We looked at other national chains, and Bedzzz Express prices were much better. The show room is very clean. The delivery service was excellent as well. No complaints. After buying multiple mattress’s from him I had a problem and Max was great and took care of my warranty replacement after 4 years.After a few months we discovered a defect in the new mattress and Max promptly got it replaced. We had a wonderful experience at this Hoover Alabama location with Max. He was completely knowledgeable about the products he represents. I had neck surgery in 2015 and i had suffered each day with pain since this surgery. Since i purchased my new mattress i have NO pain which is an incredible testament to the products they sell. I absolutely recommend this company and i would not purchase a mattress anywhere except Bedzzz Express. The staff who installed the mattress were very friendly and hauled off our old mattress. Max and I went through the store to find the right mattress for me and I found the perfect mattress with the Sealy Katie Jane Posturepedic queen bed. They delivered the mattress, box spring, and metal bed frame the next day; and they removed my old mattress too. When we called about a dent in the box spring, they returned a day later with a new box spring with no dents.

Best place to buy a mattress. Max is great!!
