The customer service was terrible at the customer service desk of all places! I went to pick up an online order and I was ignored by at least 5 associates, who did not even have the decency to look up at me and say “it’ll be a minute” or “let me get someone to help you” or “we’ll be right with you”....nothing. And it wasn’t like they were busy, I was the ONLY customer back there. Then finally a grumpy, uninterested, and unfriendly older lady associate came slinking out of the back area and was upset when she couldn’t find my order. She demanded to see my “barcode” so she could scan it but I told her that I did not receive one in my email. She grabbed my phone from me and started pushing buttons, but couldn’t find what she was looking for apparently. She finally found my order on her little handheld scanner, but was mad because my middle initial was on there at the beginning of my last name which is why she couldn’t find it when she tried to look it up, which in turn, she blamed me for not giving her correct info. I will not be shopping at this target again! (Hookset, NH)
