have to do the boring part, taking pictures, setting prices, and filling out descriptions. Sorry for any typos. I dont have time to read it through. Too many errands too little time.

This store is a sick joke! I went there last night to do my weekly food shopping because I was close by. Among the several basic item then were out of was Tide detergent. I mean who doesnt have Tide detergent? Even Home Depot has it and thats a home improvement store! They also didnt other hard to find exotic items such as Folger coffee, canola oil, Jasmati rice, and sandwich rolls. Whoever manages this store needs to be replaced!

It was very very busy there but I got everything I needed there I love shopping there its a lot cheaper then sullys in my town. I also have a Sams card but I only shop there for my waters and some bigger stuff that I want to get in bigger stock. But market basket is cheaper on all my other stuff that I really really do need to last me the whole month.

I’ve been going to Market Basket at the Hookssett location since it opened. I use to go to the Concord location. Really enjoy shopping there every week specially the deli. Over the years I have gotten to know some of the servers, like to mention Ray who now is dealing with health issues, wish him the best, and also Stacy she is fast and efficient there’s others but those two are my favorites. Yesterday I went to Market Basket to do my shopping like I do every week. It was presently surprising to me to see the manager of the department on a ladder cleaning the top of the walls and ceiling’s. How great and dedicated is that. As a costumer especially in departments were cleanness is a must like the deli. I gave her a thumbs up and I’m very pleased that there’s people looking out for my health. Really great place to get your stuff bagged

For the most part fair prices most of the employees try very hard to satisfy the customers needs The biggest problem is the store capacity is always crowded and the mobility devices for the handicap leave have a lot to be desired, they are old extremely slow and very noisy, an entire knees of maintenance and adjustments or better still replaced. All that being said is still a good store for grocery shopping

The staff is always super friendly and super helpful. If they cant answer a question, or are not sure of a products location (usually a newer person) they will get you an answer.The store is well stocked and neat.

Can definitely be busy on the weekends, but not nearly as bad as Concord MBs tend to be. Staff is good, sometimes selection is a little on the low side.

Ive always had a positive experience interacting with staff here. Thanks to all employees here. Its a reflection of the training system and management. Thats no small feat!The most entertaining part is always the deli counter. I dont know how those employees have that level of professionalism and patience...they all deserve full benefits and a raise...they have upper management material written all over them!

Marketbasket what is uo with all the expired food???? 2 week expired yougurt. Bad eggs? Come on check your labels

Well stocked, clean and good values abound. I find the majority of staff go beyond just being helpful, where the exceptions are few and mostly the Redcoats. We still prefer shopping here over any of our local alternates.

Out of fresh hamburger whole reason for going. 😠I know its probably my luck but it was still upsetting.

The store is always busy but typically has a great selection and plenty of stock. The meat department is totally inconsistent… Sometimes it’s great other times it’s horrible. The employees are generally very helpful and management is always close by.

Good selection of foods. Sometimes their produce is moldy and service in the food court is slow.

No lines / no waiting. Nice flow inside, not crowded, and shelves completely stocked. Employees wearing masks (COVID-19), friendly, and helpful as always. They certainly know how to operate grocery store, in spite of the recent virus restrictions. Happy customer .

Very disappointed with the catering / party events services at the Hooksett market basket. They Indicated that they only needed 24 hours I gave them three days to prepare my order. When I went to pick up at the time woman a shored me 9:30 am nothing was ready. They hadn’t even stated it, they said sandwiches were ready but not salads, which was not true Nothing was ready. Had to wait while they made everything got to my home at 10:45 and my party started at 11:00. Unsure if I would trust them again

Great prices on everything, but pay attention to the meat and vegetables because they are usually very close to their expiration date. As others have noted, the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Market Basket has been my favorite grocery store for many years. The prices are great and there are no membership fees, cards, apps or other gimmicks (such as points for discounts on gas, free merchandise, etc.) or games.... just reasonable prices every day. The service is very good as well.

I really like this Market Basket. It usually has everything I need and I love the fact that it has a kitchen. So there are loads of hot food options if your not in the mood to cook. And you cant beat the prices!

Very dedicated Market Basket shopper! Simply an excellent store, the Bedford and Hooksett locations are worth the extra travel because Elm Street in Manchester is far too crowded and the clientele can be very rude. THRILLED that MB decided to join other respected retailers and protect all of us by requiring masks. BRAVO, MR. DEMOULAS!
