Well on June 26th I purchased a 2021 Dodge Challenger Scar Pack. I signed the paperwork at Hendrick CJDR in Duluth Georgia. The vehicle was at this location in Hoover. The dealer in Duluth informed me today the 30th. That Hoover sold the car I had signed a contract for. So now I have a signed contract and financing for a car that I purchased. The only problem is the sold the car 3 days after already purchased it from Hendrick. I purchased the car on the 26th it was supposed to be delivered to me on the 1st. You would think it would all be Hendrick but you would be wrong. I wish someone could explain to me how you can sell a car that has already been sold. This dealer deserves a ZERO rating!!!!!!!!!!
Very cocky and arrogant salesmen. We told them that we wanted a new Tahoe. They only had 2 avaliable both were grey different trim packages. Nothing about them feel sincere at all it feels like nothing but competition about commission. They pass you off from one cocky salesman to another. They jacked the price up on the 2021 Tahoe so while we were talking to them we called serra Chevrolet they had 3 2 black and one midnight blue. The Hendricks salesman said late find you the best rate. We told them we didnt need that and wanted to write a check and the salesman said I can beat it I talk to 40 banks. Once again we said were good so then he through his pen down and said well write a check for 68k. We went to the car and got the checkbook and I told him I dont want to spend over 65k I wouldve met him half way but they said no so we went to serra Chevrolet the woman was friendly and bought it out the door for 65,900. So basically they blew a sale over 2000 bucks then they called us that Monday but it was too late

Tried screwing me over on my trade in. Offered me $5,000 for it and said thats what Kelley blue book says. Well Kelley blue book clearly says trade in is $11,000 to $15,000.. Tried to tack the rest of what I owed on my truck onto the new one. No used 2018 truck is worth $50,000.... Then they asked what my current payment was and I told them 500 a month. They said they could keep my payment close and then gave me a $1,200 a month payment. More than double? Lmao I was born at night but not last night. I walked out and they lost my money... Oh I had to wait for them to return my keys and my truck before I could leave. Like they were trying to hold me there till I gave in... They didnt even offer me any vasoline with the screwing they tried to give me....

Made an appointment 3 days in advance to have a check engine light problem looked at and oil changed. Light has been on 6 other times with the same p2c7a and p14d9 codes. Both for a software issue that requires a reflash of the ECM according to a service bulletin from chevy. Made it clear to the young lady I set up the deal with that we would need it back same day. Dropped it off at appointment time then ran errands. Returned that afternoon and was told that they had the oil service complete but it would be another 2 days before anyone could look at the check engine problem. Service writer said she was not sure of the status of our truck. I asked her to go make sure as we have a 75 mile drive home to meet the school bus in an hour and a half. She found that no one had even touched our vehicle. Nothing had been done. And there was a 2 day wait after we leave it for anyone to look at our original problem. When asked why the 2 day wait info was not relayed to us when I first called looking for help with my problem, she explained that they overbook because of people who dont keep their appointments. We drove 2 vehicles over 150 miles each to obtain this service, passing 4 other chevy dealers to get to Hendrik Chevrolet where we had purchased this truck new last year. Not happy.
Our family has purchased many vehicles from here and regularly use them for Service. The experience from Sales to Service to Parts cant be matched by any other in the area!

I love the car I bought, I got it at the price I wanted. Quick and painless however, I drove my brand new 2020 camaro off the lot with the rear view mirror video not working. They called to check in with me a few times for about 6 weeks after the purchase but the camera had not come in. I chalked it up to the covid. I called yesterday, 6 months later to find out they did not ever order the camera. Just slightly irritated about that.

Went to trade in my car and pay a good bit down and was told I could definitely do so and would be approve no problems and they told me I could get it in my price range. Then the guy tells me after 30 mins that I wasnt approved and needed a cosigner and a higher down payment which is ridiculous considering I was already putting 5000 down. I had 3 others that were interested in buying cars here and now they said they will not do so. The guy had no idea what he was talking about. To put the icing on the cake they never even ran my credit. Will never buy from here ever!
My car was literally held hostage for over 2 weeks for a battery replacement. It was being paid for by my insurance company, however I was told by sales advisor Mark Sullivan, that since they have not received the payment and I wasnt going to pay for it out of my own pocket that it was not his problem because it not my car. Keep in mind they were previously paid by the same insurance company on the same claim earlier this year. They also charged for 4 hours of labor to put in a battery. That to me is a little excessive seeing how a battery does not seem that hard to replace. When I finally was able pick my car up, I guess the payment arrived, my car was covered in straw. When I mentioned i guess it was parked under a tree, Mark said i guess so and handed me the keys as if he did not see anything wrong with this picture. Not even being concerate of the fact that I had already addressed and posed concerns of my bad experience with them. At the very least they could have done was wash the car. I have talked to numerous people who say the same thing that their experience with Hendricks was absolutely horrible and now I am in the same club. Dont become a member if you can save yourself the hassle and the fraudulent charges!!

Not happy with the service department. We had a touch screen replaced there. Improperly installed. It started cracking at the corner and they wanted to charge $1500. To install another one. I felt like they didnt guarantee the work that they do. Very unhappy. :(

I purchased my vehicle roughly about 8m ago. I scheduled an appointment to have my regular maintenance done. I was there for 3 1/2 hours just for an oil change. I noticed that people before me had left and I went to find my service advisor Mark Sullivan. When I finally got a chance to talk to him, he said your car has been ready & I tried to call you. I said well I’ve my phone in my hand all morning. He walked pass me and had another advisor check me out. I’ve had a great experience with Hendrix but he has made me not want to refer anyone else to Hendrix. On yesterday 12/15 my car would not start. I called Hendrick Scheduling line and told me that I could be a walk in for that day & if I were to have my car towed before 3pm they could run diagnostics on it. I called my insurance and had paid for my car to get towed there before 3pm. My car had arrived roughly around 10am. I waited until 2 hours had passed to check for a update. I called in and they stated that they would leave a message, and if u had received a phone call within 2 hours to call back. When calling back I spoke with Mark Sullivan who was my service advisor. He said ma’am, I won’t be able to check your car until Monday. I then told him that my car had been there since early morning and he relied well I can’t look at it until Monday. Feeling defeated, I went to pick up my car due to me having no transportation. I get there to speak with him and he walked pass me several times before acknowledging me. He told me that he could not provide a rental for me until he knew what was wrong with it and also that I wouldn’t be able to rent because I am 23. I went and spoke with Service Manager Shameka M. and she confirmed to that Mark didn’t care to assist me. I strongly urge that in the future that he stops to listen to the customer and try to go the extra mile. He does the bare minimum and still falls short of good service.
WOULD RATE IN NEGATIVES IF POSSIBLE.Most toxic employees and “managers” that I’ve ever dealt with. One so called manager, called his buddy (conflict of interest) who is a “avid” Harley owner (bias) to price a trade in on a motorcycle I brought in that was low miles and in great shape.Instead they were supposed to call a dealer in New Hampshire (bum of a manager confirmed it didn’t happen) and have those numbers run. I wouldn’t take someone I didn’t like to this dealership as a whole after dealing with these bums. Good luck to anyone who chooses too!

Have a great selection of cars staff was amazing or thing I didnt like whats fact when I try to get a job there you have 24 hours to take urinalysis test and email you read comes from Atlanta because thats where their HR department is it was day after Christmas and the lab closed and then when I went next morning to take it email said 10:30 was cut off time I was there about 10 but unfortunately that was Eastern Time so I was 30 minutes late and they were unforgiving of me missing that window of 24 hours despite where central time an email was on Eastern Time and it was two days after Christmas

The staff, especially Patrick, was very polite and helpful. I went in for some recall work, oil change, and tire rotation. The time I had to spend was very reasonable. They would have offered me a loaner car if the work would have lasted all day. I will definitely be returning to their service department in the future.

I had heard bad things about Hendrick, so I was apprehensive about going here. After speaking with several people at the dealership, I was so glad I did.Everyone was friendly and not pushy at all. They gave us time to think, gave us nearly $5000 more for the trade in than the Honda dealership down the road, and were very professional.Austin was great. PLEASE READ THIS!!!!!Worst experience ever in buying a car. If you are looking to purchase a car go else where. I went to buy a car and the car had mechanical issues. They took the car back for a whole month almost and still haven’t fixed anything the same problems are occurring. The financial and sales team act as if they got your signature they don’t care anymore. I went to pick up the car I was buying they tell me 1500 dollar worth of work has been done also they promised me a full tank of gas and they said they was gone detail the car well the gas light was on and I had ———miles on the dash so therefore I had to go to the gas station immediately. So I leave the gas station and I excited soon as I hit the gas the car goes into engine malfunction mode now for the same exact thing I took it back for. So if you thinking about buying a car from here please be sure that is what you want to do. I’ve lost money big time. Ive lost patience and respect for on of the biggest dealership in Alabama. Not to mention I put 4000 down and they still don’t care

The sales person and the loan officer was great but, everyone else could use some work. We will not buy next car there. The car we were going was damaged by one of the service guys and we are still waiting on parts on a new car no call has been made to update us on the status of all parts and when the service will be done to repair it this is some 💩💩💩

Would give them 0 stars if it were an option. Car buying experience 2 years ago was great.... until transmission began to have issues. Took my car to the service department numerous times to have them fix it for them to do absolutely nothing except for claim it was an update that the computer needed. My car never even reached 20k miles and was under warranty completely and they still would not do anything to fix it. Twice out of the 5 visits they did not even have my car registered in the system after it had been in their possession from 7:30 am until 3pm. In fact one time they called to ask why my car was there because they couldnt remember. Horrible service department!!! They could care less about any issues you have. Think long and hard before you take your car into their service department. I would recommend going somewhere else!

My brand new 2013 Buick Encore was rear-ended. Since it was originally purchased at Hendrick Buick, I decided to try their collision shop for repairs. I wanted genuine GM parts to be used for the repair. I was greeted by a very friendly staff and had the nicest appraiser help me, Traci Cannady. She was the best!! I now have my Encore back looking brand new. No complaints at all. It is perfect and only took 2 weeks to complete all the repairs. I highly recommend Hendrick Collision Shop!!
They have an SUV listed online. We test drove it then were told we could not buy it because of a bad title. Five days later its still listed for sale.
I wanted to give a shout out to my sales person Christie. I was able to purchase two cars and sell one, all in a two month time frame. Christie is hard working and put forth great effort to make sure I got what I wanted throughout the process. RIPOFF ALERT: Took my 2008 Corvette in for “diagnosis” on a dim low beam problem I was having. After charging me $100 for their first guess at what the problem was, I was told my bulbs needed changing and it would be $600 for both. I declined and left. After purchasing a new bulb at Auto Zone for $100 and installing it, it was obvious that it was very bright outside of the headlight assembly, but changed nothing with the brightness once inside the housing. I basically paid $100 for a FIRST GUESS instead of a diagnosis. I’m just glad I stopped there instead of falling for the recommended $600 bulb change.FYI: A diagnosis would have been to swap out an old bulb with a new one to TEST it, and then continuing to try other solutions after that didn’t work. That’s what a diagnosis is, narrowing down the causes until you find the problem, as opposed to just guessing and then attempting to charge the customer $600 to TRY your incorrect guess. When you charge $100 to just look at something, you should at least put enough effort into it to find the real source of the problem. I get it though, churn them through as fast as possible and charge as much as you can for anything you can. Typical dealership.

I wish I could do negative stars. First a couple of years ago we went there to look at maybe purchasing a Camaro. I picked out the one I wanted online. Got there and told the sales person I had a flight to catch so we couldn’t spend all day. Well 6 hours later he comes and tells me that I need to put $15k down on a $29k car and my payments would be $800 a month. I said no thanks and walked out. I decided a couple weeks ago to go give them another shot. I had a paid for 2017 trade in that they gave me an ok trade allowance. After about 4 hours I was told that I was approved and given the payment. I signed all the agreements and POA to trade my car. I left and was contacted the next day about bringing some address verification and paystubs for the bank. No big deal. Done this before. Took it in and got my title paperwork and and proceeded the next few days to get my tag and insurance. A week goes by and the finance lady Lisa calls me and says that my income doesn’t line up? Ummm the application asked what my hourly income was and I put that down. My paystub reflected my hourly. She then says I need to provide her with last years w2. Well I wasn’t working this job last year and the income was lower than what I make now. So she tells me that the bank I already signed papers with refused the loan. !? Ummm they have my car and I already signed paperwork? So she says she will keep working on it. Another week goes by and she calls me today. She says that she couldn’t get me approved for the Interest rate I already signed and agreed to but it will be higher and my payment will go up another $300 !!! I say I have NEVER done business this way. So I say ok .... I’ll be there in an hour to get my car and bring this one back. She is silent and then finally says let me call and see if it is ready and she will call me back ...... I’ve yet to hear from her. What makes this bad is my God son had a similar experience except he had his vehicle for four months!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE SHADY AND IM GETTING A LAWYER.
It was my fault for giving them a second chance after my bad experience in the same dealership in georgia. They even tried to sell me the same car from georgia but at an even higher price. Wasted another day. Ended up buying from a different dealership that actually gave me a better price from the start.

Damnedest car dealer Ive ever tried to buy a vehicle from. The two salesmen I dealt with today were both too busy to sell me a car. Got passed from the first because he was swamped. I looked at a truck and test drove it. We got back to the dealership went in the door and the ladies at the desk told him something. He left, came back then left again. I waited 10 minutes and I left. Told the ladies at the desk to tell him to call me. It has been 7 hours and I havent heard a word. I live 2 hours away and they knew I was coming. I even got an email about my VIP appointment. Last sentence in email. You are going to love the way youre treated! Total BS My quote.

I went to Hendrick looking for a dependable family car. Alex found the Explorer and I fell in love with it-my kids did, too. My son loves that he has a third row all to himself and isnt stuck between his sisters anymore. It needed a slight bit of maintenance so I brought it up a couple days after taking it home and the service department was friendly and fast. Everyone I spoke with throughout my experience was friendly, and Alex knew exactly what I needed and made sure the car was perfect. Ill never buy from anyone else.
